자동차 시트의 동적 거동 분석을 위한 해석 모델 및 실험에 관한 연구

In this paper, a study was conducted to obtain a simple vibration model through dynamic characteristics analysis of vehicle seats. First, by analyzing the structural properties, a 1-degree of freedom spring-mass model was proposed and bending rigidity by vibration mode was induced so that the stiffness of the seat system could be used as the stiffness of the spring. After that, the optimal vibration mode for each direction was induced through finite element analysis, and a simple vibration model of the vehicle seat for each direction was obtained. Finally, five types of seats were tested through a multi-axis vibration tester to obtain the first natural frequency for each direction, and the validity of the simple vibration model equation was verified, and reliability was secured through one-sample Z test.
