Department of Nuclear Medicine in Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH) had developed $^{18}F$-Flumazenil as Benzodiazepine receptor imaging agent for PET diagnosis of Epilepsy. But production Activity of $^{18}F$-Flumazenil is decreased owing to this method has difficult synthesis procedures and pretty long synthesis time. In this study, we can modify synthesizing method to have more simple procedure and less spend time and help to increase production Activity. Old method: Radioactivity was produced by cyclotron was captured by QMA cartridge that was activated. Captured radioactivity was eluted into the reaction vial by using kryptofix solution and delivered. After evaporation of eluent, the azeotrophic drying step repeated two times. tosylflumazenil in anhydrous Acetonitrile was added to a reaction vial while bubbling. The reaction mixture was evaporated until the mixture volume was 0.5 mL. Reaction vial washed with 20 % Acetonitrile and that solution went into the reaction vial. The reaction mixture was loaded to the HPLC loop by hand and purified $^{18}F$-Flumazenil by HPLC column. New method: We used $TBAHCO_3$ solution as a eluent. After the eluent was evaporated, tosylflumazenil in anhydrous acetonitrile was added to a reaction vial and the reaction mixture was bubbled for 15 minutes. It was evaporated until the mixture volume became 0.5 mL. It was loaded to the HPLC loop. In old method, $^{18}F$-Flumazenil was synthesized via 6 steps synthesis procedures in 105 minutes with 30~35% synthesizing yield (non-decay correction) and specific activity was about $0.5{\sim}2{\times}10^5$ Ci/mole. In new method, It had 3 steps synthesis procedures in 53 minutes with 40~45% synthesizing yield and specific activity was about $3{\sim}8{\times}10^5$ Ci/mole. This method leads to improve of minimizing synthesis time, increasing synthesis yield and specific activity. While we can load reaction mixture to the HPLC loop, we can expose high radiation field thanks to used by hand.

Intermittent left bundle branch block (LBBB) can be caused by cardiovascular disease, and in this case, it can be a factor that increases the patient's mortality, so the patient should be treated with caution. We experienced a case of bipolar hemiarthroplasty of an 87-year-old female with angina history under general anesthesia. Preoperative electrocardiography showed complete LBBB without subjective symptoms. We report a case of intermittent LBBB which changed to a normal sinus rhythm after injecting phenylephrine.

This paper proposes an efficient feature extraction of the image data using nonlinear principal component analysis neural networks of a new learning algorithm. The proposed method is a learning algorithm with momentum for reflecting the past trends. It is to get the better performance by restraining an oscillation due to converge the global optimum. The proposed algorithm has been applied to the cancer image of 256×256 pixels and the coin image of 128×128 pixels respectively. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has better performances of the convergence and the nonlinear feature extraction, in comparison with those using the backpropagation and the conventional nonlinear PCA neural networks.<br/>

The L2 spinal nerve root block is an effective procedure for pain reduction in patients with discogenic low back pain, but relatively few cases have been published that address complication of testicular pain and ptosis associated with this intervention. We experienced a patient testicular pain and ptosis after L2 spinal nerve root block, and the patient was recovered after 2 weeks without any serious side effect In this report, the ways on how to deal with testicular pain and ptosis are discussed including brief review of the relevant literature.

Regional anesthesia is used as an alternative to general anesthesia, and among them, brachial plexus block is widely used in orthopedic upper extremity surgery. The anesthesiologist must make a good decision about which type of nerve block to perform depending on the surgical site. This technique involves the injection of local anesthetic agents in close proximity to the brachial plexus, temporarily blocking the sensation and ability to move the upper extremity This case is a superficial cervical plexus block and interscalene block performed on a patient who was unable to perform general anesthesia using nitrous oxide due to pneumothorax. The patient was discharged after recovery without side effects such as worsening of pneumothorax after surgery.
상사의 체면세움행동이 부하의 자기효능감 및 직무태도에 미치는 영향

체면은 한국인의 행동양식을 이해하고 설명하는데 매우 중요한 문화심리변수로 받아들여진다는 점에서 조직상황에서 체면에 대한 연구는 큰 의미를 지니고 있다. 이러한 면에서 이 연구에서는 부하에 대한 상사의 체면세움행위가 부하들의 직무태도에 미치는 효과와 함께 양자 간의 관계에서 자아효능감의 매개효과를 다루었다. 이론적, 논리적 기초 하에 설정한 가설을 검정하기 위하여 체면이 중요시될 것으로 판단되는 대학교육기관 종사자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 현장의 자료를 수집하였다. 실증분석결과에 따르면 부하의 체면을 세워주는 상사의 행동(능력체면 세움행동, 도덕성체면 세움행동)은 부하의 자기효능감에 유의적인 정(+)의 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기효능감은 직무몰입과 직무 노력에 유의한 정(+)의 효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기효능감은 능력체면 및 도덕성체면과 직무몰입 간의 관계를 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났으며, 능력체면 및 도덕성체면과 직무노력간의 관계에서는 완전매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 대한 논의 및 결론에서 실증분석의 결과가 지니는 의미와 한계, 앞으로의 연구방향에 대해 구체적으로 제시하였다. In this study, we tested the relationship between face giving behaviors of supervisors and job attitudes of subordinates. And, the mediating role of self-efficacy of subordinates between face giving behaviors and job attitudes was also tested. Based on related theory and literature review, hypotheses were developed and tested. Participants were 210 employees of 4 large southern universities in Korea. According to statistical analysis, as hypothesized, face giving behaviors of supervisors were positively related to subordinates' self-efficacy. And, subordinates' self-efficacy was positively related to job involvement and work effort of subordinates. In particular, the mediating roles of self-efficacy between face giving behaviors of supervisors and job attitudes of subordinates were also supported.Implications and directions for future research are discussed in conclusion.
수정된 kernel - adatron알고리즘에 의한 Support Vector Machines의 학습

본 논문에서는 모멘트 항을 추가한 수정된 kernel-adatron알고리즘을 제안하고 Support vector machines의 학습기법으로 이용하였다. 이는 기울기상승법에서 일어나는 최적해로의 수렴에 따른 발전을 억제하여 그 수렴속도를 좀더 개선시키는 모멘트의 장점과 kernel-adatron알고리즘의 구현용이성을 그대로 살리기 위함이다. 제안된 학습기법의 SVM을 실제 200명의 암환자를 2부류(초기와 악성)로 분류하는 문제에 적용하여 시뮬레이션한 결과, Campbell등의 kernel-adatron알고리즘을 이용한 SVM의 결과와 비교할 때 학습시간과 시험 데이터의 분류률에서 더욱 우수한 성능이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 적응적 성분분석 기법을 이용하여 radial basis 함수 신경망의 학습시간과 분류성능을 개선한 새로운 기법을 제안하였다. 제안된 기법에서 적응적 성분분석 기법은 radial basis 함수 신경망의 은닉층 뉴런 개수와 중심값 설정을 위해 이용하였다. 제안된 기법의 radial basis 함수 신경망을 200명의 암환자를 2부류(초기와 악성)로 분류하는 문제에 적용하여 시뮬레이션한 결과, k-평균 군집화 알고리즘을 이용한 radial basis 함수 신경망과 비교할 때 학습시간과 시험 데이터의 분류에서 더욱 우수한 성능이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
