        내측측부인대 파열과 동반된 슬관절 내 소상소견의 자기공명영상 소견

        Purpose : To assess the value of MR imaging in the diagnosis of medial collateral ligament injury of the knee, we used MR imaging to evaluate the characteristic findings in MCL tears and the frequency of associated knee jointinjury. Materials and Methods : We retrospectively reviewed 26 patients within four weeks of MCL injury, analysedMR findings and correlated them with surgical findings. We evaluated discontinuity, heterogeneous signal intensityof MCL, thin band- like low signal intensity at MCL, facial edema, loss of clear demarcation of adjacent fat andalso combined bone injury, meniscus injury and other ligament injury. Results : Complete MCL tears were present in14 patients and partial tears in 12. Complete tears showed discontinuity of MCL, fascial edema and loss of cleardemarcation from adjacent fat in 11 patients (79%) ; proximal MCL tears are more common than distal tears. Partialtears showed thin band-like low signal intensity within MCL, fascial edema and loss of clear demarcation fromadjacent fat in seven patients (58%) ; all patients with MCL injury showed fascial edema ; in 12 patients therewas loss of clear demarcation from adjacent fat. We could not, however, distinguish between complete tears andpartial tears when MCL showed heterogeneous high signal intensity. Combined bone injury in MCL tears was found ineight patients (62%) ; the most common sites of this were the lateral femoral condyle and lateral tibial plateau.There was associated injury involving other ligaments(ACL:50%; PCL: 27%). Combined meniscus injury in MCL tearswas present in 17 patients and the most common meniscus site (50%) is the posterior horn of the medial meniscus.Conclusion : Complete MCL tears showed discontinuity of MCL and partial tears showed a thin band-like low signalintensity within MCL. All patients with MCL injury showed fascial edema, and loss of clear demarcation fromadjacent fat. Various other injuries combine with MCL tears. MR imaging is therefore useful in the evaluation ofmedial collateral ligament injury and associated knee joint injury.

        눈물흘림증 환자에서 발견된 선천성 덧눈물점 1예

        목적: 눈물흘림증 진단 중 발견된 선천성 덧눈물점 및 덧눈물길의 임상양상과 이를 눈물주머니조영술로 증명한 증례를 보고하고자 한다. 대상과 방법: 우안 눈물흘림증을 호소하는 78세 여자 환자에 대해 세극등 검사와 눈물주머니조영술을 시행하였다. 결과: 세극등 검사에서 아래눈물점 바로 앞쪽에서 0.3 mm 크기의 덧눈물점을 발견하였다. 눈물주머니조영술상 덧눈물점에서 덧눈물소관을 거쳐 비강까지의 영상이 폐쇄없이 관찰되었고, 덧눈물소관과 정상 아래눈물소관이 합쳐져 공통눈물소관을 통해 눈물주머니로 들어가는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론: 덧눈물점 폐쇄술을 실시한 후 눈물흘림증이 호전되었다. 덧눈물점의 해부학적 상태와 위치에 따라서 여러 가지 다른 증상이 생길 수 있음을 알았다. Purpose: We report a case of congenital accessory punctum and canaliculus in a patient with epiphora by Dacryocystogram. Methods: A 78-year-old female patient visited our hospital for epiphora in right eye. We tested slit-lamp examination and dacryocystogram. Results: An accessory punctum was found in the right eye. Its diameter was 0.3 mm. Dacryocystogram showed that the accessory punctum had an independent canaliculus which was connected to a normal lower canaliculus. Conclusions: After suturing the accessory punctum, the symptom was relieved. Other different symptom can be presented by location of congenital accessory punctum and canaliculus.

        저소득층의 주거권 보장을 위한 공동체토지신탁(Community Land Trust)제도 연구-법적 쟁점을 중심으로-

        It is clearly stated in Korean (Republic of Korea) Constitution and the laws that people have the right of residence. However, the right of residence is not protected properly as guaranteed in the law because of the reality of Korean housing market. The truth is that the housing is not affordable for most Korean households. The price of a house is nearly half of the total earnings of one for the entire economic activity period. Hence, many people give up on the dream of owning-a-house, or jeopardize themselves to become “house poors”. “House poors” is a terminology for indicating people who own a house with a loan but who are not capable to reimburse the mortgage. To resolve this problem, Korean government have involved with some policies such as public rental housing and government subsidies. However, these policies in general are considered to have little effect. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the Community Land Trust (CLT) as an alternative solution which could be fundamentally effective to current Korean housing market. First, this study introduces CLT with examples of the US and the UK. Later, this study schemes the potential legal issues while launching and operating CLT in Korea. To be specific, it investigates the legal properties of CLT and evaluates if CLT is against the fundamentals of the private property system and the right to equality.
