We propose task level programming via a behavior tree (BT) as a mean to decrease programming complexity of mobile robots built by Hyundai Robotics. The BTs are inherently modularized and reactive to the environments, which enables a flexible utilization of mobile robots. With the help of Robot Operating System (ROS2) [1], we implement a behavior tree with ROS2 nodes via Data Distribution Service (DDS) [2] that can be executed in both servers and clients for the task allocation of 50kg payload mobile robots.
