임상연구 : Sniffing Position은 비만도에 상관없이 후두경소견을 개선시킨다

Background: Most anesthesiologists universally recommend the sniffing position and consider it to be essential for improving the performance of orotracheal intubation. However, a recent investigation reported that the sniffing position does not aid the laryngoscope except under specific circumstances (i.e., obesity). Therefore, this study examined the impact of the BMI (body mass index) on the effectiveness of the sniffing position in improving the laryngeal view. Methods: A video laryngoscopy imaging system and POGO (the percentage of glottic opening) scoring system were used to assess the laryngeal view in 79 adult patients undergoing a laryngoscopy. In each patient, the laryngeal view was videotaped continuously from simple head extension to the sniffing position by inflating a pressure bag as a pillow to obtain approximately 15˚ of flexion of the lower cervical spine on the chest. The variables assessed included the BMI, the POGO score in each position and the change in the POGO score. Results: The POGO scores improved with the sniffing position (18.1 ± 14.3%). However, the sniffing position did not improve the POGO score in 16/79 (20.3%) patients. The sniffing position did not worsen the POGO score in any patient. No significant correlation was found between the BMI and the change in the POGO score in the sniffing position (Pearson`s correlation coefficient r = 0.075). Conclusions: The sniffing position has the potential to improve the laryngeal view in all intubations without needing to consider the BMI. Therefore, the sniffing position appears to be advantageous for orotracheal intubation compared with a simple head extension. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2007; 52: 526~9)

So, we propose the method to elect the cluster head based on sensing value. It can receive reliable sensing value and have the function of tracing event because cluster head is elected per period.

국제비즈니스계약에서 수출보험과 이행보증의 활용에 관한 개괄적 고찰

무역은 계약이 체결되면서부터 종료되기까지 거래의 전과정에 예측할 수 없는 다양한 위험을 수반한다. 특히 거래에서 일방당사자의 의무 불이행 위험은 상대방의 정당한 권리, 즉 무역을 통해 기대하는 이익 실현을 불가능하게 할 수도 있다는 점에서 사전에 계약 이행을 담보하는 것은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 이를 위하여 실무에서 수출보험과 이행보증이 활용되고 있으며 기본적으로 수출보험은 채권자가 자신이 갖는 위험에 대한 안전장치로, 이행보증은 채무자가 채권자에게 자신의 의무 이행을 담보하는 장치로 활용된다. 다만 각각이 담보하는 위험, 당사자 및 메커니즘 등이 상이하므로 양 제도의 개괄적 기초 위에 다양한 국제비즈니스계약에서의 활용 가능성을 살펴보고자 한다. Trade parties are exposed to various and unpredictable risks from the conclusion of the contract to its termination. In particular, non-performance of obligations by the parties will not be able to achieve profit to each other, which ultimately expected by the transaction. Export credit insurance and performance guarantee are systems that cover to the risk of non-performance of obligations between the contracting parties in advance. Export credit insurance covers the buyer"s credit risk and performance guarantee covers the debtor"s default. First, The Export credit insurance is a system that pay for unforeseen losses incurred by exporters, producers, or financial institutions that lend export funds. It is a non-profit policy insurance for export promotion and promotion. Export insurance is a two-party contract between the exporter and the insurer. Second, The performance guarantee is a system in which a guarantor pays the beneficiary(the creditor) the amount specified in the guarantee if the applicant(the debtor) does not perform its obligations. On the other hand, export insurance and performance guarantees differ in the character of the system, mechanisms and parties. Therefore, this study is to examine the utilization of both systems in International business Agreement.

협동 릴레이와 다중 사용자 다이버시티를 이용하는 무선 통신 네크워크의 용량 분석

본 논문은 다중 사용자 다이버시티를 운용하는 무선 네트워크에서 협동 다이버시티를 사용할 경우, 하향링크 채널에서 다중사용자 다이버시티와 협동 다이버시티 사이의 상호작용을 분석한다. 협동 다이버시티 링크의 수신 신호 대 잡음비 분포를 감마 분포로 근사한 후, 다수의 협동 다이버시티 링크들이 fair-access 스케줄링 되는 단일 셀에서의 평균 용량을 해석적으로 구한다. 제안하는 해석방법을 시뮬레이션 결과와 비교하여 검증하였으며, 각 링크에서 수신 신호 대 잡음비의 변동을 줄여주는 협동 다이버시티가 다수 링크들의 수신 신호 대 잡음비의 변동성을 이용하는 다중 사용자 다이버시티의 성능을 저하시킴을 용량 분석을 통하여 보여준다. We consider the use of cooperative diversity in a multiuser wireless data network. This paper provides an analysis of the interaction between cooperative diversity and multiuser diversity on downlink channels. By using approximation of the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) distribution of each cooperative diversity link by Gamma distribution, an analytic expression is derived for the average throughput of a single-cell wireless system with multiple cooperative diversity links combined with a fair-access scheduler. The proposed analytic approach is verified through comparisons with simulated results and shows that cooperative diversity makes the detrimental impacts on multiuser diversity.

