1. Objectives : This paper was written in order to understand the origin and changes of Galgeunhaegi-tang. 2. Methods : We analysis Galgeunhaegi-tang through pathology and new prescription in "Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑)", "Chobongwon(草本卷)", "Gabobon(甲午本)" and "Sinchukbon(辛丑本)" of "Dongyi Suse Bowon". 3. Results and Conclusions : We can find the first origin of Galgeunhaegi-tang in "Sinchukbon(辛丑本)" in "Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑)" which invelves Galgeunhaegi-tang in the categories of pestilence(瘟疫) and Yangmyeonggyeongbyeong(陽明經病). Also, we can find the origin in Jugoeng(朱肱)' Jojung-tang. Seungeumgalgeun-tang in the "Chobongwon(草本卷)" developed by a Galgeunhaegi-tang of "Gabobon(甲午本)", and Galgeunnabokja-tang in the "Chobongwon(草本卷)" developed by a Galgeunhaegi-tang of "Sinchukbon(辛丑本)". It is considered that Galgeunhaegi-tang of "Gabobon(甲午本)" solves heat depression(鬱熱), due to not throwing off, by using Galgeun(葛根) and Daehwang(大黃), and accompanied dryness(燥) by using Hangin(杏仁) and Sanjoin(酸棗仁) which moisten dryness(燥). It is considered that Galgeunhaegi-tang of "Sinchukbon(辛丑本)" solves heat depression(鬱熱) by using Galgeun(葛根) and accompanied dryness(燥) by using Gobon(藁本) which sets free dryness(燥).

1. Objective This study aims to establish the concept and classification of the Gochangl(鼓脹) pathology introduced in the Sasang Constitutional Medicine literature. 2. Methods Different editions of Donguisusebowon, including the Gabo version and the Sinchuk version, were compared for differences and similarities in the concept, symptomology, pathology, and therapeutics concerning the Soyangin Gochang disease. 3. Results and Conclusion (1) In the Gabo edition, Gochang(鼓脹) is introduced to Eumheohwadongwiyeolyukran(陰虛火動胃熱肉爛) disease category of the Interior-Based Symptomatic Pattern in the "Soyangin Interior Large Intestine Disease" section and is introduced to the conditions progressed from edema included in the Exterior-Based Symptomatic Pattern in the "Articles added to the Soyangin Bladder and Large Intestine Disease" section. (2) In the Sinchuk edition, Gochang(鼓脹) is introduced ro the conditions progressed from Jungso(中消) of the Interior-Based Symptomatic Pattern in the "Soyangin Interior-heat-disease by the fever in the stomach" section and "Articles added to the Soyangin" section. (3) It is reasonable to think that Soyangin's Gochang is considered to Interior-Based Symptomatic Pattern because the Sinchuk edition is developed from the Gabo edition and Gochang is introduced to Jungso(中消) category after the distinction between Gochang and edema in the Sinchuk edition.

1. Objectives This case study describes a successful treatment process of a Soyangin patient with somatoform autonomic dysfunction symptoms using Soyangin therapeutic measures, including administration of Dokhwaljihwang-tang (獨活地黃湯) and Sibyimijihwang-tang (十二味地黃湯). 2. Methods The patient was treated with several constitutionally discriminated medicinal agents (獨活地黃湯, 十二味地黃湯) and acupunctural therapy accompanied by simultaneous western medical management. The visual analogue scale (VAS) was applied to assess the severity of flushing. 3. Results and Conclusions As flushing was one of the chief complaints, the patient was treated with Soyangin therapeutic measures including Dokhwaljihwang-tang and Sibyimijihwang-tang. The patient responded positively to the therapy, but further studies are anticipated for more definitive conclusions.

유비쿼터스 시대의 도래와 함께, 사용자 중심 서비스를 위해 HCI 요소를 최대한 활용하는 HCI 미들웨어에 대한 중요성이 점점 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 사용자 중심 서비스를 제공하기 위한 HCI 미들웨어에 대한 여러 연구가 진행되었다. 하지만 기존의 연구들은 사용자 중심 서비스 제공에 반드시 필요한 HCI 기능들에 대한 종합적 지원이 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 중심 서비스 지원을 위한 에이전트 기반 지능형 HCI 미들웨어인 AIM(Agent-based Intelligent Middleware)을 제안한다. 먼저 기존의 여러 HCI 미들웨어들을 분석하여 HCI 미들웨어의 요구조건을 도출하고, 상황 정보 관리, 사용자 행동 패턴 추론, 동적 에이전트 생성 등을 통해 여러 HCI 기능들을 종합적으로 제공할 수 있는 AIM을 설계한다. 또한 스마트 공간에서 사용자 모달리티 기반 서비스 시나리오를 소개하고, 프로토타입 구현을 통해 소개한 미들웨어의 이점을 보인다. With the emergence of ubiquitous computing era, it has become increasingly important for a middleware which takes full advantage of HCI factors to support user-centric services. Many kinds of studies on HCI-friendly middleware for supporting user-centric services have been performed. However, previous studies have problems in supporting HCI factors, which are needed for user-centric services. In this paper, we present an agent-based intelligent middleware, which is called AIM, that provides user-centric services in ubiquitous HCI environments. We describe the middleware requirements for user-centric services by analyzing various HCI-friendly middleware and design AIM middleware which effectively supports various HCI factors such as context information management, pattern inference of user's behavior, and dynamic agent generation, etc. We introduce service scenarios based on the user's modalities in smart spaces. Finally, prototype implementation is illustrated as a manifestation of the benefits of the introduced infrastructure.

