        자연과학편 : Instep Kick 기술(技術)의 Kinematic적(的) 분석(分析)과 요인별(要因別) 상관(相關)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

        The purpose of this study is inrestigate to joint angle of lower limbs, angular relocity time required, projecting angular, projecting velocity and correlation of factors during kick in soccer.High speed camera producing 200 frames per second was employed for taking picture of the instep kick, 6 skilled and 6 unskilled subjects were selected and photograph analysis was used in the study, The conclusions of the studies were as follows :1. Variation of joint angle for lower limbs.(a) There is a significant difference for the hip joint angle between the skilled and the unskilled subject at the time of ball impact and followthrough.(b) The minimum value of knee joint angle is shown at the moment of supporting leg landing.(c) The skilled subjects generate more power by reducing the knee joint angle in order to kick the ball longer.(d) There is a significant difference between the skilled and the unskilled for angle of angle joint for the precise kicking is important to fix and to the angle joint.2. Variation of angular velocity.(a) There is a significant difference between two groups for angular velocity of hip joint for the skilled and the skilled.(b) There is a significant difference between two groups for the angular velocity of the knee joint. The maxium values of angular velocity for knee joint are shown by all subjects at the time of ball impact.(c) In comparison with other joint, the angular velocity of angle joint is minimum features for the skilled and the unskilled the maximum angular velocity is shown by all subjected at the moment of ball impact.3. Required time of three stages.(a) There is a significant difference bet between skilled and unskilled.(b) The reduction of time for kicking causes to increase the force, and to increase the projecting velocity and to result in sending the ball longer.4. Projecting angle and projecting velocity of ball.(a) There is a significant difference for the projecting velocity between skilled and unskilled.(b) The difference between two groups for projecting angle and velocity result from the generation of more momentum by the location of supporting, fixed joint. leg swing, precise impart, and the transfer of angular velocity.5. There is correlation joint angle for lower limbs and kick factors with except of body heigh and 100m, distance of kick and velocity of ball.6. Though there is not significant projecting angle of ball, distance of kick and angular velocity is significant.

        자연과학편 : 무산소성 운동시 파워, 혈중 젖산농도, 크레아틴인산효소 및 젖산탈수소효소 활성도의 변화

        This study analysed the changes of power output, blood lactate concentration, and plasma enzyme activity, and the relationship of these parameters.1. Peak power output and mean power output of 10sec anaerobic exercise showed the highest values among a various anaerobic exercise, and fatigue index of l0sec anaerobic exercise showed the lowest value.2. In peak value of blood lactate, values of 60sec and 90sec anaerobic exercise were significantly higher than the other types of anaerobic exercise. Peak values of blood lactate after l0sec and 30sec anaerobic exercise were a significantly higner than the rest value, but it cannot showed the sufficient activation, of lactate metabolism.3. Activity of plasma creatine phosphokinase showed a significant increase after anaerobic exercise, and the increase of l0sec and 30sec anaerobic exercise were higher than the other anaerobic exercise. Activities of plasma lactate dehydrogenase showed a significant increase after anaerobic exercise, but the increase of 60sec and 90sec anaerobic exercise were higher than the other anaerobic exercise.4. In 60sec and 90sec anaerobic exercise, peak value of blood lactate concentration showed a significant correlation to the fatigue index and peak value of plasma LDH activity.

