The requirements development process is an important process of defining the functions of a manufacturing system. It consists of requirements elicitation, requirements analysis, requirements specification, and requirements validation. In particular, the requirements elicitation is a process of elicitation user requirements from information collected through user interviews and task analysis. It is an important role in defining the functions of a manufacturing system and should clearly extract user requirements. However, due to the unclear user requirements, it is a major cause of the failure of the manufacturing system development. Therefore, this study proposes a method to extract user requirements clearly using TextRank in the requirements elicitation. TextRank is a graph based ranking model that uses Google s PageRank. It can extract key sentences or keywords from documents or web pages. Therefore, we extract URs(User Requirements) and keywords from VOC(Voice Of Customers) using TextRank in the requirements elicitation.

Intramural pregnancy implanting in the previous cesarean section scar is one of the rarest form of an ectopic pregnancy and probably the most dangerous form because of its risk of rupture and humorrhage. Pathologically, the location of the gestational sac is completely isolated from the uterine cavity and entirely surrounded by myometrium without any contract of endometrium. For young patients who wish to maintain their fertility, an earlier diagnosis and more conservative treatment are highly desirable. We have recently experienced a case of intramural pregnancy implanting in the scar of cesarean section, treated completely with systemic methotrexate injection. So, we report this case with a brief review of the literature.
국산 $^{18}F$-FDG Auto Sysnthesizer의 수율 향상과 성능 개선

Purpose: 2-[$^{18}F$]Fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose ([$^{18}F$]FDG) particularly plays as a important role in Positron Emission Tomography (PET) imaging in nuclear medicine. Domestic [$^{18}F$]FDG auto synthesizers are installed in Seoul National University Bundang Hospital (SNUBH) at June 2008, these modules were known that it's synthetic yields were guaranteed in average $45{\pm}5%$ so far. To improve yields and convenience of domestic [$^{18}F$]FDG auto synthesizer, numerous trials in reaction time, base concentration, pressure and temperature were performed to increase [$^{18}F$]FDG yields. Materials and Methods: Several synthetic factors (temperature, time and pressure) and shortcoming were corrected based on many evaporation test. Syringe dispensing of tetra-butylammonium bicarbonate (TBAB) was replaced with micro pipette to prepare tetrabutyl ammonium fluoride salt ([$^{18}F$]TBAF). Troublesome refill of liquid nitrogen every 2 hours which was used to protect vacuum system was changed to charcoal cartridge, base guard filter. To monitor the volume of delivered $[^{18}O]OH_2$ from cyclotron by surveillance camera, we set up the volumetric vial on the cover of the module. In addition to, the recovery vial was added in [$^{18}F$]FDG production system to recover [$^{18}F$]FDG loss due to the leak of valve ($V_{13,14}$) in [$^{18}F$]FDG purification process. Results: When we used micro pipette for adding TBAB ($30\;{\mu}L$ in 12% $H_2O$ in acetonitrile), this quantitative dispensation has enabled to improve $5.5{\pm}1.7%$ residual fluorine-18 activity in fluorine separation cartridge compared to syringe adding. Besides, the synthetic yields of [$^{18}F$]FDG has increased $58{\pm}2.6%$ (n=19), $58{\pm}2.9%$ (n=14), $60%{\pm}2.5%$ (n=17) for 3 months. The life cycle of charcoal cartridge and base vacuum was 3 months prior to filling liquid nitrogen every 2 hours and additional side separator can prevent pump corrosion by organic solvent. After setting of volumetric indicator vial, the operator can easily monitor the total volume of irradiated $[^{18}O]OH_2$ from cyclotron. The recovery vial can be used for the stabilizer when an irregular [$^{18}F$]FDG loss was generated by the leak of valves ($V_{13,14}$). Conclusions: We has optimized appropriate synthetic conditions (temperature, time, pressure) in domestic [$^{18}F$]FDG auto synthesizer. In addition to, the remodeling with several accessories improve yields of domestic [$^{18}F$]FDG auto synthesizer with reliable reproducibility.

The root industry is poorer than other industries in terms of manufacturing environment, including personnel, facility, budget, and information technology usage. For information systems in this industry, a packaged software is preferred for developing a customized software suitable for its manufacturing environment owing to the introduction time and software cost. This paper proposes a method for quick configuration of a package software, considering requirements of an SME in the root industry, and a service system for SMEs to enable package software access at any time and place. The key mechanism for configuring the package software involved classifying the software functions extracted by SMEs into three templates, according to the smartization level of SMEs. The cloud-based service system’s architecture was designed to configure the package software easily and manage its version, history, and users. Implementing the prototype service system revealed its usability and generated research issues that should be examined continuously.

The problems related with product of automobile parts having some quality issues of different companies that are facing in during product design & product development process. Auto Parts Companies are wishing to introduce to apply quality standard such as APQP (advanced production quality planning) which is an information system in order to eliminate the quality issues during the Product design and product development process. But in quality management system it will not focus completely on FMEA (failure mode effect analysis), Control Plan, Flow Chart and PPAP (product part approval process) such as the weakness of quality management system in the documenting process. Quality management techniques should document through correct information. However due to the difficulty of information loss and information these are nominally managed. Recently, a study about technique & quality information knowledge management has been managed for alternative of these problems. Especially a study about systematic of injection molding conditions in the field of injection mold has been actively managed. However, the study about the management of injection molding conditions are based on collaborative product design & development that extract data through injection molding conditions extract from quality effect where the information is lacking. Therefore, in this paper, we present structure that is systematically managed and consistently gather the information related with mold design & development process. The structure defines a correlation between the quality factors and molding parameters and it is designed with construct based on tree structure of FTA (fault tree analysis) to gather quality information. Additionally, we implemented quality information knowledge management system prototype for the Auto parts Company.
