대학생의 침습적 반추, 의도적 반추, 게임중독 경향성, 자살위험성 간 구조적 관계: 성별에 따른 다집단 분석

본 연구의 목적은 성별에 따라 대학생의 침습적 반추와 의도적 반추, 게임중독 경향성, 자살위험성 변인 간 차이를 살펴보고, 성별에 따른 변인 간 영향력의 차이를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 대구 및 경북에 소재한 대학에 재학 중인 638명을 대상으로 선정한 후, 잠재평균분석과 다집단분석을 활용하여 연구분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별에 따라 대학생의 침습적 반추와 게임중독 경향성, 자살위험성에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 여학생은 남학생에 비해 더 높은 침습적 반추와 자살위험성을 보이고 있으며, 남학생은 여학생에 비해 더 높은 게임중독 경향성을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성별에 따라 침습적 반추가 자살위험성에 미치는 영향력과 게임중독 경향성이 자살위험성에 미치는 영향력에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 남자 대학생의 게임 중독 감소와 여자 대학생의 침습적 반추 감소는 그들의 자살위험성을 감소시킬 수 있음을 발견할 수 있게 해준다. 따라서 대학생의 자살위험성 감소를 위한 성별에 따른 접근 및 관련 프로그램 개발이 이루어질 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the differences between the variables of intrusive/deliberate rumination, game addiction tendency, and suicide risk of university students according to gender, and to verify the difference in influence between variables according to gender. To this end, 638 students enrolled in universities located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk were selected as subjects, and then research analysis was conducted using latent mean analysis and multi-group analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that there were significant differences in intrusive rumination, game addiction tendency, and suicide risk of university students according to gender. In other words, female students showed higher intrusive rumination and suicide risk than male students, and male students showed a higher tendency to game addiction than female students. Second, it was found that there were significant differences in the effects of intrusive rumination on suicide risk, and game addiction tendency on suicide risk according to gender. This made it possible to find that the reduction of game addiction tendency among male college students and the reduction of intrusive rumination among female college students could reduce their suicide risk. Therefore, it is necessary to develop gender-based approaches and related programs to reduce suicide risk of college students.
