The effect of the number of nodes on the heat loss from a rectangular fin for a finite difference method is studied. There are two wasys for selecting nodes for the upper half fin in this finite difference method. In the first place, all the △x are te same and all the △y are the same for the entire upper half fin. Incremental length of x(i.e. △x)is divided by two near the fin tip while all the △y are the same for another way. The results show that 1) About 30 nodes are enough to obtain the satisfactory exact anlysis(relative error< 5%) on the heat loss for a given range of Biot number in case of short fin (i.e. L≤2). 2Under usual circumstances (Bi<0.1), the relative error of heat loss between using 30 nodes and 90 nodes is within 4% for given range of non-dimensional fin length. 3)The relative error of the calculated heat loss (the number of node=90) as compared to the expected exact heat loss is less then 1.5% for Bi=0.1 and L=10 while that is over 13% for Bi=1.0 and L=10.

A typical hanger system does not reduce or absorb impact load transferring to installation pipe from the building. In addition, if hanger system is damaged, there may be many problems in safety of buildings and people. System Dynamics를 이용한 선원인력 수급 예측 및 활성화 방안에 대한 연구

본 연구는 System Dynamics 기법을 활용하여 선원인력의 원활한 수급방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 2020년까지 선원인력 모델을 구축하여 분석한 결과, 지속적으로 선원인력이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 원활한 선원인력을 확보하기 위한 방안을 제시하기 위해 임금, 복지제도, 선원교육기관, 육상근로자 임금을 사용하여 시나리오 분석을 실시하였다. 시나리오 분석결과, 선원교육기관을 통한 선원인력 확충 방안은 효과가 미비한 것으로 나타났으며, 선원 복지 지원금액과 평균임금이 증가했을 경우 선원수가 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 육상임금이 증가할 경우 이직하는 선원 수가 증가하여 육상임금 대비 선원 임금을 조절할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The aim of this research is to suggest the strategies for smooth marine seafarers`` supply and demand by adopting System Dynamics method. The model of marine seafarer was established using various variables indicated in previous research. The forecasting results until year 2020 were obtained by inputting the serial data set from year 2006 to 2013. For scenario analysis, variables such as average wage of seafarer, average wage of worker who employed on land based companies, welfare system and educational institution for seafarers, were used. As a results, effects of increasing the educational institution are limited while effects of average wage of seafarer and welfare system can make a difference. Meanwhile, increasing the average wage of workers who were employed on land base companies can move seafarers from ship to land-based companies.
