We have used the asymmetric two-center shell model to calculate the single-neutron energies in the ¹²C+¹??O and ¹³C+¹??O collisions as a function of the internuclear distance. The angular distribution observed in the inelastic scatterings for these systems can be understood in terms of the linear two-state approximation due to nuclear promotion in which a loosely bound valence neutron of ?O and ?C is promoted from the 1d5/2 state to the 2s1/2 state and from the 1p1/2 state to the 2s1/2 state of the incident nucleus, respectively. Calculated differential cross sections are compared with the observed data for the ¹²C[ ¹??O,¹??O ??(1/2??)]and ¹??0[¹³C, ¹³C(1/2??)] scatterings. ¹²C+¹??O와 ¹³C+¹??O 충돌에서의 단일- 중성자 에너지를 핵간거리의 함수로 계산하기 위해 비대칭 두-중심 껍질모형을 이용하였다. 이 계들의 비탄성 산란에서 관측되는 각 분포는 ?O와 ?C의 느슨하게 결합한 원자가 중성자가 각각 입사핵의 1d??상태에서 2s½상태로 1p½상태에서 2s½상태로 들뜨는 원자핵 전이에 기인하는 선형 두-상태 근사로 설명될 수 있다. 계산된 미분단면적은 ¹²C[ ¹??O,¹? ?O ??(1/2??)]와 ¹??0[¹³C, ¹³C(1/2?? 산란에 대한 관측값과 비교하였다.

원자핵의 껍질 모형과 제2양자화 수식을 이용하여 2체 배위의 행렬요소와 3입자 - 1구멍의 행렬요소를 유도하였다. 이 행령요소를 (1P 3/2, 1P1/2, 1 d5/2, 2 s 1/2, 1 d3/2) 공간내에서 대각선화하여 ¹??O, ¹??F, ¹??Ne의 원자핵들의 에너지 준위를 계산하였다. It has been derived the two - body matrix elements and the three particleone hole matrix elements by using the shell model and the second-quantizaion formalism. By diagonalizing the matrix elements in the space(1p3/2, 1p1/2, 1d5/2, 2s1/2, 1d3/2), it has been calculated the energy levels of the ¹??O. ¹??F. ¹??Ne nuclei.
OPTICAL POTENTIALS BY INVERSION FOR ^(16)O ION ELASTIC SCATTERINGS AT E_(lab)=1503 MeV

The optical potentials by inversion are presented in two ways. The first one is to use the inverse eikonal relations derived from McIntyre phase shifts. The second one is to solve the inversion problem based on McIntyre parametrization of S-matrix corresponding to the Woods-Saxon type optical potentials. The optical potentials obtained from the two inversion methods are applied to the systems (l6)^O+(12)^C, (16)^O+(28)^Si, and (l6)^O+(40)^Ca at E_(lab) = 1503 MeV. The calculated results are compared with those from the optical model analysis. It is shown that both the two methods lead to reasonable agreements, in the surface region, to the results from the optical model analysis.
Phase-Shift Analysis of Heavy-Ion System Near the Coulomb Barrier

A phase shift analysis of the elastic-scattering angular distributions for the ?? system ranging from ?? to 64 MeV is presented within the parametrized phase-shift model and the generalized Fresnel model. The observed data were well reproduced by the parametrized phase-shift model. The strong absorption radii exhibit a gradual decrease from 10.74 fm to 9.520 fm as the energy increases from 39 MeV to 64 MeV. The total reaction cross sections are also deduced at these energies.
Higher-order corrections to the eikonal phase shifts for heavy-ion elastic collision

We present first- and second-order corrections to the eikonal phase shifts for heavy-ion elastic scattering based on Coulomb trajectories of colliding nuclei. Including the first- and second-order corrections improves the agreement with the experimental data and the optical model result for the elastic scatterings in the 16O+40Ca and 16O+90Zr systems at E1ab=1503MeV.

We have extended the first-order eikonal model formalism to include charged pions scattering on nuclei. It has been applied satisfactorily to elastic angular distributions of 800 MeV/c pions scattering from ?? and ?? nuclei.[S0556-2813(96)02706-9]
