The design capability is progressing in the direction of systemization of the process of reducing product development costs and shortening development time through system unit pre-examination and quick performance verification before product production. The system is based on multi-physics such as electric, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and aerodynamics, and analysis from various and holistic perspectives is required. In this study, design verification and performance verification simulations were performed on the actuator level and the system level. At the actuator level, the performance and capacity verification of the developed actuator based on the motor specification is conducted, and at the powertrain level, the disconnect system responsiveness according to each actuating sequence operation, total current consumption, and load-related parts acting on the actuator and drive system during shifting are investigated. concentrated.
