      • 한약재 혼합물 첨가 사료가 넙치와 조피볼락의 성장과체성분에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigated effects of diet added by herbs mixture (HM, 4 kinds of herbs were mixed) on growth and body composition of olive flounder (Paralichtys olivaceus) and rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli). Juvenile olive flounder with average weighting 15 g was used as experimental fish, and they were accommodated with two replicate group by 50 fishes in the 1×1×1m net cage. Fish fed one of five experimental diets containing 0%, 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5% and 1.0% HM for 4weeks. Rockfish averaging 93.0 g were fed one of three diets control, containing 0.5% HM, 0.5% HM + GA (garlic acid) 0.5% for 8 weeks. There were no significant difference in survival rate of olive flounder (98~100%), and rockfish was 81.7~90%. Growth rate of olive flounder was the highest in the HM 0.3 group, and 0.5 and 1.0 HM group were significantly higher than the control group, but there were no significant difference between the control and HM 0.1 group. Also, feed efficiency was significantly higher in the HM added groups than the control group and the 0.3% group showed the highest. Growth rate of rockfish was the highest in the HMGA group, and HM group higher than the control group. Also, feed efficiency was similar tendency with growth result. Chemical composition of whole body in olive flounder, there was no significant difference between the control group and the HM added groups. Lipid contents of dorsal muscle was significantly lower in the HM added groups than the control group. Lipid contents of viscera in rockfish was significantly lower in the control group than the HM and HMGA group. These result indicate that the herbs mixture and garlic meal added diet showed high effect on the improvement in growth of olive flounder and rockfish, and 0.3%~0.5% of HM and 0.5% garlic meal addition was judged as proper.
