테스트 디자인 모델 현장 검증을 통한 경찰방패 디자인 연구

본 연구의 배경 및 연구방법과 범위, 연구내용은 다음과 같다. 사회 집단의 이해관계에 따라 발생되고 있는 시위에서 질서 유지 임무를 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 경찰 진압 장비 디자인 개선의 필요성이 증대되고 있으며 특히 가장 많이 사용되는 경찰 방패의 디자인 개발이 필요하다. 이를 위해 디자인 부분해답 방법론을 이용한 경찰방패 개발연구(Police shield development using design sub solution research methodology)를 토대로 사용성 검증을 위한 테스트 디자인 모델을 제작한다. 테스트 디자인 모델 제작과 함께 손잡이의 위치와 배치, 충격흡수장치의 형태와 위치 등 각 부품의 기능 연구도 같이 병행한다. 기능연구 결과를 토대로 각각의 부품시스템을 구성하여 시위현장 경험이 있는 경찰 대원들의 현장 검증을 인터뷰와 설문조사를 분석하여 상세 디자인 종합 연구를 할 수 있도록 한다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 방패 길이는 108cm와 112cm, 방패 폭은 52cm, 방패 상하날개 각도는 9°와 16°, 보강 프레임으로는 박스 형태와 어깨형, 시야창 있음과 없음, 보호패드 가로형과 어깨형, 방패 외각 몰딩형태는 별도 하단몰딩과 일체형 몰딩으로 각 항목 당 두 가지 해결안이 나왔다. 둘째, 조사 결과를 종합하여 상세디자인을 위한 두 가지 TYPE의 방패로 좁혀 졌으며 경찰방패상세디자인 평가위원회를 통하여 최종 경찰 방패상세디자인 사양 및 규격을 결정 할 수 있을 것이다. Background and research methods, research scope, research information in this study is as follows. In the demonstrations that are occurring in accordance with the interests of social groups, in order to perform the mission effectively maintain order, police fighting equipment need to improve the design are increasing. In particular, there is a need for a police shield design development. For it, based on the research and development with the police shield design methodology partial answer, we produce a test design model for usability verification. We also study the function of each component(the position and arrangement of the handle, shape and position of the shock absorbers and so on) with four test design models production. Based on the functional studies by configuring each system part, we will study detailed design comprehensive research through analysis of surveys and interviews of police have experience in the field. And decision of two types of shields for detailed design allows the study about police shield detailed design specifications and standards through police shield detailed design evaluation board. Conclusions are as follows. First, a shield length of 108cm and 112cm, width Shield 52cm, shields up and down the wing angle of 9 ° and 16 °, reinforcement frame of box or shoulder shaped, and in view of the window and no, horizontal and shoulder type of protection pads, shield outer molding form two solutions emerged for each item separately molded integrally molded bottom. Second, the comprehensive survey results were narrowed into the shield of two type and the police shield detailed design evaluation committee will determine the final police shield detailed design specifications and standards.

모바일 간편결제서비스의 신뢰와 보안에 대한 사용자 경험 연구 맥락적 연구 기반의 사용자 조사를 통

본 연구는 맥락적 연구에 기반을 둔 모바일 간편결제서비스의 향상된 신뢰, 보안의 사용자 경험 방향성을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 모바일 간편결제서비스에 대한 이해를 바탕으로, 맥락적 연구 방법을 이용해 사용자 8명을 대상으로 면밀한 사용자 조사를 시행하였다. 해당 사용자 경험에 대한 결과 분석을 통해 다음 과 같은 방향성을 정의하였다. 첫째, 낮은 신뢰도 극복을 위해 개인 정보 보호, 보안 등의 노력이 필요함을 확인했다. 둘째, 비밀번호 입력에 있어 강화된 노출, 유출 방지의 노력과 연구의 중요성을 강조하였고, 셋째, 빠른 속도의 응답 대신 사용자가 프로세스를 확신할 수 있도록 하는 사용자 경험의 중요성을 제안하였 으며, 마지막으로 숨겨진 보안의 기술적 가치를 서비스 전반에 제공할 것을 제언하였다. 이와 같은 사용자 경험의 이해를 기반으로 해당 서비스뿐 아니라 모바일 핀테크 전 영역에 사용자 경험의 가치가 반영되길 기대한다. This study focuses on the user experience of improved trust and security in payment process through contextual research. With the understanding backgrounds, the study of the user experience related with mobile payment service through contextual research. As a result, this study has defined 4 directions of improved trust and security experience for using mobile payment process. First, the service operators should manage the security of personal information for overcoming the low levels of trust Second, the level of security should be strengthen when users input the password. Third, some processes might be shown slowly instead of fast feedback and process for precess monitoring. Fourth, well-planned information which explain the security technology might be shown all service steps as a evidence of trust and security. This study will provide a reference to user experience approach to discovering the solution of the mobile based fintech research.

