호텔인재의 인재가치제안(EVP)과 인재개발요소가 경력성공에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to give insights and practical suggestions for hotel operations to establish a Talent Development System for supporting talent acquisition and talent retention, identifying the values of the Employee Value Proposition(EVP) and the Talent Development Elements influencing organizational career success. The result of the analysis showed that the EVP factors `interesting job` and `reliable company` affect `career success.` The Talent Development Elements such as `mentoring` and `education and training` also affected `career success.` The moderation effect by job grade of the EVP has not been found in this research, however, the moderation effect by job grade of the Talent Development Elements showed that the `assistant manager group` recognizes `education and training` and `mentoring` as the influencing drivers for `career satisfaction,` while the `manager above group` identifies `job rotation` as the main requirement for `career satisfaction.` The implications of the research are as follows; Firstly, systematic career development programs need to be secured for the career development of managers based on the thorough analysis of their job profiles. Secondly, a mentoring program needs to be reinforced in the organization to assign tasks through a pair, mentor and mentee, which will involve selecting common tasks and solving them with the collaboration of the pairs. Third, managers and above need to be provided with multi-job tasks or job rotations for their career development or promotion, while assistant managers are focused on education and training by completing required leadership modules.
한국무용 감기 동작 시 표현하고자 하는 감정에 따른 운동역학적 차이

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of Gam-ki (double-arm winding) depending on the emotion being expressed. Gam-ki is one of the basic movements of Korean traditional dance. Method :We selected three Korean traditional dancers who belong to National Dance Company of Korea. They were asked to express four different emotions (anger, joy, sadness, and neutral) while performing Gam-ki. We analyzed elapsed time and time ratio, size of movement, ground reaction forces and ground impulses. Results : During Gam-ki the elapsed time for each phase as well as for one cycle was longest when “sadness” was expressed then followed by “neutral” and then “angry” and “joy.“ Except for the ankle in/eversion, the ROMs of the lower limb joints seem not to be an emotion-characteristic factor. The ROMs of the upper limb joints were largest when "anger" was expressed. Neck rotation is associated with expressing negative emotions ("angry" and "sadness"). For medial-lateral GRF "angry"> "joy" > "neutral" > "sadness" was in order. Therefore, it can be regarded as a factor indicating the activity of the emotion.

Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics, Vol. 00, No. 0, pp. 00-00, 2013. Fouette turns are repeated pirouettes which begin as a normal pirouette en dehors but include a movement that allows the rotational momentum lost to friction to be regained once each revolution. The purpose of this study was to investigate on orientation density of head/trunk to the front with and without music to which dancers perform the Fouette turn in time. 10 female dancers(21.0±1.4 years old, height; 165.3±3.9 cm, weight: 50.5±5.7 kg) who are the students of S University participated in this study. It took shorter time to perform one revolution of fouette turn with music (930 ms) than without music (961 ms), which reason may be the shorter time of phase 2 in which the rotational momentum is not produced but lost to fiction. Orientation density of trunk to the front was smaller with music (.176) than without music (.196), while the one of head had not significant difference between with and without music. And the path length of marker on 2nd left metatarsal bone during one revolution was smaller with music (35.7 cm) than without music (40.2 cm) but the difference was not statistically significant (p=.267).
발레 Fouette en dehors 동작 시 숙련 무용수와 비숙련 무용수의 생체역학적 차이

The purpose of this study was to investigate on orientation density of head/trunk to the front, and moments and vertical free moments, EMG and cocontraction of a/antagonist of support leg during the Fouette turns. Nine skilled dancers and 10 unskilled dancers who are the female students of S University participated in this study. It took shorter time to perform one revolution of Fouette turn for skilled dancers than for unskilled dancers. And orientation density of trunk to the front was smaller for unskilled dancers than for skilled dancers, which reason can be that the vertical free moment of unskilled dancers was larger than of skilled dancers both during recovery phase and transition phase. And cocontraction of dorsiflexor-plantarflexor, knee flexor-extensor and knee external rotator-internal rotator of unskilled dancers were larger than skilled dancers, which reason be considered that unskilled dancers intended to maintain safety and stability of support leg joint, especially ankle.
발레 Pirouette en dehors 동작의 성공과 실패에 따른 운동역학적 차이 분석

Turning movements are common in all forms of dance. One of the most common turns is the Pirouette en dehors. The purpose of this study was to investigate on variables related to rotational momentum production and balance of its axis between the group made a success of Pirouette en dehors and the group not so. 24 dancers(19 females and 5 males, 20.6±1.5 years old, height; 167.6±6.4 ㎝, weight: 53.6±6.8 ㎏) who are the students of S University participated in this study. It was considered that the orientation density of head to the front was not related to whether a dancer performs successfully Pirouette or not and the number of rotations, but related to aesthetics of ballet. it was considered that the first factor which conclude whether dancers perform successfully Pirouette or not and the number of roultions was not the magnitude of rotational momentum but the torque that tilt its axis about COP by body weight, that is, the balance of rotational axis.