        자연과학 편 : 권총사격시 심리 · 생리적 변인의 변화와 경기력의 관련성

        This study was performed to investigate the change of psycho-physiological factors as heart rate and Galvanic skin response during pistol shooting. The subjects were divided to two groups(elite players and novice playes) of male pistol shooter in high school. Changes of heart rate and Galvanic skin response were measured by the Pentograph (Lafayette Instrument Co., USA). The results are as follow :1. Changes of heart rate and Galvanic skin response in novice group was significantly higher than values of elite group during pistol shooting. No significant differences in heart rate and Galvanic response were observed between two groups at resting state and lst session of pistol shooting.2. Change of heart rate was correlated with the change of Galvanic skin response during pistol shooting. In novice group, Changes of heart rate and Galvanic skin response showed significant reverse correlation with the performance, respectively. But I cannot see the significant correlation in elite group.3. Deviations of difference of psychophysiological factors during pistol shooting were correlated with performance.In this results, I think that the range of change of heart rate and Galvanic skin response imply the negative factors to the performance in pistol shooting, and elite players showed lower deviation of psycho-physiological factors than novice players. Therefore, I can proposed the importance of training method that the feedback of individual optimal level in heart rate and Galvanic skin response were applicated to pistol shooting training.

        인문 · 사회과학편 : 레슬링선수들의 경쟁불안 원인에 관한 연구

        This study was performed to find out the competitive anxiety factors in wrestlers and then to suggest the basic data for the grope of the stress management methods. Subjects were consisted of the 52 college wrestlers.The results were as follows :Non elite group showed the highest value of anxiety in relation to loss of confidence, but elite group showed the highest value of anxiety in relation to training state. In comparison between elite and non-elite group, anxiety levels in relation to loss of confidence, failure, expectation, training state showed a significant differences.Poor career group showed the highest value of anxiety in realtion to stranger mat, high career group showed the highest value of anxiety in relation to judge.In comparison of career, anxiety levels in relation to loss of confidence, failure, stranger mat, injury, training state showed a significant differences.In comparison of performance revelation, anxiety levels in relation to expectation, conditioning personality showed a significant differences.In this results, coaches must try to control about psychological conditioning focus to stress managements for the increase of performance.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate change on the Reaction, Movement Time of vistance of feet (20cm, 40cm) and angle of knee flexion (120°, l35°, 150°) to forward, backward, right, Left direaction.The subjects for this study consist of 30 persons, college man, they were tested Reaction and Movement Time S. P. S. S. program for MANDVA was used.The conclusion are as follows:1. The Reaction Time of the forward posture (0.159 sec.) was fastest at the distance of feet with 20cm and the angle of knee flexion with 120° and the Reaction Time of the backward posture (0.227 sec) was the slowest at the distance of feet with 40cm and the angle of knee flexion with 150°.2. The Movement Time of the backward posture (0.591 sec.) was fast at the distance of feet with 40cm and the angle of knee flexion with 120° and the Reaction Time of the forward posture (0.735 sec.) was the slowest at the distance of feet 20 cm and the angle of knee flexion with 150°.In Conclusion, the Reaction, Movement Time was relatives the distance of feet and angle of knee flexion.

        자연과학편 : 규칙적인 운동수행이 노인의 체력 변화에 미치는 영향

        The Purpose of this study was performed the investigation of the effects of the 12 weeks regular exercise program on the physical fitness of 60’s for age. The results were as follows:1. In the grip strength and push up, it could not find the significant difference between exercise group and non-exercise group.2. Sit and reach of exercise group after training showed a significantly higher value than the non-exercise group.3. In the power parameter as long jump, it could not find the significant difference between exercise group and non-exercise group.4. Maximal oxygen uptake of exercise group after training showed a significantly higher value than the non-exercise group.In this results, the regular exercise with walking and jogging were consider to the effective program for the increase of flexibilty and endurance capacity of older age group. In addition to, for the increase of muscular function and power of older age man, it can suggested the consideration of the other training program.

        인문 · 사회과학편 : 태권도선수의 심리적 특성에 관한 연구

        This study examined psychological characteristics of taekwondo players according to performance. Psychological factors consisted of personality, sport competitive anxiety, attention style, concentration, and mental toughness. 48 male high school taekwondo players participated in this study.Results were as follows :1. The variables of personality showed no significant difference between elite and non-elite group.2. Level of competitive anxiety of elite group showed a significant lower value than non-elite group, and level of concentration of elite group showed a significant higher value than non-elite group.3. In the analysis of attention style, all sub-variables showed no significant difference between elite and non-elite group. But elite group showed a higher a value in relation to internal factors, and non-elite group showed a higher a value in relation to external factors.4. In the mental toughness, levels of confidence, arousal control and attention control of elite group showed a significant higher than the non-elite group.In this results, competitive anxiety, concentration, confidence, arousal control, and attention control effect to performance of taekwondo players, so I suggest the requirement of training program for the control of psychological characteristics in taekwondo players.