Results and Conclusion (1) In the Gabo edition, Janggyeol(藏結) is introduced in the "Soeumin Interior Stomach Disease" section and the "Soeumin Summaries" section. However, instead of being included in the interior-based pathology, it is proposed as an independent disease category that is similar to and yet separate from the Taeeumbyeong Simhabiman (epigastric congestion) variations of Sugyeolhyung and Hansilgyeolhyung. Further, passages from the "Soyangin Summaries" section outline the underlying pathology in detail to show that this symptomatic pattern can be included in the exterior-based pathology. (2) In the Sinchuk edition, Janggyeol(藏結) is introduced in the "Soeumin Cold-based Stomach Interior-Cold Disease" section. Similarly to the Gabo classification, it is proposed as an independent disease category not necessarily included in the interior-based pathology that can be compared to the Taeeumbyeong Simhabiman(太陰人 心下 滿) category. The detailed pathological explanations in the "Soyangin Summaries" section suggest that this disease pattern is included in the exterior-based pathology. (3) Janggyeol(藏結) can be understood as a Taeyangbyeong Wigasil(太陽病胃家實) pathology in the Gabo edition and as a Taeyangbyeong Wigasil(太陽病胃家實) pathology in the Sinchuk edition.

In this paper, the stability of the tunnel boring machine (TBM), used in tunnel excavation, according to the thrust force of the thrust jack was investigated. The existing hydraulic cylinder analysis method is fluid-structure interaction (FSI) analysis, where all of the flow setting and dynamic characteristics should be considered. Therefore, there is a need for a method to solve this problem simply and quickly. To facilitate this, the theoretical pressure in the hydraulic cylinder was calculated and compared with the analytical and experimental results. In the case of the analysis, the pressure generated inside the cylinder was analyzed statically, considering the operating characteristics of the shield TBM, and the stress and pressure were calculated. This method simplifies the analysis environment and shortens the analysis time compared to the existing analysis method. The obtained theoretical and analytical data were compared with the measured data during actual tunneling, and the analysis and experimental data showed a relative error of approximately 23.89%.

본 논문에서는 M-Commerce의 빠른 성장에도 불구하고, M-Commerce만을 위해 제작되어진 Contents 제공의 한계로 인하여 M-Commerce 활성화에 많은 어려움이 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 줄이기 위한 해결책으로 기존에 연구되고 있는 M-Commerce 시스템에 URL Pattern 분석을 통해서 인터넷 상의 상점 정보 및 상품 디스플레이 URL 정보를 자동으로 수집하기 위한 UMM(URL Management Module)을 제안한다. 이 UMM의 적용으로 인하여 상품 검색을 해온 결과 기존 연구되고 있는 M-Commerce 시스템의 상품 검색보다 더 나아졌다. 이와 같은 상품 검색효율성의 개선은 실험을 통하여 알 수 있었다.

In this paper, a method to ensure cartridge replacement and extrusion stability of 3d printers capable of extruding color exchange is proposed. To this end, the structure and problems of existing cartridges are identified and alternatives are presented. The free curve and electromagnet method were proposed, and the performance was confirmed by replacing and printing tests according to each method.

In this study, the elastic-plastic finite element analysis was performed on the simulated model focusing on hot-leg surge nozzles in surge piping connecting pressurizer and hot-leg, which are nuclear safety class 1 component. In previous study, a elastic-plastic finite element analysis was performed on surge piping conncecting pressurizer and hot leg in APR-1400 under severe seismic loads, it is confirmed that seismic critical location occurred on the outer surface of the notch of the hot-leg surge nozzle. Therefore, in this study, before comparing dynamic characteristics with experiments, the finite element analysis variables (ex: accumulated plastic strain, equivalent plastic strain) were analyzed by performing elastic-plastic finite element analysis on model focused on hot-leg surge nozzle. It is assumed that the analysis target is made of the same material, SA312 TP316, which is one of the austenitic stainless steels. The analysis used the third-order combined nonlinear hardening model of the SA312 TP316 material and the seismic displacement time history corresponding to PGA 0.6g. As a result of the analysis, the maximum accumulated plastic strain occurred at the almost same location (outer surface of the notch of the hot-leg surge nozzle) as the previous study, and the strain at the strain gauge location in the subsequent experiments will be compared.
