This paper is for EPC(Evolved Packet Core) network to share the load balance by IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity) prefix in MME(Mobility Management Entity). For the telecommunication, it needs to choose the anchoring gateway to use the specific gateway to avoid the traffic load to support the efficient telecommunication service. We propose the way to choose the effective gateway to avoid the traffic load in order for good qualify service. We compare the load between the gateways which are the general gateway and the specific gateway used by proposed concept.

This manuscript will be mainly dealing with civilization of the U.S. and Europe, especially of the United States and Britain experienced by Burlingame and Iwakura missions that are the representative overseas missions of Qing and Japan during the modern times. In the first half, this paper looked into the naval civilization of the United States and Britain. Among the representative marine civilization symbolizing the modern times are steamship powered by steam engine, warship equipped with large guns etc. Especially, warship and cannon of the West which is memorized as ‘strong warship and sharp cannon (船堅炮利)’was considered a marvelous one. The area that commanded the most attention from the bureaucrats and intellectuals of Qing and Japan was military weapon sector, and steamboat, armored battleship, torpedo, gun ship, guncotton, munitions factory, artillery unit and navy training were major concerns appeared all over the travelogue and diary. The aforementioned enables us to assume how the missions of the two countries observed warship and cannon and how much they were obsessed with construction of navy.

Time goes on, Ad Hoc network is hot issues. So far, there are a lot of protocols have been proposed for Ad Hoc routing protocol to support the mobility. This paper presents an enhanced DSDV(Destination-Sequenced Distance Vector) routing protocol which nominates one node to take care of a specific area. Simply Area-Aware(AA) DSDV routing protocol has one nominee to take care of some area. It has two jobs. One is to take care of its neighbour and another is to transfer the routing table to its other node as it works. It is called as Area Nominee(AN). The new scheme extends the routing table to include the nominee in the area. The general node is the same as the previous DSDV routing protocol. Inthe other hands, the node which is nominated has two routing protocols. One is for Regional Routing(RR) table which is the same routing table in DSDV. Another is Global Routing(GR) table which is about the area round its area which it cares nearby. GR table is the table for the designated node like the nominee. Each area has one nominee to transfer between ANs. It has only nominee's information about every area. This concept decreases the topology size and makes the information of topology more accurate.
파워기반 소음감소 기법을 이용한 준중형 해치백 후석 고주파성 로드노이즈 전달특성 연구

세단 타입에 비해 해치백 타입의 차량은 실링구조 확보에 어려움이 있기 때문에 후석에서 느껴지는 차폐성능이 열세한 것으로 알려져 있다. 차량의 차폐감 확보를 위해 강건한 실링 시스템과 충분한 흡음/차음 성능이 요구되지만 준중형 이하 세그먼트에서는 원가, 중량의 제약으로 인해 충분한 흡차음 사양 적용에 제한을 받고있어 효율적인 흡차음 사양의 적용이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 정량적인 측정과 비교, 분석이 가능한 파워기반 소음감소(Power Based Noise Reduction, PBNR) 기반의 차음 윈도우 평가를 통해 준중형 해치백 차량의 후석 소음원의 전달 경로를 분석하고 후석 차폐성능 확보를 위한 흡차음 대안을 제시하였다. It is known that the road noise on the rear seat of a hatchback type car is worse than that of a sedan type car because of the weakness on sealing structure. Therefore, a sound sealing system and sufficient absorption/insulation performance are required. In the case of a compact segment car, however, the application of the sufficient absorption and insulation materials is limited, because of the restriction on the production cost and weight of the car. In this study, we estimate the noise transmission path on the vehicle's body structure from tires and ground using the PBNR (Power Based Noise Reduction) method which is useful in quantitative measurement. Based on these results, we suggest an alternative absorption/insulation method for the better performance of rear seat road noise reduction in a compact hatchback car.