        자연과학편 : 심폐기능이 최대 및 최대하 운동시 혈청 젖산탈수소효소 활성도 및 동위효소 분포비의 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to investigate the effects of cardiorespiratory function on the change of serum LDH activity and distribution of isoenzyme during recovery phase after maximal and submaximal exercise with athletes and nonathletes.This results were as follow :1. The cardiorespiratory function of athletes as maximal oxygen uptake and lactate threshold was superior to that of nonathletes.2. The change of serum LDH activity after maximal exercise showed higher than the change of serum LDH activity after submaximal exercise, and the increase of serum LDH activity in athletes showed higher than nonathletes.3. The changes of distribution of isoenzymes after maximal and submaximal exercise in nonathletes showed higher than athletes. In the changes of distribution of isoenzymes, the change of heart type was related to submaximal exercise, however the change of muscle type was related to maximal exercise.In this results, we think that the lower level of cardiorespiratory function were the more the change of distribution of isoenzymes and level of fatigue. In addition to, we proposed that the investigation of optimal level in exercise prescription required the analysis of detail items as the change of isoenzyme distribution.

        The sample of 243 K.M.A. cadets has been selected one year before the admission of the K.M.A. and has been studied for five years. One-way ANOVA and Trend Analysis have been applied to this longitudinal data set and the outcome may be subsumed as follows;1. For 100m running, sargent-jump. the differences among groups except 4. 5year are statisitically significant(P<0.05). For the trend analysis of 100m running and sargent-jump. linear and cubic trends appeared(P<0.001).2. For 2㎞ running. there are statistically significant differences among groups(except 3. 5year). while the trend analysis showed linear, quadratic. and cubic trends(P<0.001).3. For pull-up, all gorups are statistically different except 1. 2year. while the trend analysis showed linear. quadratic, and cubic trends(P<0.05. P<0.001).

        In the 10th Asian Taekundo Competition which was held from september 30 to October 3. 1986. this study, based on the 138games(78person) deals with the comparative investigation between Korean players and foreign players about the number of offensive skill and points, the number of offense and points in each weight level, and the number of offense and points in each round.The conclusion of this study is as follows :1. In the number of offense and points, Korean players were remarkably superior to foreign players becouse Korean player got 8.5 points attacking 123.75times on the average(point rate : 6.87) and foreign player gut 1.24points attacking 68.46times on the average(point rate:1.82)2. In the number of offense and points in each skill, Korean player in 25games got 10points attacking 62times (point rate:16.13) in front turning kick, and foreign player in 113games got 13points attacking 332times (paint rate 4.02) in counter kick. This shows that Korean player developed from counter kick attacking to Twkdora-Aptolyuchagi and foreign player kept the former counter kick attacking.3. In the number of offense and points in earth weight level, Korean players in 3 games got 12 points attacking 155 times(point rate:7.74) in the Middle weight and each player got 4 points on the average. On the other hand, foreign players in 17games got 20points attacking 759times(point rate:2.64) in Bantanweight and each player got 1.18points on the average. Therefore, Korean players are superior in Middleweight and foreign players are superior in Bantam Weight.4. In the number of offense and points in each round, there were no other thndencies, becouse the strategies of coaches in the Match Taekundo competition are varied according to the situation of each game.From the results of the above research, the techniques which has used in Taekwondo are seemed to be a game mainly composed of front turning kick, back kick and a fist and high degree techniques are not used in a match. So it is thought that match technique is to be progressed, only if the improvements in the rules of the Judge should be added.