스마트폰은 대중적 정보기기로 자리를 잡았지만 대표적 정보 취약 계층인 노인 세대에게 스마트폰 활용은 낮은 수준에 머물러 있다. 이러한 낮은 수준의 활용과 관련해 해당 연구에서는 첫째, 노인 세대가 가진 신체인지 특성에 기인하는 문제에 주목하였다. 기존 시각적 문제 뿐 아니라촉각, 청각, 등의 문제들을 바탕으로 반영한 개선된 실제 사례 연구, 사용 행태 관찰을 통해 개선 방향을 제시하여 노인 세대를 위한 스마트폰발전 방향을 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 둘째. 스마트폰의 개념과 용어, 기술에 대한 낮은 이해도로 인한 어려운 사용의 문제에 주목하였다. 많은 기능과 확장성을 바탕으로 스마트폰의 쓰임새는 개인용 컴퓨터 수준으로 발전했다. 하지만, 낮은 정보화 경험을 가진 노인 세대에게 스마트폰 사용을 위한 용어, 기술, 개념은 어려울 수 밖 에 없다. 이 같은 실제적 문제를 이해하고, 문제를 해결하고자 시도된 실제 사례 분석과 사용자 조사를 통해 스마트폰 관련 기술, 개념, 용어를 쉽게 이해 할 수 있도록하는 개선 기본원칙을 제안하였다. 이러한 노인 사용자에 대한 깊이 있는 이해를 통해 제안되는 개선 방안이 노인 세대들의 스마트폰 사용을 진작시키고, 궁극적으로 정보 소외현상을 줄이는데 중요한 기반 연구가 되기를 기대한다. Although smartphone has settled down as a popular information device, smartphone use of seniors, who are typically vulnerable to information remains at a low level. On usage of the low level, first, this study focuses on difficulties that seniors have, coming from their physical and cognitive characteristics. On senior users` smartphone use, to study meaningful development directions for smartphones, difficulties that seniors have, not only visual difficulty but also tactile and hearing ones, are understood. In addition to this, actual improvement cases reflecting the difficulties are studied and seniors smartphone using patterns are observed. Second, difficulties coming from low understanding of concepts, terms and technologies of smartphones are focused. Based on various functions and scalability, smartphone use has developed to the level of personal computer. However, terms, technologies and concepts for smartphone use are difficult to understand for seniors who have accumulated relatively fewer experiences of information age. By understanding actual problems and analyzing diverse actual cases and user investigation, basic principles for improvement are suggested to make it easy to understand smartphone related technologies, concepts and terms.

In modern society, as a social phenomenon that seeks for mental world rather than pursuing substance has come to the fore, following the changes of the world economy phenomenon of which service industry comprises of more than 75% of the world market, the definition of study of tourism must change as well. Tourism is a multidisciplinary Science study which combines practical study and the character of social science, pure study. Study of tourism deals with the psychological state and consuming behavior of humans who seek for leisure, consumption, and tourist sites. It must put qualitative and descriptive study methods in priority by linking with other field of studies like philosophy, psychology, and sociology. In order to establish such an identity, this study emphasizes the followings in relation to the predictions for the future development of study of tourism: 1) Service industry predicts study for future development, 2) The East is moving toward material-oriented and the West is moving toward post-materialism in modern society, 3) Future prediction comes from study of the past rather than from mathematical model ,4)Tourism could develop more than other studies could in the future through major studies that can enhance social adaptability. Also, this study proposed the followings as the directions of study of tourism for it to exceed other fields of studies: 1) Establishing identity of study of tourism as a social science study, 2) New changes in previous study methodology 3) The behavior of scholars and professors of tourism to devote themselves to study. multidisciplinary Science study which combines practical study and the character of social science, pure study.
