국내 건설기업의 안전인식수준과 건설생산성 간의 상관관계 분석 기초연구

Currently, the government has made a lot of efforts to improve construction productivity but there are few studies which measure between safety perception level and productivity in the South Korean construction industry. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze correlation between safety perception level of domestic construction companies and construction productivity. To achieve the objective, first, the concept of safety perception level was defined. Second, the safety perception level and construction productivity were investigated in the case projects. Third, correlation analysis was conducted between safety perception level and productivity. As a result, it was concluded that a high level of safety perception of executive and manager would increase construction productivity. In addition, To improve the safety perception level in the construction company, it is suggested that the provision safety resources for managements and the equal communication system between workers and managements and the development safety education tools considering the worker’s experience. In the future, these findings can be utilized to develop future evaluation tools for a safety perception level in domestic construction company.

Recently, risk analysis studies regarding the architecture development project have been carried out by applying probabilistic method. However, it had a limit that this studies was conducted in only an apartment. Therefore, the objective of this study is to develop an optimal price estimation model that can be utilized on residential officetel project by applying Monte Carlo simulation. To achieve the objective, first, the variables are selected affecting the feasibility of an officetel based on literature review. Second, causal loop diagram is constructed by arranging the relationship between variables, then the import and expense model is suggested. Third, to carry out optimized parcel price, the range limits are set for each variables then Monte Carlo simulation is performed. In the future, the developed model is expected to help decision-makers as a tool to determine both risk and feasibility of the officetel development project.

Currently, as the public interest for environmental issues has grown rapidly, the needs for G-SEED have also increased. However, as investment according to eco-friendly elements is inevitable to receive G-SEED certification, it is necessary to find out whether or not the sales price of apartments have increased compared to investment costs. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the sales price of apartments according to G-SEED by using T-test. To achieve the objective, First, variables affecting on the sales price of apartments are selected. Second, the data are collected by using GIS(Geographic Information System). Third, after testing the normality, a comparison analysis is conducted on the sales price between G-SEED certified and non-certified apartments by using T-test. As a result, it is concluded that G-SEED certified apartments are more expensive than non-certified apartments. In the future, these findings can be utilized to develop of apartments price calculation model based on the G-SEED.

Recently, the educational facilities were 45% among total damaged facilities from the Po-Hang earthquake. Consequently, the seismic reinforcement of existing educational facilities were ended up attracting people's interesting. However, research is insufficient to consider that how far technology has been developed. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the level of domestic guideline research by comparing to foreign guidelines in regard to seismic reinforcement methods applicable to existing educational facilities. To achieve the objective, first, the current status of seismic reinforcement projects in domestic educational facilities was analyzed. Second, the domestic and foreign seismic reinforcement methods guidelines for structural, non-structural was compared. Third, the improvement directions for future guidelines were suggested. As a results, the improvement directions of domestic seismic reinforcement methods guidelines were proposed. First, the structural seismic reinforcement strategy needs to be segmented. Second, it is necessary to analyze about non-structural guidelines based on additional cases. In the future, this study can be used as a basic material for developing seismic reinforcement methods guidelines in domestic existing educational facilities.

Although accidents in the domestic construction industry have been decreased gradually, deaths in the construction sites have been occupied 49.9 percent of the total industry and deaths from fall accident have been accounted for 59.7 percent of the construction industry. In order to prevent fall accident, Occupation Safety and Health Act(OSHA) was enacted for setting management standards and detailed regulations was designed by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. Although government has been pushed for companies and workers to comply the regulations, currently, many domestic construction sites have been violated. On the other hand, in safety-advanced countries such as the United States, Japan, and the EU, industrial accidents have been decreased due to continual application of adapted safety policies according to characteristic in each country. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze laws and polices of advanced countries and apply them to domestic construction sites in order to reduce fall accidents. Therefore, the objective of this study is to compare domestic laws related fall accident with advanced countries laws. In the future, the results of this study will be utilized as a reference to reinforce Occupation Safety and Health Act(OSHA).

Many studies regarding construction safety management have been conducted. However, it is insufficient to research on external construction site. As a result, ordinary people around the construction site have injured and have a negative view when they think construction industrial since it has regarded having an overfull industrial accidents on media. To break the stereotype and prevention of accident on construction industry have been emphasized at this point in time, it is necessary to establish a comprehensive safety management system which is considered not only internal safety management but also external safety management. Therefore, the objective of this study is to develop the human accident risk quantification model by utilizing the third party payout data which occurred by incomplete safety management on external construction site. This study is conducted as a basic study for developing safety management manuals on internal·external construct site. In the future, it is expected to be used as a reference.

South Korea has long been without major earthquakes. But 317 public facilities have been damaged by Po-Hang earthquake. Among them, 103 educational facilities suffered 25.6 billion won worth of damage. This is the most damaging of public facilities. The earthquake damage was mainly centered on non-seismic retrofit educational facilities and masonry architectural wall systems installed on the outer walls of buildings. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a filling material that can be applied to the non-seismic retrofit of masonry architectural wall systems installed on the outer walls of educational facilities. To achieve the objective, first, set the filling material requirements. Second, set the sequence model of experiments and prepare for the experiment. Third, after the experiment, analyze the results obtained through the experiment. Forth, the optimal filling material is selected by comparing the analyzed results with the requirements. As a results, E-S-X sample using epoxy resin were selected for the seismic retrofit of masonry architectural wall systems in educational facilities. In the future, this study can be used as a basic material for developing seismic reinforcement methods guidelines in domestic existing educational facilities.
