As Korean society entered into an aged society, positive perception of the elderly had begun to be a heightened topic of focus. The purpose of this study is to compare successful aging and its micro, mezzo and macro level determinants between old women and men based on the ecological and gender perspective. The study used Rowe and Kahn’s definition of successful aging consisting of three dimentions: physical, cognitive and psychological, and social. 4,226 old people(age 65 and above) were analyzed from the 5<sup>th</sup> Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing(2014). The results showed that the rate of successful aging in cognitive and psychological dimension was the lowest for both genders. In addition, old women showed a lower rate of successful aging compared to old men in all three dimentions with the biggest gap in the cognitive and psychological dimention. There were both similarities and differences in determinants of successful aging between the two groups. Most of the micro factors affected successful aging significantly for both genders. However, the mezzo and macro factors affected on old men and women differently. Having a spouse had a positive influence on general successful aging for both genders. Living with children had a negative influence on cognitive and psychological successful aging for old men and negative influence on physical and social successful aging for old women. Expectation of government support for later life only had a significant influence on successful aging of old women. The study further discussed policy implications based on the findings of successful aging respective to gender.

다문화가족 청소년의 우울과 스트레스가 문제음주에 미치는 영향: 사회적 지지의 조절효과 분석

본 연구의 목적은 다문화가족 청소년의 우울과 스트레스가 문제음주에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구의 조사 데이터는 2015년도 제 11차 청소년건강행태온라인 조사의 원시자료를 이용하여 분석하였고, 연구대상은 전체 청소년 표본대상인 68,043명 중 북한이탈주민을 제외한 771명이 다문화가족 청소년이었다. 종속변수는 문제음주로, 독립변수로는 우울, 스트레스로 설정하였고, 조절변수는 사회적 지지로써 가족지지, 친구지지, 그 외지지로 나누어 설정하였다. 각 변수들 간의 관계를 파악하기 위해 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 우울과 스트레스, 문제음주의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 알아보기 위하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다문화가족 청소년들이 우울할수록, 가족지지가 있을수록, 친구지지가 있을수록 문제음주를 하는 것으로 나타났고, 우울과 스트레스, 문제음주와의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 조절효과가 나타나지 않았으나 주효과로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 다문화가족 청소년의 문제음주를 조기예방하기 위한 정신건강 관련 정책적 및 실천적 함의를 논의하였다. Aim of this study is to analyze that depression and stress of multicultural family`s adolescents affect problematic drinking and to examine support as moderator effect. This study used 2015 11th Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey(KYRBWS) which the total sample was consisted of 68,043 adolescents. The sample size for this current study was 771 multicultural family`s adolescents except North Korean defectors. Dependent variable is problematic drinking and independent variables are depression and stress. Moderator variables are family support, friend support and other support. Logistic regression was employed to analyze variables and hierarchical analysis was used to test social support as a moderator between depression and problematic drinking and between stress and problematic drinking. Results of this study showed that multicultural family`s adolescents who were depressed and had family support and friend support were more likely to have problematic drinking. Social support did not moderator the relationship between stress and problematic drinking and the relationship between depression and problematic drinking. But, Friend support do main effect. Based on findings of this study, policy and practice implications for preventing problmeatic drinking among multicultural family`s adolescents were discussed .
