효율적인 버퍼 캐시 관리를 위한 동적 캐시 분할 블록교체 기법

The effectiveness of buffer cache replacement algorithms is critical to the performance of I/O systems. In this paper, we propose the degree of inter-reference gap (DIG) based block replacement scheme that retains merits of the least recently used (LRU) such as simple implementation and good cache hit ratio (CHR) for general patterns of references, and improves CHR further. In the proposed scheme, cache blocks with low DIGs are distinguished from blocks with high DIGs and the replacement block is selected among high DIGs blocks as done in the low inter-reference recency set (LIRS) scheme. Thus, by having the effect of the partitioning the cache memory dynamically based on DIGs, CHR is improved. Trace-driven simulation is employed to verified the superiority of the DIG based scheme and shows that the performance improves up to about 175% compared to the LRU scheme and 3% compared to the LIRS scheme for the same traces.

2016년부터 중국에서 비상시 자동차 견인을 위해 차량의 전․후에 장착되는 토잉 디바이스 관련 법규 새롭게 발효되었다. 새로운 중국 법규는 기존의 타국가의 법규 조건 보다 경사각 조건하에서 견인하는 가혹한 조건으로 되어있어 이를 만족하기 위한 다양한 대응 검토들이 진행되었다. 정역학적 이론을 바탕으로, 토잉 디바이스 관련 중국 신법규와 타 국가 법규 조건의 차이와 조건 별로 토잉훅에 가해지는 응력을 측정하였다. 이를 통해 중국 신법규 조건에 영향을 미치는 여러 인자들을 분석하였고, 초기 설계단계 법규 대응을 위한 디자인 가이드를 제시하였다. 실차상태 법규시험을 상사하는 새로운 단품상태에서의 시험법을 제시하였으며 이를 통해 실차시험의 효율화를 이룰 수 있었다. 중국 업체의 열처리 불량 등 중국산 제품의 품질수준 미흡사례도 사례를 들어 사전 품질확인의 중요성도 설명하였다. 이를 통해 본고는 강화된 새로운 중국 토잉법규에 대응하기위한 전반적인 대응방향을 설명하고자 하였다.

Purpose: Recently, the government of China has established new safety regulations for towing devices. The new Chinese regulation has more unfavorable conditions than the conditions of other countries. So the various measures have been reviewed to satisfy this regulation. Methods: The regulation conditions were compared through analysis of strain energy, and a method for improving the accuracy of analysis is suggested. In addition, the test method considering the tolerance is presented through tolerance analysis. This paper also explained importance of confirming the quality of products through a case of poor quality of Chinese products such as poor heat treatment. Result: We could know how strong Chinese regulations are stronger than other national laws and investigated which member receives a lot of strain energy. In order to cope with these Chinese regulations, we suggested improvement of analysis accuracy, test method through tolerance analysis, and heat treatment quality. Conclusion: This paper contributed to general counterplan of the strengthened new Chinese regulations for towing device.

Swyer-James syndrome(S-J syndrome) is a rare constrictive bronchiolitis that appears to be the results of acute bronchiolitis in infancy or early childhood. The characteristics radiographic features of S-J syndrome were unilateral pulmonary hyperlucency and decreased pulmonary vascularity which were first seen between 9 months and 6 years after the initial insult. S-J syndrome should be considered a variable spectrum disease according to clinical manifestations and evolution that will be influenced whether the presence of sacular bronchiectasis or not. S-J syndrome usually presented as cough with sputum but hemoptysis has rarely reported in adult. We have experienced a case of Swyer-James syndrome with hemoptysis.
