This paper is about the study of structure analysis of a tid rod module using finite elements method for electric vehicle. Generally, the tid rod module was designed with steering system. Most of all the tid rod systems are mounted by steering system. The weight of the tid rod was optimized by adopting the developed materials. Therefore robust structure and buckling performances should be considered in the structure design of the tid rod outer. In this paper ,the tid rod outer was applied by aluminum for light-weight. A study was preformed on the verifications of the reliability and structure behavior by analysing of the finite elements method(FEM) and checking the bucking behavior.
