재일한인 중소규모 자영업자의 직업과 민족 간의 유대관계

일본의 노동시장으로부터의 배제와 차별은 많은 재일한인들로 하여금 민족적 네트워크와 종족자본을 이용한 자영업에 종사하게 하였다. 본 연구는 재일한인 중소규모 자영업자의 직업과 민족 간의 유대관계가 시대와 세대의 변화에 따라 어떻게 변화하는가를 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 민족 간의 유대관계를 파악하기 위한 방법으로서 본 고에서는 재일한인 자영업자의 종족자원에 대한 의존도를 시기별로 분석했다. 재일한인의 경우, 일본으로의 이주 초기에는 주로 노동자 계층이 많았으나 점차 전문직종사자와 자영업자가 증가하였다. 이러한 변화에는 시대적인 흐름과 함께 재일한인의 세대교체와 학력신장이라는 요소가 작용하였지만, 그러한 요소가 작용할 수 있도록 재일한인에 관한 일본인 및 일본사회의 인식, 그리고 재일한인을 비롯한 재외국인에 대한 정책이 변화해가고 있음을 의미하기도 한다. 그런데, 종족자원의 이용 측면에서 볼 때, 자영업 종사자가 증가하기 시작하는 초기단계에는 민족 금융기관의 이용이나 기업간의 거래, 종업원 고용에 이르기까지 종족자원에 대한 의존도가 강하였고, 주요 고객 역시 같은 민족을 대상으로 한 업종이 많았다. 하지만 점차 재일한인의 직업구조가 다양화되기 시작하면서 그러한 종족자원에 대한 의존도도 역시 다양화되어 갔다. 민족 간의 유대관계의 유지 혹은 배제는 그들을 둘러싼 사회 및 경제구조에 따라서 좌우되고, 그 결과는 다시 재일한인과 일본인과의 관계를 좌우한다. Many Korean migrants in Japan have established small businesses using their ethnic networks as they were discriminated and excluded from Japanese society and labour market. The aim of this study is to explore the changes in characteristics of Korean migrants’businesses by generation, focusing on the role of co-ethnic relationships including ethnic networks and resources on their businesses. This study analyzed Korean migrants’ dependence of the ethnic resources to understand the relationship between the ethnic. When Koreans first moved to Japan, laborers amounted the most, but the number of the professionals and the small business owners has increased gradually. This change was influenced by the change of generation and the improvement of education, as well as recognition of Japanese society and the change of policies toward Korean migrants in Japan. In early times when the number of small business owners started to increase, many cases such as a business, an employment, the use of Korean banks used to depend on ethnic resources. Also there were many businesses of which main customers were Koreans. However, the dependence of the ethnic resources has become diverse as the structure of the occupation has changed. The maintenance or exclusion of co-ethnic relationship depends on the structure of society and economy, and its result affect the relationship between Korean migrants in Japan and Japanese.

베트남출신 결혼이주여성의 혼인경로에 따른 혼인동기와 가족과의 관계분석

본 연구의 목적은 한국남성과 결혼한 베트남여성과 모국의 가족들을 대상으로 베트남 여성들의 혼인경로에 따른 결혼동기 및 모국가족과의 관계에 있어서의 차이를 도출하는데 있다. 국내에 거주하는 베트남출신 여성결혼이주자와 한국으로 시집간 딸이 있는 베트남의 가족들과의 면담조사 결과, 혼인경로와 무관하게 경제적인 이유가 무엇보다 중요한 결혼결정의 요인으로 작용했으며, 가족들 역시 자식을 염려하는 마음에도 불구하고 결혼한 딸의 경제적인 지원에 크게 의존하고 있었다. 또한 혼인경로의 차이는 부부 상호간에 대한 신뢰와 이해정도에도 영향을 주었으며, 결혼을 매개로한 사회적 네트워크는 베트남과 한국을 잇는 노동시장의 네트워크로 이어지면서 확대되고 있었다. The purpose of this study is to analysis of the motivation for marriage and the relations with their family of Vietnamese women who married Korean men, depending on their marriage method. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, we interviewed Vietnamese migrant women living in Korea and their family in Vietnam. According to the result of the survey, regardless of the marriage methods, the economic reason was the most important factor on the marriage decision of these women, and the family relied heavily on the financial support of their daughter despite the concern for their child. On the other hand, the difference in the marriage methods also affected mutual trust and understanding of couples. It also found out that the social network through the international marriage could promote the connection of labor market network between Vietnam and Korea.

심상 시치료를 이용한 호스피스 교육 프로그램이 간호대생의 사생관에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 심상 시치료를 이용한 호스피스 교육 프로그램이 간호대생의 사생관에 미치는 효과를 분석한 것이다. 연구 대상자는 간호대 4학년생으로 총 12회에 걸쳐 일주일에 한 번 90분 동안 참여한 40명 학생이었다. ‘아생 프로그램’은 올바른 사생관 확립을 위한 호스피스 프로그램으로 ‘내면의 긍정성’을 표상한 ‘빛’을 찾아가는 5단계로 구성하여 통합 예술 문화치료인 심상 시치료의 단계에 맞춰서 개발한 것이다. 현상학적 질적 분석을 한 결과 지혜와 지식, 자애, 용기, 절제, 정의, 초월, 고백 및 자기표현의 7개 범주로 나눌 수 있었다. 또한, 대조군의 사전 점수(107.58)와 사후 점수(105.60)는 변화가 없으나 실험군은 사전 점수(108.95)에 비해 사후 점수(123.70)가 크게 증가하였다. 따라서 긍정적인 사생관이 이뤄질 때, 호스피스 환자를 위한 질 높은 간호 수행을 할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 일반인들한테도 확대 적용하여 올바른 사생관으로 내면의 긍정성을 발전시킴으로써 현재의 삶에 대한 의미와 가치를 충분히 누리고 나눌 수 있을 것이다. This study analyzed the effects of hospice education programs using Simsang-poetry Therapy on the view of life and death situation of nursing students. The study subjects were 40 fourth-year nursing students, who participated once a week for 90 minutes on a total of 12 occasions. ‘Asaeng Program’, a kind of hospice program for establishing right view of life and death, has been developed in accordance with steps of ‘Sim-sang Poetry Therapy’, integrated art and cultural treatments, which divides the process of searching for ‘light’, symbolically presented for ‘inner positivity’, into five steps as a treatment. The results of phenomenological and qualitative analyzation of the subjects’ description can be divided into seven categories of wisdom and knowledge, charity, courage, self-control, righteousness, transcendence, confession and self-expression to the view of life and death. In addition, the control of the preliminary points (107.58) and post points (105.60) is unchanged, but the experimental group of the preliminary points (108.95) and post points (123.70) score was significantly increased. According to the result of this study, students who developed a positive awareness and acceptance of the view of life achieved a high-quality nursing performance and attitude for hospice patients. Moreover, by extending the process of the study to the public, general population can perceive and share the meaning and value of the present life through recognizing and developing this ‘inner positivity’ view of life and death.
