보건의료계 학생에서 학업적 대인관계가 학업소진에 미치는 영향

There are several dimensions of academic burnout experienced by medical and health science college students. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of academic relationships on academic burnout. Data was collected from 476 Eulji University students using an online survey over 4 days in April of 2018. Of the 264 respondents, 111 studied medicine (42.0%), 105 studied nursing (39.8%), and 48 studied clinical pathology (18.1%). The questionnaire was composed of the following sections: demographics (four questions), general life characteristics (seven questions), academic enthusiasm (eight questions), academic relationships (15 questions), and academic burnout sub-dimensions (partially revised Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey Scale) (11 questions). T-tests and one-way analysis of variance were performed to illustrate the differences among the three departments. The effects of academic relationships and academic enthusiasm on academic burnout were analyzed using linear regression. Comparing the three departments, academic burnout was not found to be statistically significant (p=0.296). However, medical students' academic enthusiasm was significantly lower (p<0.001) and academic relationships were significantly higher (p<0.001) than nursing and clinical pathology students. The difference in academic burnout among the three departments was not significant. However, medical students have stronger academic relationships, while nursing and clinical pathology students were more focused on academics. Relationships and academic enthusiasm contribute to reducing academic burnout. Therefore, strategies need to be developed to deal with academic burnout considering relationship factors.
강박증 환자에서의 Mismatch Negativity 이상에 관한 연구

Objective : Mismatch negativity (MMN) provides an electrophysiological index of an involuntary attention switching process. This study investigated MMN anomalies and their relationship to clinical variables in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Methods : Study participants were 29 OCD patients and 24 normal controls. We used a 128-channel EEG to measure MMN during a passive oddball paradigm. Then we assessed the correlations between MMN amplitudes and clinical measures. Results : The OCD patients exhibited significantly greater MMN amplitude compared to the controls. Also, the right frontal lobe MMN amplitudes correlated significantly to the OCD patients' Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale total scores (r=-0.520, p=0.005). Conclusion : These results suggest that MMN anomalies in OCD patients reflect a monitoring circuit dysfunction, raising the possibility that the OCD's pathophysiology includes glutamatergic dysfunction.

Fiber-reinforced composites not only have a direction of thermal expansion coefficient, but also inevitably suffer thermal stress effects due to the difference between the manufacturing process temperature and the actual use temperature. The damage caused by thermal stress is more prominent in the case of thick composite laminates, which are increasingly applied in the aerospace industry, and have a great influence on the mechanical function and fracture strength of the laminates. In this study, the dimensional reduction and thermal stress recovery theory of composite beam structure having high slenderness ratio is introduced and show the efficiency and accuracy of the thermal stress comparison results between the 3-D finite element model and the dimension reduction beam model. Efficient recovery analysis study will be introduced by reconstructing the thermal stress of the composite beam section applied to the thermal environment by constructing the dimensional reduction modeling and recovery relations. 섬유강화 복합재료는 열팽창 계수의 방향성을 갖고 있을 뿐만 아니라 제작과정 온도와 실제 사용온도 사이의 차이 때문에 필연적으로 열응력 효과를 받게 된다. 이러한 열응력에 의한 파손현상은 실제 항공우주산업에서의 응용이 증대되고 있는 두꺼운 복합 적층판의 경우에 더욱 현저한 현상으로 적층판의 역학적 기능 및 파단강도에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구에서는 복잡한 재질로 구성되고 높은 세장비를 가진 블레이드 날개 구조의 차원축소 및 열 응력 복원 이론을 소개하고 3차원 유한요소모델과 비교결과를 통해 효율성과 정확성을 입증한다. 또한 차원을 축소한 모델링을 구성하고 복원이론를 이용하여 열적 환경에 적용된 복합재 보 단면의 열응력을 차원 복원하고 시각적으로 형상화하는 효율적인 복원해석 과정을 소개하고자 한다.
수치해석을 이용한 Fan Filter Unit (FFU)용 가이드 베인 설계

