The purpose of this study was to confirm change of GMFM scores according GMFCS over years in children with cerebral palsy. This study was designed to make the treatment the plan to physical therapist according over ages in children with cerebral palsy and to help their parents to inform about predictable change of their children. Methods 101 children who was treated to 30. Jan. 2014 from 1. Mar. 2010 and diagnosed in cerebral palsy, and more than 7 years old participated this study and data were collected GMFM scores and GMFCS from expertise physical therapist total 8 times at once for six month. The participation were devided subtype of 38 diplegia, 20 hemiplegia, 29 quadriplegia, 10 athetoid 3 ataxia l hypotonia. We performed Repeated one way ANOVA and paired t-test in order to verify change of GMFM scores according over time and to confirm the difference of GMFM scoresbetween pre and post according GMFCS grade using by SPSS ver 20. 0. Results there was significantly change of GMFM score according GMFCS grade in case of children over 7 years old and there was significantly difference of GMFM scores between pre and post of measurement(p<.05). Conclusion We suggest that GMFM score interacted with GMFCS grade and we could see changes of GMFM scores more than 7 years old children with cerebral palsy.
