유산소와 탄력밴드 복합운동이 여성노인의 뇌혈류 속도,BDNF 및 노화관련 호르몬에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of on aerobic and thera-band combined exercise on cerebral blood flow, BDNF, and aging-related hormone in elderly women. Fourteen elders(women = 24) participants in combined exercise progrem for 12 weeks. They were training for 60 minutes a day and three times per week. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version 12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(cerebral blood flow, BDNF, aging-related hormone). The difference of within and between in two group was analyzed repeated measures ANOVA, significant level was set a = .05. The results were as follows: cerebral blood flow(MFV, PI, RI), there was significant difference according to the measurement, The results of BDNF and aging-related hormone(growth hormone, melatonin) a were significantly increased. In conclusion, combining Aerobic and thera-band exercise programs during 12 weeks has a positive effect on not only cerebral blood flow, but it also developed brain derived neutrotrophic factor and hormones contingent upon aging for elderly women.
맥켄지 운동이 여성노인의 경추자세 및 목통증에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of mckenzie exercise on cervical posture and neck disability for elderly women. Elderly women participants in mckenzie program for 12 weeks. They were training for 50 minutes a day and 3 times per week. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version 12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(cervical posture and neck disability). The difference of within and between in two group was analyzed repeated measures ANOVA, significant level was set a=.05. The results were as follows: Cervical posture, there was significant difference according to the measurement, Neck disability, there was significant difference according to the measurement. From the results, we findings suggest that elderly women could improve their cervical posture and neck disability through mckenzie program.
케틀벨 운동이 여성노인의 활동체력 및 등속성 근력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of kettle bell exercise on functional fitness and isokinetic muscle strength for elderly women. Elderly women participants in kettle bell exercise program for 12 weeks. T hey were t raining for 50 minutes a day and 3 times per week. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version 12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(functional fitness and isokinetic muscle strength). The difference of within and between in two group was analyzed repeated measures ANOVA, significant level was set a=.05. The results were as follows: Functional fitness, there was significant difference according to the measurement, Isokinetic muscle strength, there was significant difference according to the measurement. From the results, We findings suggest that elderly women could improve their functional fitness and isokinetic muscle strength through kettle bell exercise program.
자이로토닉 운동이 만성요통을 가진 여성노인의 요부근력 및 통증에 미치는 영향

Elderly women participants in gyrotonic exercise program for 8 weeks. They were training for 70 minutes a day and 3 times per week. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version 12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(back strength and pain). The difference of within and between in two group was analyzed repeated measures ANOVA, significant level was set a=.05. The results were as follows: Back Strength, there was significant difference according to the measurement, Pain, there was significant difference according to the measurement. From the results, We findings suggest that elderly women with lower back pain could improve their back strength and pain through gyrotonic exercise program.
마사지건 기법이 만성요통을 가진 여성노인의 요부근육 통증 및 근활성도에 미치는 영향

From the results, We findings suggest that elderly women could improve their muscle strength and living physical fitness through TRX program.
