        초기 골 접촉이 없는 수산화 인회석 피복 임프란트 주위 골의 치유

        Implant stability is the key to long-term successful outcome for osseointegrated implants. To evaluate the initial healing response of bone around HA-coated implants without primary bone contact. 21 HA-coated thread type implants(STERI-OSS?) were placed in the femurs of 5 mongrel dogs, about 1-year old. Implants, 8 mm in length and 3.8mm(experimental 1group), 5.0mm(experimental 2group) and 6.0mm(control group) in diameter, were inserted after 3 holes of 6.0mm in diameter and 10mm in depth were prepared in the surgical sites each dog. Implants were supported by only nonresorbable membrane($Teflon^{(R)}$), in order to prevent the ingrowth of upper soft tissue into the gap between bone and implant, and to maintain each implant to be positioned in the center of the drilled hole. 9 implants with different diameters were inserted in 3 dogs for histologic observation, and 12 implants were inserted in 2 dogs for mobility test and removal torque test. Fluorescent dyes were injected for the observation of new bone formation in order of $Terramycin^{(R)}$, Arizarin $Red^{(R)}$, and $Calcein^{(R)}$ at an interval of 2 weeks. 3 dogs were sacrificed for histologic observation at 4, 8, and 12-week after placement. Light microscopy and confocal laser scanning microscopy were used to qualitatively characterize the bone around HA-coated implant. 2 dogs were sacrificed for mobility test($Periotest^{(R)}$, Simens AG, Bensheim, Germany) and removal torque test($Autograph^{(R)}$ AGS-1000D series, Japan) at 8 and 12-week after placement The results were as follows: 1. Histologic observation showed that osseointegration occurred to both control and experimental groups as time lapse, but delayed bone healing was revealed in 3.8mm group (experimental 1group), compared to contrtol group and 5.0mm group (experimental 2group). 2. The mobility test showed that the experimental groups had no distinguishable movement during experimental periods of 8 and 12-week, and there was no difference in mobility depending on the gap between bone and implant, and time lapse. 3. The removal torque forces were increased depended on the gaps decreasing between bone and implant, and time lapse. The results suggest that HA-coated implant without primary bone contact, based on guided bone regeneration could obtain its stability in all experimental groups as time lapse, but bone healing was delayed in experimental group of 3.8mm. And the results suggested that studies on correlationship between mobility test and removal torque test for implant stability would be necessary.

        염증성 치은에 대한 Nd:YAG laser 조사효과에 관한 임상적 연구

        Periodontal disease is characterized by destruction of supporting tissues caused by invasion of plaque bacteria and defense mechanism of host. Many dentists are very interested in laser therapy on various intraoral soft tissue lesions including inflammatory periodontal pocket. In order to determine the therapeutic effect of intrapocket irradiation of a pulsed- Nd : YAG laser on the inflammatory periodontal pockets, bilateral 60 teeth with 4-6mm in probing pocket depth and gingival inflammation were selected and evaluated by sulcus bleeding index(SBI), and plaque index(pI) for baseline record. Intrapocket irradiation($300{\mu}m$ fiber optic, I.5W power, for 2 min.) of a pulsed-Nd : YAG laser(EL.EN.EN060, Italy) was applied on half of them. As the control group, the same procedure except power-off was repeated on the contralateral 30 teeth. At 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-week after intrapocket manipulation, every tooth was reevaluated by the same clinical indices. And the difference between the lased group and control group was statistically analyzed by paired t-test and Chi-square test in Microstat program. Following results were obtained: 1. Until I-week and 2-week after intrapocket manipulation, SBI was lowered in both lased group and control group, compared to baseline SBI, but from 3-week after, the recovering tendency toward baseline was noted, and at only 2-week after, the number of teeth showing lowered SBI was significantly more in lased group than in control group(p<0.05). 2. PI of both lased group and control group was lowered through whole experimental period from I-week to 4-week after, compared to baseline PI(p<0.05), but there was no significant difference between lased group and control group(p>0.1). The results suggest that intrapocket irradiation of a pulsed-Nd:YAG laser may lead somewhat remission of gingival inflammation, but for more favorable therapeutic result the thorough root planing should be necessarily accompanied with gingival curettage.