장기계약체결시 UNIDROIT Principles 2016 적용에 관한 연구 : 기술이전계약을 중심으로

국제상거래의 필요에 부응하는 일단의 체계적 규칙을 제공할 목적으로 마련된 UNIDROIT 국제상사계약원칙은 1994년 제정된 이래 시대의 변화에 따라 업계와 법조계가 갖는 추가적 주제들을 반영하기 위하여 개정되어 왔다. 가장 최근 개정된 동 원칙 2016은 특별히 장기계약상의 특별한 필요를 더 잘 고려하기 위한 목적으로 준비되었다. UNIDROIT 국제상사계약원칙 2016이 마련됨으로서 당사자간 체결된 계약이 ‘국제계약’ 이면서 “상사계약”이라면 거래의 대상과 형태, 기간 등에 제한 없이 적용 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 실질적으로 국제물품매매계약을 비롯하여 국제대리점·판매점계약, 프랜차이즈계약, 리스계약 등 다양한 국제비즈니스계약에 충분히 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 본고는 장기거래의 성격을 갖는 다양한 거래 중 특별히 기술이전을 위한 국제라이선스계약의 준거법으로서 UNIDROIT 국제상사계약원칙의 적용 가능성 고찰을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 비입법적·비국가적 방식으로 제정된 UNIDROIT 국제상사계약원칙의 법적 지위에 대해 확인하고, 둘째, UNIDROIT 국제상사계약원칙의 국제라이선스계약 준거법으로서의 실익을 고찰하며 마지막으로 동 원칙의 장기거래에 관한 조항을 기술이전계약을 중심으로 검토하고자 한다. The purpose of this article is to understand the provisions of long-term contract in TheUNIDROIT Principles 2016, and to examine the applicability of TheUNIDROIT Principles 2016 as the governing lawof license agreements for the international transfer of technology. The UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contract was legislated in 1994 for the purpose of providing systematic rules to meet the needs of international commerce. Since then, The principle has been revised four times to reflect the additional themes required by industry and the legal community. The principles was originally conceived mainly for ordinary exchange contracts such as sales contracts to be performed at one time. In view of the increasing importance of more complex transactions - in particular long-termcontracts - TheUNIDROIT Principles 2016 have subsequently been adapted to take into account also the characteristics and needs of these transactions. The principles is expected to be applicable to the governing lawof various international business contracts. Partieswhowish to choose the principles as the rules of law governing their contract are well advised to combine such a choice of lawclausewith an arbitration agreement. In the case of litigation, the governing lawrecognizes only the lawof a specific country in accordancewith the theory of international private law.

영어에 대한 흥미와 자신감을 바탕으로 의사소통능력을 기르는 것을 가장 중요한 목표로 하고 있는 초등학교에서 3~4학년에 비해 고학년으로 올라갈수록 영어학습에 대한 부정적인 영향이 커지고 흥미와 참여도가 점차 줄어드는 것을 볼 수 있다. 영어연극, 동영상 활용수업의 학생 참여도 및 발언에 대한 다양한 연구가 있지만 본 연구에서는 초등학교 6학년을 대상으로 극화활동과 동영상을 활용한 재구성된 수업을 실시하여 교과서 활동중심으로 진행된 일반 수업과 학생발언분석법을 통해 비교, 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 일반수업에 비해서 극화수업에서 전체 학생의 발언횟수가 많고 학생참여도가 매우 활발하고 적극적인 발언이 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 학생들의 발언방법과 발언결과를 분석한 결과 극화수업의 경우 일반수업에 비해 다양한 발언방법으로 이루어지고 있고 개인발언뿐만 아니라 집단간의 활동, 의사소통도 활발히 이루어지고 있었다. 따라서 단계를 거쳐서 준비하는 의사소통중심 극화활동이나 자신들의 활동을 촬영한 동영상을 통해 흥미를 갖게 하고 수업에의 참여도를 높이기 위한 다양한 방법을 모색하여 적용해야 할 것이다. In elementary school English education, it is important to raise students’ affective attitudes in English learning, and games are usually adopted for this purpose. However, games are not as effective in higher graders as the lower graders, and it is hard to motivate 5th and 6th grade students to participate in English class activities. In this study, a dramatization of English textbook is used to improve the 6th grade students’ participation in English class. A class of 33 6th grade students are selected for an application of dramatized activities. To compare students’ participation of dramatized class and regular textbook class, utterance analysis of activities is applied to measure students’ participation. The findings are: First, The total number of students’ utterances are much higher in dramatized classes than the regular English classes. Second, the quality of students’ utterances is much better in dramatized classes than regular English classes in terms of initiation and disverse topics to be dealt with. The results indicate that dramatization is a good alternative alteration of the regular English textbook activities to increase participation of 6th grade students in English class.