Fan filter unit is an air conditioning device for a clean room to provide positive indoor pressure by supplying air. A uniform velocity at the exit of the unit is required to have high productivity at the clean room, while higher flow rate is desired to save the energy. To find a guide vane to achieve these requirements, a series of numerical simulation has been conducted while changing the angle and length of the guide vane. By changing the geometry, velocity uniformity has been enhanced up to 3.7%, whilst the flow rate decreases by 1.5%. The flow rate can be increased by 2.6%, with the 2.1% penalty of the uniformity.
목재 펠릿 보일러 연소실 내부의 부하별 연소 및 열전달 특성

The goal of the present study is to develop a 200,000 kcal/h-class wood pellet boiler. A series of numerical simulations regarding combustion load and heat transfer characteristics inside the combustion chamber of a wood pellet boiler has been conducted. We have considered the load from 56% to 130%. The results show that a high temperature zone is at the entrance of the 2nd chamber for all combustion loads considered. The flame is stretched to the top of the 2nd chamber. The high temperature zone at the 2nd chamber becomes wider and strong for a higher load. The flow is along the partition. The high velocity region is at the exit of chamber for all combustion loads considered. Compared to experimental data, numerical simulations predict the temperature distribution for partial load operation.
수치해석을 이용한 Fan Filter Unit (FFU)용 가이드 베인 형상 최적화

Fan Filter Unit(FFU) is a device which supplies clean air from ceiling in a clean room. When a big sized FFU is installed, the velocity variation between center and side of the FFU can decrease products’ quality or productivity. Therefore, a guide vane is installed inside the device in order to increase the velocity uniformity. Since the vane reduces the flow rate for a given pumping power, an optimum design is required to increase velocity uniformity and minimize flow rate reduction at the same time. To find a guide vane to achieve these requirements, a series of numerical simulation has been conducted while changing the angle and length of the center and side guide vane. By changing the geometry of the side guide vane, the velocity uniformity increased by 3.7%, and the flow rate decreased by 1.5%. With the change in the geometry of center guide vane, the velocity uniformity increased by 2.9%, and the flow rate decreased by 0.7%.
단면의 차원축소/복원해석과 에너지 해방률 계산을 위한 복합재블레이드 해석 라이브러리 개발에 대한 연구

본 논문에서는 블레이드 해석 라이브러리를 통해 단면해석 및 응력복원 해석 결과를 VABS와 3차원 유한요소해석모델의 결과와 비교하였다. 그리고 유한요소모델과 차원축소 모델을 가상균열 닫힘법을 이용하여 에너지 해방률을 계산하였다. 블레이드 해석 라이브러리의 구성, 입력 및 출력 형태, 차원 축소와 복원 과정을 살펴보고 이를 이용한 활용 분야를 기술하였다. 블레이드 해석 라이브러리는 박 벽 단면의 강성 행렬 비교, 3차원 유한요소 모델과 차원 축소 모델의 응력비교 그리고 에너지 해방률 계산 수치 비교연구를 통하여 검증하였다. 차원 축소와 복원해석을 통하여 블레이드 해석 라이브러리는 복합재료 블레이드의 전후처리 프로그램와 연계되어 고고도 무인기, 로터 블레이드, 풍력 블레이드 및 틸트로터 블레이드의 모델링에 활용될 수 있을 것이다. In this paper, numerical results of sectional analysis, stress recovery and energy release rate were compared with the results of VABS, 3-D FEM through the blade analysis library. The result of stress recovery analysis for one-dimensional model including the stiffness matrix is compared with stress results of three-dimensional FEM. We discuss the configuration of the blade analysis library and compare verifications of numerical analysis results of VABS. Blade analysis library through dimensional reduction and stress recovery is intended to be utilized in conjunction with pre- and post-processing of the analysis program of the composite blade, high-altitude uav’s wing, wind blades and tilt rotor blade.