        고등학교 유도선수의 내적동기와 자기관리 및 운동지속의 구조적 관계

        This study is aimed to provide academic rationales in developing training programs of high school Judo players using the systematic relations to intrinsic motivation, self-management and exercise adherence of high school Judo players. The subjects of the study were 290 high school male and female Judo players who participated in the 9th Chungpoonggi national Judo Contest from June 13th to 17th, 2016. Stratified Cluster Random Sampling Method was used in the study. Excluding inappropriate questionnaires for the research materials, 230 samples were used for the final analysis. The questionnaire was the research method. The reliabilities were .935 in intrinsic motivation, .906 in self-management and .915in exercise adherence. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The intrinsic motivation of high school Judo players has positive influence on self-management. 2 . The intrinsic motivation of high school Judo players has positive influence on exercise adherence. 3. The self-management of high school Judo players has positive influence on exercise adherence.

        스포츠센터 지도자의 감정노동과 직무만족 및 고객지향성의 구조적 관계

        This study aimed to analyze the relationship in sports center instructors’ emotional labor, job satisfactions and customer orientation and to present the basic data to strengthen the market competitiveness with the result. The subjects of this study were 180 sports center instructors who were teaching over 5 sport items in Seoul. It was conducted through self-evaluation survey. The survey was conducted in 10 total sports centers from June 1st. 2015 to June 10th. 2015. Inappropriate questionnaires for the research materials were excluded. 146 samples out of 180 were used for the final analysis. The conclusions of the hypothesis were as follows: Hypothesis 1. Sports center instructors’ emotional labor will have a meaningful influence on their job satisfaction. The result of empirical analysis on hypothesis 1 was accepted. Hypothesis 2. Sports center instructors’ emotional labor will have a meaningful influence on the customer orientation. The result of empirical analysis on hypothesis 2 was accepted. Hypothesis 3. Sports center instructors’ job satisfaction will have a meaningful influence on the customer orientation. The result of empirical analysis on hypothesis 3 was accepted.

        실내골프연습장 관계마케팅 전략과 고객만족 및 고객충성도의 구조적 관계

        This study aimed to analyze the structural relationship among relationship marketing strategies, customer satisfaction, and customer royalty in the indoor driving range and to present the basic data to strengthen the indoor driving range’s market competitiveness in the sports industry. The subjects of this study were 240 adults using a driving range for over a year in Seoul. Inappropriate questionnaires for the research materials were excluded. 176 samples out of 202, which were recollected, were used for the final analysis. The instrument of this study was survey. It consisted of questions on personal characteristics(4 questions) , relationship marketing strategies(22 questions), customer satisfaction(18 questions), and customer royalty(13 questions). The conclusions were as following: Hypothesis 1. Relationship marketing strategies in the indoor driving range will have a meaningful influence(in the forward direction) on the customer satisfaction there. The result of empirical analysis on hypothesis 1 was accepted. Hypothesis 2. Relationship marketing strategies in the indoor driving range will have a meaningful influence(in the forward direction) on the customer royalty three. The result of empirical analysis on hypothesis 2 was accepted. Hypothesis 3. Customer satisfaction in the indoor driving range will have a meaningful influence(in the forward direction) on the customer royalty there. The result of empirical analysis on hypothesis 3 was accepted.

        두 가지 고장형태를 고려한 생산 및 예방보전 정책

        This paper studies an economic manufacturing quantity (EMQ) model with two types of failures and planned preventive maintenance of the production facility. One is a type I (major) failure which should be corrected by a failure maintenance and the other is a type Ⅱ (minor) failure which can be minimally repaired without interrupting the production run. The objective is to determine the lot size and preventive replacement policy minimizing the long-run expected cost per unit time. We consider a control policy with a constant production lot size and preventive maintenance after completing n production runs. It is assumed that both preventive and failure maintenance times are random and the demand arriving during a stock-out period is lost. An expression for the expected cost per unit time is obtained in the general case. A special case is discussed and numerical results are provided.

        A production system in domestic shoes companies has difficulty in achieving automation and information because of insufficiency of flexibility and standardization. Particularly small and medium sized shoes companies producing by OEM has chased imminent production schedule, and consequently the production schedules or the process conditions can not be optimally set and are extemporized by the experience in the past. These behaviors mainly cause lowering of productivity and fmancial loss. To maximize efficiency and productivity of the shoes process, in this paper, we develop a simulation model based on a production system in small and medium sized shoes companies. Using the simulation model, we find out several problems and inefficiencies for process or management system, and then make a best counterproposal.
