본 연구는 제주의 환경정책 중 물과 폐기물을 중심으로 한 스마트 그린도시모델 확산과 지속가능한 그린 비즈니스 서비스를 제시하고자 한다 . 이를 위해 스마트그린정책을 SDGs와 순환경제 차원에서 프레임을 제시하고 , 중앙정부 및 제주도 차원의 스마트그린정책을 위한 상위계획과의 연계 및 지역문제 해결을 위한 문제지도 작성 후 전략을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 주민을 중심으로 한 국제협력 증진을 통한 제주 -SDGs 공간연계 및 지속가능한 그린 거버넌스를 제시하였다 . This study aims to present the spread of a smart green city model centered on water and waste management among Jeju's environmental policies, and to provide sustainable green business services. To this end, a frame was introduced for the smart green policy at the SDGs and circular economy level, and a strategy was proposed after creating a problem map for linking with the upper plan for smart green policy at the central government and Jeju Island level and solving regional problems. Furthermore, the spatial linkage of Jeju with SDGs and sustainable green governance through improving res- ident-centered global cooperation were illustrated.
ICT 기반 스마트 중량제 수거 시스템 도입에 의한 온실가스 배출량 감축 효과 및 폐기물 발생량 예측

Due to global warming and climate change, greenhouse gases are considered an important factor to reduce. In this paper, to reduce the amount of greenhouse gas inevitably generated in the process of waste collection and transport, we investigated the optimization of the collection route and predicting the amount of waste generated by implementing an ICT-based smart weight collection system in Jeju city's D area. HES and LSTM models were used as prediction methods. We calculated greenhouse gas emissions assuming the 23 clean houses in the D area were replaced with the smart weight collection system. As a result of the prediction results, both models performed with 85% accuracy. It shows optimizing the collection route can also reduce greenhouse gas emissions by more than 57%. In this study, It is expected that the effect of introducing a smart weight collection system to reduce greenhouse gas emissions will be further increased if long-term data are accumulated in areas with higher populations and waste generation than area D.
