중.소형 해상용 등명기 대체용 LED 광원 설계에 대한 연구

반도체 광원(LED소자)을 이용한 새로운 해상용 등명기의 경우 기존의 해상용 등명기와는 발광 원리 및 발광 방식이 다르며, LED는 반도체 소자로서 외기 환경(온도)의 변화에 따른 그 특성이 변화하는 문제점을 내포하고 있어, 본 논문에서는 우리나라의 계절적 변화에 적응되고, 해양 환경 특성에 적합한 LED 등명기를 개발하여 현재 사용중인 등명기의 문제점을 해소하고 품질 개선, 시인효과 및 신뢰성 향상으로 이용자에게 양질의 서비스를 제공하고 선박의 안전운항에 기여하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 기존 전구식 등명기의 기술기준, 고휘도 LED 광원을 이용한 고광도 등명기 광원 선계, 및 고휘도 LED 등명기의 실효광도 및 색도의 측정 분석시험에 대해 연구를 수행하였다. The advantages of LED(Light Emitting Diode) are low electric power consumption long life time and excellent visibility. In order to design and develope the marine lantern using LED, technical trends and standards about the marine lantern were analyzed and sample products were manufactured and evaluated in comparing with existing marine lantern The performance of developed LED lantern is better than that of the existing marine lantern using an incandescent lamp. The electric power consumption of our products is 30[%] and the luminous intensity is two or fen times brighter than existing marine lantern.
해상용 LED(Light Emitting Diode) 등명기 연구개발

A high light lantern system using LEDs is composed of power supply, flash controller, and daylight controller and proper case considering work condition. The performance of developed LED lantern is better than that of the existing marine lantern using an incandescent electric lamp and that of foreign products(Vega LED lantern made in New Zealand, Tideland system made in America). The electric consumption of our products is 30% compared with that of existing marine lantern using an incandescent electric lamp, and the luminous intensity of them is 200% to 400% compared with that of existing marine lantern and foreign LED lantern. In addition, our LED lantern system is easy to repairing something wrong and changing the LED module and other controllers on the sea when they are in accident.

Since a LED light source does not include the mercury (Hg) or a filament, it is expected as an environmentally friendly next generation light source with its good reliability and long lifetime. A few ten mW white LED can substitute for the indicator light source, and it is required to study several watt multi-chip semiconductor light sources in order to replace the light sources for general illumination such as incandescent lights and fluorescent lamps. The light sources for illumination have a variety of applications in the indoor and outdoor, and the variation of optical power and color rendition of the light source limits their applications. Therefore, it is necessary to research the LED lamp and its lumina ire to minimize the variation of dynamic characteristics due to that illuminating environment.

The light sources for illumination have a variety of applications in the indoor and outdoor, and the variation of optical power and color rendering of the light source limits their applications. Therefore, it is necessary to research the LED lamp and its luminaire to minimize the variation of dynamic characteristics and to improve the color rendering due to that illuminating environment. Daylight is very good light source to human and can be used as primary or a secondary light source with benefits of energy, productivity and health.This paper presents the design method of LED lighting system to improve poor property in terms of CR(color redering) characteristic to use daylight effectively.
