대형 트럭 구동계의 동력성능 해석 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

The simulation of dynamic power performance has been required in order to predict drive characteristics in the process of developing a vehicle. In this study, the powertrain in a manual-transmission equipped vehicle was modeled for the dynamic performance analysis. The tractive force was obtained based on the engine torque, gear ratio and coefficients of power transmission and was subtracted by the total running resistant forces of the vehicle to give the tractive force to spare. Then, the analysis of the dynamic performance was carried out on the large size truck and compared with the test results of the truck. The inertia moment of rotational parts was also computed based on the actual size of the powertrain in the truck. The comparison on the maximum vehicle speed, acceleration performance and fuel consumption rate showed a reasonable agreement between the analytical and the test results of the truck.<br/> <br/>
