적색 Sr<sub>2</sub>Si<sub>5</sub>N<sub>8</sub>:Eu<sup>2+</sup> 형광체의 발광 파장 제어에 대한 연구

Eu<sup>2+</sup>-doped nitride phosphor, Sr<sub>2</sub>Si<sub>5</sub>N<sub>8</sub>:Eu<sup>2+</sup>, was prepared by the carbothermal reduction and nitridation method. Lattice structure is observed by the X-Ray diffractometer. Absorption band peaking at 470 nm is observed by the photoluminescence exitation measurement. The Sr<sub>2</sub>Si<sub>5</sub>N<sub>8</sub>:Eu<sup>2+</sup> phosphor is excited at blue lights in the range of 450 - 470 nm that matches with the InGaN-LEDs. The emission peak position of (Sr<sub>1-x</sub>Eu<sub>x</sub>)<sub>2</sub>Si<sub>5</sub>N<sub>8</sub> phosphor obtained from 628 to 670 nm with increasing Eu<sup>2+</sup> ion concentartion. (Sr<sub>1-x</sub>Eu<sub>x</sub>)<sub>2</sub>Si<sub>5</sub>N<sub>8</sub> phosphor apply to the blue LED with Y<sub>3</sub>Al<sub>5</sub>O<sub>12</sub>:Ce<sup>3+</sup> phosphor which obtained white light of high color rendreing index.

Y<sub>3</sub>Al<sub>5</sub>O<sub>12</sub>:Ce<sup>3+</sup>(YAG:Ce<sup>3+</sup>) Single Crystals and CaAlSiN<sub>3</sub>:Eu<sup>2+</sup>(CASN) Phosphors were investigated. Single crystals were grown by the floating zone method. XRD measurement results showed a diffraction pattern corresponding to the JCPDS Card (#73-1370) and belongs to the space group la-3d(230) and it could be confirmed that in the cubic structure. PL of the single crystal was 550 nm and exhibited a broad spectrum of emission peak with a half band width of 71 nm. PLE showed an peak of 350 nm and 460 nm. PL of CASN powder was 604 nm. PLE showed an peak of 460 nm. In the PL spectrum measured of single crystals coated CASN by blue LED, red shift phenomenon can be seen that also increase with increasing density of the CASN. In addition, the color rendering property Ra of YAG:Ce<sup>3+</sup> single crystal : 67, CASN 10 wt% : 78. It could be confirmed that the color rendering property is improved.
