        공기밸브형 맥동연소 시스템의 안정성 및 성능특성에 관한 연구

        The experimental study was carried out to investigate the stability and the performance characteristics of the aero-valved pulsating combustion system with maximum operating capacity of 60KW. The effect of geometry of combustion system on the stable condition, the flammability limit, the total pressure oscillation amplitude, and the operating frequency can be identified, and the maximum turn-down-ratio is obtained up to 3.3. The total pressure oscillation amplitude can be controlled by tunning the length of the air inlet pipe. The empirical equation with which the operating frequency can be approximated is proposed and the discrepancy is within 5%. The volumetric efficiency is identified to be one of the important parameters determining the upper flammability limit and the maximum value of which is approximately 22%.

      • 空氣밸브型 脈動燃燒시스템의 燃燒特性에 관한 硏究

        본 연구에서는 전보의 연구를 통해 가장 성능이 우수하다고 평가된 형상의 연소시스템을 선택해서, 연소실의 압력변동과 이온전류변동의 동시측정, 압력변동과 온도변동의 동시측정결과를 신호분석기에 의해 통계처리함으로써 아직까지 이해가 대단히 부족한 재착화 및 연소메카니즘, 그리고 공기유동특성에 관한 물리적 현상을 규명하고자 한다. Experimental study was carried out to investigate the combustion characteristics of the hero-valved pulsating combustor with maximum operating capacity of 56kW. The pressure, the ion current, and the temperature fluctuations were simultaneously measured and statistically analyzed to identify the combustion process, the reignition and the mixing process of the reactants. It was found that the pulse combustion process was intermittent and the reignition of the reactants was caused by a direct contact and rapid mixing with the previous hot residuals. The analysis of the measured data indicated that the combustion process consisted of there stages in the combustion chamber; the preheating of the reactants in the vicinity of the air inlet pipe, the explosive combustion in the central region and the afterburning in the vicinity of the tailpipe. Wile the inflow of the fresh air occurred during the negative period of the pressure in the mechanical valved system, it occurred during the rising period of the pressure in the aero-valved system.

        천추부 욕창치료에서 대둔근 근피판의 응용

        For the patient prone to the pressure sore from quadriplegia and paraplegia owing to the car accidents, industrial injuries or various intoxication causing consciousness loss, we must attach importance to prevention rather than treatment. However ,as all paraplegics cannot be persuaded and educated to live within the severe limitations imposed upon them by their condition, pressure sores will occur and they will require repair. The methods that can completely solve ths various problems of pressrue sore which easily recur to these plegic patient in unsettled yet. In the early step of the treatment for pressure sore, simple skin graft or local skin flap was used. But there was many problems; the pressure sore recurred easily, or the skin flap could not be made large to enough, etc. In the next method, muscle transposition simultaneously with skin graft had enough cushion effect on the site of pressure sore, but this method also had many complicated problems for example, defect of blood supply and skin coverage. So today by making use of gluteus maximus myocutameous flap, the defects of traditional methods wrer made up for. Though as a usual method in treatment of sacral sore, gluteus maximus muscle with its skin and subcutaneous tissue was used as rotation flap, this method is difficult in operative technique and has a problem in donor site repair. So recently transforming this method into V-Y advancement flap or island transposition flap, the operation can be performed easily. Authors performed operations for 11 cases of sacral sore using rotational GMMC flap in 5 cases, V-Y advancement GM MC flap in 5 cases and island transposition flap in 1 cases, we analyse merit and defects of each method and report them with the review of the articles.

        선천성 구순열 및 구개열에 관한 임상적 고찰

        This study was carried out to provide the important fundamental data in congenital cleft lip and palate. With the data from 118 patients who had been admitted Busan National University Hospital and operated from July 1982 to 1983, the epidemiological characteristics and probable influencing factors in development of this problem were studies and analyzed statistically. 1. The ratio of cleft lip: cleft palate lip & palate was 1.0 : 1.2 : 1.7. There was no sexual difference in cleft palate, but cleft lip and cleft lip and palate were more common in male. 2. The ratio of left side: right side: bilateral type was 2.2 : 1.6 : 1.0. 3. According to the severity, the ratio of comlete type: incomplete type was 1.0 : 1.5 in cleft lip, 9.2 : 1.0 in cleft lip and palate, and 92.7% was incomplete type in cleft palate. 4. There was no statistical significance with seasen of birth, parent's age at birth, birth order and birth weight. 5. The rate of positive prenatal history during the first trimester of pregnancy was 29.7% of total patients. Upper respiratory tract infection was one of the most frequent history in several types of disease and herb drug and oral pill were most frequent histories in several types of medication. 6. Although the rate of positive family history was 18.6%, there was no significant difference according to the types. 7. The rate that associated with other 13 kinds of congenital anomaly was 25.4%, and tongue tie was one of the most frequent type with the rate of 9.3%.

      • 캐비테이션의 騷音特性에 관한 實驗的 硏究

        The effects of flow velocity and the cavitation number on noise due to cavitation are investigated experimentally in this study. The velocity range covered is 5.2m/s to 6.4m/s. Tests are conducted with three triangular prisms as a cavitating source in a two dimensional water tunnel. For a fixed velocity, SPL measured in the high frequency range depends on the cavitation number. SPL at 8KHz increases to a peak and thereafter decreases to a constant value when the cavitation number is decreased continuously. At peak SPL conditions, the velocity exponets for intensity of noise are found to have approximate values of 10.34, 6.67, and 12.78 when the blockage ratio is 0.15, 0.25, and 0.35, respectively.

        비결손의 재건 : A CASE REPORT 치험 1예 보고

        The nose has important physiological functions such as the regulations of temperature, humidity & filtration of the air flowing into the lung and also play an important role in concluding one's feature as the most prominent part which is located in the center of face.So a small deformity or defect may upset the harmony & balance of the whole face and psychological burden & difficulty in social life. The nasal defect is classified into the skin defect, defect of supportive frame-work, lining defect and full thickness loss of the nose. In general, reconstruction of the nose has been performed using as near tissue from the nose as possible for good color match, texture and reduce the number of operation. Especially in the case of total defect of the nose, different from partial loss or deformity, quantities of tissue and several stages of operation are needed for reconstruction of the skin, inner lining and supportive structures, thus total reconstructive rhinoplasty has been thought to be one of the most difficult operation in the sphere of plastic surgery. In the our department of plastic surgery of busan national university hospital, the total reconstructive rhinoplasty was performed in a patient who lost the entire nose except a part of ala including both inside cheek due to electric burn by use of bilateral cheek flap to reinforce the margin of pyriform aperature, midline forehead flap & scalping flap to restore the soft tissue defedt, V-Y advancement flap from nasal dorsum to lengthen the columella and iliac bone graft in 4 stages. So we obtained a satisfactory result and report it with review of articles.
