In this paper, we developed multibody dynamics model that used subsystem synthesis method for unmanned military robot in Cartesian coordinate. The unmanned military robot consists of six identical independent suspension systems. So Subsystem synthesis method is commensurate with this system. To verify the multibody dynamics model, bump run simulations are carried out by comparing with ADAMS reference model. Also to inspect efficiency, compared subsystem synthesis method with conventional method about cpu time.

A Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles(FCEV) is one of the future automobile technology alternating conventional vehicles which use fossil fuel. It will be a standard in the future automobile market with zero-pollution and higher economical efficiency. In order to develop and evaluate FCEV system in short developing period, virtual test methods are necessary. But the existing development tool for FCEV is not considering R&H along with changes chassis architecture and layout of FCEV because of using longitudinal model of vehicle. Therefore in this paper, virtual chassis platform is developed to evaluate fuel cell system and R&H of FCEV. Developed virtual chassis platform is composed of driver input model, fuel cell system, power train model and full vehicle dynamics model(Functional Suspension Model, Multibody Dynamics Model) to evaluate R&H of vehicle.
