재건축 현장에서의 실 구조물을 대상으로 하는 중성화 실험으로 코어 채취를 통해 얻어낸 중성화 정도와 중성화 추정식과의 값을 비교하고, 중성화와 건물 위치 간의 관계를 규명하여 최종적으로는 리모델링 시 구조물의 잔존내구연한을 판별하는데 사용가능한 모델을 구축하도록 한다. Carbonation test of concrete have rem conducted to investigate the degree of carbonation from different concrete members. Reconstruction site was selected because core sampling of concrete could be made without affecting the integrity of the building because it would be demolished after tests. The results have shown that carbonation occurred more in the concrete members located inside the building to compared the ones located near the outer side of the building.

재건축 현장에서 콘크리트 부재에 대한 철근탐사를 수행함으로서 철근의 배근 간격과 피복두께, 철근 직경을 확인하고 설계도면과 비교해 본다. 구조해석 프로그램을 이용하여 기둥, 보, 슬래브 각각의 부재에 대한 구조해석을 비파괴 검사를 바탕으로, 그리고, 설계도면을 바탕으로 수행, 비교해 보고 현장에서 채취한 슬래브 부재를 실험실에서 파괴시켜 얻은 결과와 최종적으로 비교함으로써 부재의 내력을 확인한다. At a reconstruction site, steel bar detection has been performed on each concrete members to confirm horizontal and vertical spacing of each bar, cover depth, and the diameter of rebar. By using structural analysis program, the results of both nondestructive test and structural drawing of column, beam, and slab members are compared. Finally, the capacity of the members re verified by comparing the output of destructive test from the laboratory.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the compressive strength of a concrete structure which was to be demolished at residential reconstruction site and the results of destructive test of core specimens from the site. The research is conducted for the columns, girder and slab of the building. And result progress by statistical analysis.

Nondestructive testing result usually represent the vague assumption of the position of reinforcement bars inside inhomogeneous- concrete members. Various influential factors, like concrete delamination, steel corrosion, temperature, and humidity, can affect the experimental outcome. Since testing environment of deteriorating structure is inferior, the nondestructive testing result can be differ from the result of laboratory experiment. In this study, nondestructive and partial destructive testing were executed at the deteriorating buildings of reconstruction site, and the testing result was compared with those of laboratory experiment.

Evaluation of compressive strength in concrete is one of the most important element to decide stability of structures. However, the test results can’t use to evaluate concrete compressive strength in the raw data because of their variability. The purpose of this study is to analyze the compressive strength of a concrete structure which was to be demolished at residential reconstruction site and the results of destructive test of core specimens from the site. The research is conducted for the columns of the building, floors of the building and members of the building. And result progress by statistical analysis. The result shows that core test in girder is profitable to express compressive strength of whole building.

Detecting the size, cover depth and arrangement of rebar in concrete structure is very principle element for structural analysis. Magnetic method is generally used for structural maintenance inspection but the criterion about the location and the count for in-situ detection is ambiguous. The result of detection is also unreliable since it depends on the ability of analyst. The purpose of the research is to suggest the standard location and count for rebar detection and increase the reliability of detection result. The experiment took place at the reconstruction site since we standardize rebar detection about deteriorating structure. Testing performed with destructive method for the comparison with actual measurement.
