        육미지황탕가미방(六味地黃湯加味方)이 streptozotocin으로 유발(誘發)된 백서(白鼠)의 실험적(實驗的) 탕뇨(糖尿)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objective : The objective of this study is to observe the effect of Yukmijiwhangtangkamibang(YukmD with Liriopis Tuber, Amomi Fructus, Citri Pericarpium, Zizyphi Spinosae Semen, Drynariae Rhizoma Ephedrae Herba, Ginseng Radix, Phellodendri Cortex, on the experimental diabetes. Methods : In order to induce diabetes experimentally, injected streptozoticin to the vein in the tail of rats and then treated oral administration of Yukmi water extracts. In the measurement of the variation levels of glucose, ALP, creatinine, and BUN concentration for each concentration levels for serum (382.5mg/l00g, 510.0mg/100g, 637.5mg/100g), concentration level of glucose significantly decreased in 510.0mg/l00g concentration level of Yukmi. With this 510.0mg/100g concentration level of Yukmijiwhangtanggamibang, the following conclusion was derived from the measurement of the serum levels of glucose, ALP, GOT, GPT, creatinine, and BUN concentration for the streptozotocin injection date of each 4th, 11th, and 18th day. Results : 1. In the measurement for each concentrations. the glucose concentration level in the serum significantly decreased on the 9th day in the Yukmi group. 2. In the measurement for each concentrations, the creatinine concentration level in the serum significantly decreased on the 9th day in the Yukmi group. 3. In the measurement for each dosage dates, the glucose concentration level in the serum significantly decreased on the 18th day in the Yukmi group to which 510.0mg/l00g administrated. 4. In the measurement for each dosage dates, the got concentration level in the serum significantly decreased on the 18th day in the Yukmi group to which 510.0mg/100g administrated. 5. In the measurement for each dosage dates, the creatinine concentration level in the serum significantly decreased on the 18th day in the Yukmi group to which 510.0mg/l00g administrated. Conclusion : Yukmi that is Yukmijiwhangtang with Liriopis Tuber, Amoni Fructus, Citri Pericarpium, Zizyphi Spinosae Semen, Drynariae Rhizoma, Ephedrae Herba, Ginseng Radix and Phellodendri Cortex, is known to have effects to lessen the damages on renal function and liver function without causing damages on liver and kidney.

        구형정자의 난자내 미세주입 후 보조활성화술에 의한 임신과 분만 1례

        Globozoospermia is a rare type of teratozoospermia. It occurs in 0.1% of all andrological patient's and used to be considered sterile. Globozoospermic patient has 100% round headed spermatozoa, but the spermiogram is normal. The spermatozoa show oval-shape head, the lack of a nuclear envelope, acrosome, and post acrosomal sheath. Objective: To report that a couple with infertility secondary to globozoospermia received ICSI treatment. Material and Method: Case report Results: In the first trial, fertilization was failed. In the second trial, 40% of oocytes were fertilized and all of these embryos were cleaved, but pregnancy did not achieved. In the third trial, sperm injected oocytes were exposed to 10 ${\mu}M$ calcium ionophore for 15 min. All of the injected oocytes were fertilized and proceeded to develop. Triplet pregnancy was achieved after the transfer of six embryos in their third cycle. One embryo vanished and the remaining twins (female) were delivered at 33 weeks of gestation by Caesarean section. Conclusion: This result shows that assisted activation following ICSI may overcome infertility associated with globozoospermia.

        탈식민주의 텍스트로서 교육과정 연구 : 새로운 지평의 탐구

        Post-colonialism has been recently applied to curriculum studies as part of fourth research paradigms in the West. This new tradition allows researchers in Western curriculum studies to reinterpret their old approaches based on European and Anglo-Saxon research frames. Furthermore, it asks them to examine the relevance and problems of past approaches based on Western and colonizing epistemologies on curriculum knowledge, realities, and perspectives toward practices both in the West and in the East. However, this idea is not being seriously discussed and examined in of Korean curriculum research. Since Korean pedagogical history and even curriculum research has been heavily dominated and influenced by the West, mainly North America, it is important to use post-colonial theory to critically examine Korean curriculum scholarship. Further, it is important to apply it as another device to diagnose and to examine the problems of Korean traditions, which have been deeply influenced by Western curriculum theories and methods. For this purpose, this research attempted to identify and discuss five critical themes as major components of “post-colonial curriculum research” based on an analysis of Western literature on this topic.

        초등학교에서의 특별활동 운영에 대한 질적 사례 연구

        The purpose of this study is to understand composition and management stateof elementary school extra-curriculum and find out its problem by qualitative method. For this purpose, I analyzed the curriculum document of three schools and interviewed deeply with teachers who related to make elementary school extra-curriculum for 12 months. The research results can be summarized as follows. First, three schools of the case were showing good formal extra-curriculum like goal, content, annual teaching plan in document. But, there were many problems like the nonfulfillment of students` request, constructing by mentor of extra-activities or teacher who is interested in extra-curriculum, the organization of standardized curriculum than regional characteristics. Second, extra-activities were managing so formally of because lack of understanding of teachers and students about extra-activities, lack of human and physical infra for managing, repetition of 5 sub-domain, lack of every grade accomplishment and textbook. Third, teacher is primary factor in the organization and management of extra-curriculum. But it is needed to accept the request of students, parents of students and community.

