모바일과 웹 2.0 기반의 다양한 기술들을 활용하며 독특하고 효과적인 응용을 만들어내고 있는 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 사용자가 생산한 정보의 주관성이 뚜렷하고 접근하기 쉽다는 점에서 사회 여러 분야에서 폭 넓고 유용하게 사용될 충분한 가능성을 가지고 있다. 그 중 트위터는 높은 서비스 개방성과 손쉬운 네트워크 형성, 뛰어난 실시간 전파력으로 대표적인 소셜 네트워크 서비스로 자리 잡았다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 트위터의 특징을 기반으로 빠르고 효과적으로 실종아동을 탐색할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하였다. 제안하는 시스템은 실종위치와 실종시간에 대한 최소한의 정보만으로도 해당위치에 머물렀거나 현재 머물고 있는 사용자에게 실종정보를 전파할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 본 연구를 통해 실종아동을 목격했을 가능성이 높은 사용자에게 직접 메시지를 전달함으로써 불특정 다수를 대상으로 하는 기존의 탐색방법에 비해 효율적이고 적극적인 탐색방법을 제공할 수 있다. The Social Network Services which is taking advantage of mobile and the Web 2.0-based technologies and is creating unique and effective application have the great potential to be widely useful for various fields of society in that subjectivity of information produced by users is obvious and the services are easy to access. Among them, Twitter has become the typical Social Network Service due to high openness of service and easy networking and excellent real-time propagation. Based on these features of Twitter, we have designed a system to quickly and effectively navigate miss시ing children in this paper. The proposed system is designed by using minimum information about disappear time to disseminate information of disappearance to users had remained or remain at some place. Through this study, delivering direct message to users who have strong possibility about witness of missing children can provide more expeditious and active searching method than traditional searching methods.
