The purpose of this study was to investigate the comparison of body-composition, physical fitness, water performance, and kayak simulation of each event in national canoe athletes. Eight national kayak athletes took measurements for two days(male kayak 200m athletes n=3, male kayak 200m athletes n=2, female kayak 500m athletes n=3). On the first day, the athletes participated in body composition, physical fitness, and water performance. On the second day, the athletes participated in the kayak simulation measurement. As a results, body weight, and fat mass were significantly different among the events. Grip strength, and back strength were significantly different among the events. Records, maximum heart rate according to kayak simulations showed significant differences by events. In conclusion, it is confirmed that there are differences according to the characteristics of events related to body composition, physical fitness, and kayak simulation in national male and female canoe athletes.

The outdoor lighting is provided for a variety of purposes, for work or recreation, for safety or security, for amenity and for advertising or display. But the effects of lighting on the natural environment can be difficult to quantify. At present, in many countries, various policies to manage the light trespass from outdoor light have been planned. For example, Model Lighting Ordinance(MLO) will allow communities to drastically reduce light pollution and glare and lower excessive light levels. The recommended practices of the IES can be met using readily available, reasonably priced lighting equipment. So, it this paper, we analyze the effect of road lighting on light trespass using by RELUX program. And then we consider the possibility of practical application of BUG rating in Korea.

The road lightings have made our living environment safe and active, since it was first installed in 1900 in Korea. As the industry developed, various kind of road lightings have been installed in an outdoor area. But the spilt light from the road lightings have caused health problem like the sleeplessness, the depression, the failure to thrive and the nearsightedness to children. The light trespass caused by road lightings vary with the height of road lightings, the distance from road lightings to the window and the BUG rating of road lightings. In this paper, we analyze the effect on the light trespass by the spatial installation position of road lightings using by RELUX program. And we derive the characteristics of the light trespass according to the spatial installation position of the road lightings in residential area near road.
게이미피케이션 콘텐츠를 활용한 트레드밀 운동의 효율성 검증

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of exercise using gamification content by analyzing physiological indicators resulting from acute treadmill exercise, to determine the intensity of the exercise. Firstly, a graded treadmill exercise test (GXT) was conducted on healthy males (n=8, age: 26.50±2.39; weight: 76.78±8.89 kg; height: 176.25±6.52 cm) to measure their maximal aerobic exercise capacity. Subsequently, physiological indicators (peak oxygen consumption, peak heart rate, respiration rate, energy expenditure) following acute gamified treadmill exercise were analyzed about the GXT indicators in relative proportions (%). The exercise intensity during the acute gamified treadmill exercise was found to range from 49.93% to 85.48% of GXT-HRpeak, 17.45% to 84.42% of GXT-VO<sub>2</sub>peak, and 64.61% to 76.15% of GXT-RERpeak. In addition, considering body weight, the calorie expenditure per minute was found to be 0.12 kcal/kg/min, and the hourly calorie expenditure was 7.45 kcal/kg/h. These results suggested that acute treadmill exercise using gamification content can have a positive impact on improving body composition and cardiopulmonary function, while long-term engagement is expected to enhance overall health-related physical fitness.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of sports massage on postpartum’s back pain and depression after childbirth. The subjects were women within 36 months of postpartum, and 34 people with a total score of 19 or more were selected for the Edinburgh postpartum depression test. All subjects were randomly classified into a group to which the sports massage treatment was applied (SMT, n=17) and a group to which the sports massage was not applied (CON, n=17). Sports massage intervention was treated once a week for 40 minutes each time for a total of 8 weeks, and changes in body composition(body fat percentage), pelvic tilt, back pain, and postpartum depression were analyzed as pre- and post-mortem measurement variables. As a result, there were statistically significant differences in body composition, pelvic tilt, back pain, and postpartum depression tests in the SMT group, while there was no change in the CON group. Therefore, treating postpartum women with continuous sports massages has the effect of reducing back pain and depression, as well as preventing various joint diseases related to childbirth. As a result of this study, sports massage treatment is effective in postpartum body composition and pelvic tilt recovery, and is thought to help prevent back pain and postpartum depression.