        2018 미충족의료율과 추이

        Unmet healthcare needs lead to increased disease severity, increased likelihood of complications, and worse disease prognosis. To examine the latest status of unmet healthcare needs in South Korea, the four different data configured with nationally representative sample of South Korean population were used: the Korea Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNAHANES, 2007-2018), the Community Health Survey (CHS, 2008-2018), the Korea Health Panel Survey (KHP, 2011-2016), and the Korean Welfare Panel Study (KOWEPS, 2006-2018). The proportion of individuals reporting unmet healthcare needs were 7.8% (KNHANES, 2018), 8.8% (CHS), and 10.8% (KHP, 2016). Annual percentage change which characterizes trend for the follow-up period was -9.1%, -3.2%, and -6.8%, respectively. The proportion of individuals reporting unmet healthcare needs due to cost were 1.2% (KNAHANES, 2018), 1.2% (CHS, 2018), 2.5% (KHP, 2016), and 0.5% (KOWEPS, 2018). Annual percentage change which characterizes trend for the follow-up period was -10.3%, -12.0%, -11.3%, and -18.8, respectively. The low-income population and the elderly population were vulnerable groups reporting the highest rate of unmet health care needs. The rate of unmet healthcare needs has been declining since the past decade, still, the disparity between different income groups and age groups suggests that there are many challenges to address.

        탈식민주의와 질적 연구: 방법적 이슈들

        Postcolonialism as the fourth research paradigm in human and social sciences research has influenced theorzing and problematizing our research practices in a new way. In particular, it has enabled researchers in the non-Western area to reflect their previous research traditions and methods with postcolonial identies and orientations. More importantly, it leads them to pose questions about the beliefs and prepositions on the traditions which are deeply embedded the dominant and colonizing ideology of the West. From this perspective, this research proposes that qualitative research is another practice of Western/colonizing practices of Western power and knowledge, and it should be discussed and theorized with decentering and postmodern epistemologies and ideas. By applying major ideas and concpets of postcolonial philosophies such as Fanon, Spivak, and Tuhami, this research attempts to create a new research agenda called Regions of qualitative research after/against colonialism and the Western-based scientific regime. As research results four research domains of qualitative theorizing for postcolonial emancipation are identified and discussed in detail for the qualitative researchers in general to think about and apply for in their future qualitative research practices.

        한국의 청소년 성소수자들로부터 알게 된 그들의 삶의 이야기들: 질적 사례 연구

        이 연구는 청소년 성소수자들이 우리의 사회적/문화적/역사적 상황속에서 어떻게 성장하고, 어떤 경험과 발달적 특징을 가지고 있는지를 이해하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 목적표집을 통해 만난6명의 청소년 성소수자를 대상으로 심층면접과 그들이 쓴 다양한 문서자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, `남과 다른 나를 긍정`, `일상생활에서 사회적 낙인의 경험`, `학교에서 침묵과 금기의 대상으로 전락`, `사회변혁의 주체로 성장`이라는 4개의 범주와 12개의 하위 범주가 도출되었다. 이를 구체적으로 제시하면, 청소년 성소수자들은 사춘기가 되면서 동성에 대한 끌림을 통해 독특한 자신을 발견하게 되고 다양한 경로를 통해 성정체성을 탐색하여 자신의 성정체성을 긍정적으로 인식하였다. 하지만, 그들은 자신들의 성적 지향을 드러내는 과정에서 주변 사람들의 부정적인 반응 때문에 커밍아웃을 유보하기도 하였고, 우리 사회의 차별과 배제의 낙인을 경험하였다. 또한 그들은 교육과정과 교사의 수업, 학교의 문화 등의 학교 교육에서도 늘 침묵과 금기의 대상으로 전락하기도 하였다. 이러한 부정적인 경험에도 불구하고, 그들은 새로운 관계와 경험을 통해 수용과 인정, 지지를 받았고, 이를 통해 스스로 사회 변화의 주체자로 성장하였다. The purpose of this study was to understand and describe general features of educational experiences and social development of Korean LGBT adolescents. For this purpose, six research participants were chosen through purposeful sampling. Intenstive interviewing and document analysis were used as major qualitative research methods. As a result, four categories to characterzie development and features of their identies were developed through qualitative data analysis and coding strategeis. They are as follows: (1) Defining himself/herself with positive image; (2) Experiencing social stima in everyday life; (3) Feeling his/her sexual orientaion as silence and exclusion in school; (4) Developing a critical awareness as new agency to change the society. This findings ask scholars and educators in educational areas to more positively deal with the issues on LGBT of Korean adolescents from the perspectives of human righs, educational inequalities, and multicultural education.
