액과 목발 3점 보생 시 목발길이에 따른 지면 반력(GRF)과 압력중심(COP)변화에 관한 연구

The present study aimed to investigate the effect of changes in crutch length on lower limb moment; in the study, 18 healthy young men (22.30± 3.85) were asked to walk with crutches. The statistical program SPSS 18.0 was used to analyze 3 motions appropriate for the purpose of the study. A one-way repeated ANOVA was employed to validate the average difference relative to variable factors of kinetics; a post-hoc Duncan test was also conducted. The level of statistical significance was set to a=05. A comparative analysis with five classes of crutch length conditions (124, 127, 130, 133, and 136 cm) yielded the following results. When subjects walked with a axillary crutch, the average GRF and maximum GRF of a supporting foot were irrelevant to the length of a crutch. By crutch gait, the movement distance of COP was similar in case of 127 cm and 130 cm of a crutch length, The 130 cm of a crutch length was suggested as the ideal length based-on the formular from the studies of Bauer et al(1991). When the crutch length was increased to 136 cm, the front and rear COP movement was not successfully accomplished and contemporaneously the right and left COP also had large offset, so finally it caused gait difficulty by reason of instability on supporting food.

This study is aim to compare and analyze the postural steadiness of Down’s syndrome patients from the effect of visual information by being created from supporting surface. To do this, 10 juveniles with Down’s syndrome posed quiet double-leg stance on stable surface or unstable surface with opened and closed eyes. On stable surface, the subjects stood similarly balanced in case of moving distance of the CoP(Center of Pressure), moving range, RMS(Root Mean Square) and 95% of confidence ellipse area, whether they have opened or closed eyes. But on unstable surface the subjects had comparatively big agitation when they closed their eyes. Also the subjects on unstable surface had more shaking than on stable surface whether they opened or closed eyes in all the case of moving distance of the CoP, moving range, RMS and 95% of confidence ellipse area. Thus, the shape of the supporting surface effects the Down’s syndrome patients’ static balance and especially unstable surface with invisible situation make greater physical agitation.

what the nervous damage assessment method usually does is to identify the damage of the structure from the signals of the nervous system which has already learned the type of signals from the damaged structure with the same load. However, the loads inflicted on the structures are not always the same. So this study experiments whether the nervous damage-assesment method which is trained with a various kind of load is able to identify the damage when a different load is inflicted.
워블보드 운동과 윈드서핑 운동이 외발서기 시 COP와 COM에 미치는 영향 비교

This research was to analyze the impact of wobble board and wind surfing to static balance ability targeting 22 male students who were divided into groups. Each group composing 11 participants were trained for 6 weeks and conducted ground reaction force and image analysis. Using spss 21.0, evaluation of differences within groups before and after the exercise was paired t-test, and Independent t-test was performed by calculating %diff values of before and after the exercise for the difference and signification was set as α=.05. The research resulted that while standing with one-leg keeping eyes open, the change of distance and moving range centered to pressure and mass after the two group’s training was decreased. Right/Left distance and area focused on pressure while keeping eyes open was decreased significantly in windsurfing group. In the comparison according to time information among groups, right/left moving distance based on pressure was significantly decreased in wind surfing group. Preformed environment of wind surfing and wobble board is not different, but it was revealed that proprioception was stimulated due to its unstable supporting surface and this affects positively to static balance. In the kinetic analysis, wind surfing was discovered to have better effect than the other one.

효모균은 지구상 어느대륙에나 비둘기의 분번이나 토양에 분포하는 진균이며 호흡기를 통해 인체에 감염되는데 효모균증은 건강한 사람에게서는 드물게 보고된다. 저자들은 중추신경계를 비롯하여 전신감염이 없이 폐장만을 침범하고 또 종괴양상을 보여 단순흉부촬영상 폐암과 유사한 영상을 보였고 경구 항진균제로 치유된 폐효모균증 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Cryptococcosis is a fungal disease caused by cryptococcus neoformans, which is a ubiquitous fungus and easily recovered from pigeon droppings. But pulmonary cryptococcosis in immunologically competent host is a rare disease. So we report a case of pulmonary cryptococcosis which is mimicking lung cancer and arisen without extrapulmonary involvement. A 39-year-old previously healthy man presented with dry cough for 1 month and the chest X-ray showed 4×4 cm sized single mass in the right lower lobe. Cryptococcal granuloma was seen in the specimens obtained by fluoroscopy-guided percutaneous needle biopsy. He had neither underlying disease nor being treated with immunosuppressant agents. There was no evidence of extrapulmonary involvement such as meningitis. Clinical improvement and radiologic resolution were noted after 3 months of therapy with itroconazole(Sporanox).
