The packaging in the semiconductor industry is very important technique to de<br/> determine the performance of the system that the semiconductor is used. In this paper, the inspectio<br/> n of the inner defects such as delamination, void, crack, etc. in the semiconductor packages is studi<br/> ed. ESPI which is a non-contact, non-destructive, and full-field inspection method is used for the in<br/> ner defect inspection and its results are compared with that of C-Scan method.
고흥 외나로도 해역에서 서식하는 어류의 종조성 및 어구별 CPUE

The fish species composition and CPUE abundance of fishery resources were surveyed by gill net, trap net and longline Oenarodo Go-heung, Korea. In the coastal area Oenarodo Go-heung, Korea in April, June, August and October 2020. The collected fishes were 267 individuals of the total, identified into 13 orders, 19 families and 23 species. The total catch included 9 species in the gill net, 12 species in the trap net, and 4 species in the long line. The dominant species were Portunus trituberculatus the gill net, Octopus vulgari in the trap net, and Muraenesox cinereus in the long line. Catching by fishing gears were the highest in the longline and the lowest in the trap net. Seasonal catching was the highest in August and the lowest in April.

회전익 항공기의 연료탱크는 피탄으로 인해 연료 누유시 발생할 수 있는 화염으로부터 기체와 승무원의 생존성을 높이기 위하여 연료누설을 차단하는 자기밀폐 기능이 필수적으로 요구된다. 자기밀폐 기능은 내부에 적층된 자기밀폐 소재가 누설되는 연료와 화학반응을 일으켜 급속히 팽창됨으로써 피탄부를 막아, 연료누설을 차단하는 역할을 한다. 본 연구는 미군사규격(MIL-DTL-27422D) 기준으로 국내에서 제작 및 수행한 회전익 항공기의 연료탱크 자기밀폐 성능시험 평가 결과를 제시한다.

A performance of aircraft landing gear is estimated by analysis and verified by drop test. In this paper, a drop test facility is introduced and KC-100 landing gear drop test is presented.
