PCR(Polymerase chain reaction) is a technique to replicate and amplify a desired part of DNA. It is used in various aspects such as DNA fingerprint analysis and rare DNA amplification of an extinct animal. Especially in the medical diagnosis field, it provides various measurement methods at the molecular level such as genetic diagnosis, and is a basic tool for molecular diagnostics. The internal shape of the plastic vial tube for PCR analysis used in the DNA detection process, and the surface roughness and internal cleanliness can affect detection and discrimination results. The plastic vial tube demanded by the developer of the PCR analysis equipment should be changed to a structure that eliminates the residual washing solution in the washing process to ensure the internal cleanliness. Thus the internal structure and the internal surface design for improving the PCR amplification efficiency are key issues to develop the plastic vial tube for the DNA detection process.

Recently, a hyaluronic acid micro needle patch for therapeutic and cosmetic purposes has been used by attaching directly to the skin with a pattern having a micro needle shape of 1/3 thickness of hair. These products are attracting attention as an innovative product that maximizes the effect by activating the active ingredient in the skin in the deep skin without blocking the horny layer because the micro needle shape exists on the patch surface so that it can penetrate effectively to the skin. Currently, DAB (droplet air blowing) or MEMS technology is used to make pattern shapes for patches. Because of this technology, manufacturing time is long and manufacturing cost is high, so we tried to develop the mold technology to machine the microneedle shape directly to the metal. In this study, we first fabricated a needle pattern with a quadrangular pyramid shape and finally produced a conical needle pattern.
루프화 배전계통에 초전도 한류기 적용에 따른 Recloser-Fuse 보호협조 분석

Recently, protection coordination issues can occur due to increased fault current in power system when power system being changed radial power system to grid system such as loop power system, micro grid and smart grid. This paper analyzed Recloser-Fuse coordination in loop power distribution system with Superconducting Fault Current Limiters(SFCLs) when single line ground fault occur in loop power distribution system with SFCLs. We analyzed Recloser-Fuse Coordination in radial power distribution system and changed coordination caused by increased Fault current because of loop system when single line ground fault occur in power distribution system. This paper simulated to improve changed coordination using SFCLs in loop power distribution system. Power distribution system, SFCLs and protective devices are modeled using PSCAD/EMTDC.

The leverage risk of hotel is greater than other industry. The purpose of this study is to examine how the financial factors affect hotels` profitability by using panel model. The empirical results indicate that: (1) liquidity ratio is not changing but leverage ratio is going down in timely, (2) operational profitability of general hotel is greater than that of luxury hotel, and (3) debt ratio, total asset turnover ratio, and size of hotel affect their profitability. Implications for the managers and directors of tourist hotels were discussed.
Cysteamine 투여에 의하여 유발된 흰쥐의 소화성궤양 (消化性潰瘍) 모델에서 위점막내 (胃粘膜內) G 세포 및 혈중 개스트린 농도의 변화에 대한 실험적 연구

N/A Authors established an experimental model of peptic ulcer in rats by means of subcutaneous administration of 23 mg cysteamine per 100 g body weight. The lesions were found in the pyloric antrum and duodenum, and their pathologic features corresponded to those in human ones. Gastric G-cell population patterns were studied by immunohistochemical method using anti-gastrin peroxidase-antiperoxidase, and correlated with serum gastrin level. Total number of gastric G-cells were decreased 3 hours after cysteamine injection but showed their rebound in 3 days, while serum gastrin level were increased 3 hours after cysteamine injection. The mucosal areas containing G-cells were markedly reduced after cysteamine injection followed by long term oral administration. The above findings suggest that the ulcerogenic effect of cysteamine is mediated by gastrin.
흰쥐에서 미주신경 절단이 위점막 지표 및 G 세포수에 미치는 영향에 관한 형태계측학적 및 면역조직화학적 연구

In order to assess the trophic effect of the vagus on the morphologic parameters of the gastric mucosa and gastrin-producing cells, we performed bilateral or unilateral vagotomy on adult male Sprague-Dawley rats. Four weeks after operation, the gastric mucosal changes with respect to their height, area, and volume were analyzed using morphometric method. Total number and density of gastrin-producing (G) cells and argentaffin cells in frozen sections stained by peroxidase- antiperoxidase method and Fontana-Masson staining were compared respectively. In bilaterally vagotomized rats, the acid secretion was markedly reduced in both basal and stimulated states. However, unilateral vagotomy caused meager impact on acid secretion. In bilater- ally vagotomized rats, the mucosal height decreased while the mucosal area increased. However, in unilaterally vagotomized rats, both the mucosal height and mucosal area decreased, with subsequent decrease of mucosal volume in the vagotomized side. The G cells population increase occurred in both unilaterally or bilaterally vagotomized rats, but more prominent in the latter group. The total number of argentaffin cells varied considerably among animals in a control group and no statistically significant difference was elicited in vagotomized groups compared to control group. With the above findings we assume that the parietal cells are normally under the trophic effect of vagus and that the G cells might be able to proliferate in a condition of lowered gastric acidity, while the argeataffin cells being not affected by vagotomy or altered acid level.
