        한국산 고구마의 화학적 조성에 관한 연구

        For the studies an the Chemical compositions of Sweet potatoes grown in Korean soil, Suwon No. 118 and Suwon No. 147 were applied as the samples during growing period, and 15 varieties of sweet potatoes as the samples for comparisons among them. As the results ef the studies followings were obtained. Changes of the chemical compositions of root tuber during growing period. 1. Total weights of root tubers and mean weight per root tuber were increased gradually as grew with the values of Suwon No. 147 is higher than that of Suwon No. 118 except the weight of Suwon No. 147 on September 9. 2. The moisture content of the roots were fairy uniform. 3. While the starch contents and crude starch yield in the root tuber were gradually increased with almost parallel as grew except the values of Suwon No. 147 on September 7. were markedly higher. 4. The total weight of the Sweet potatoos per Dan-Bo (about 0.25 acre) showed increased values with Suwon No. 147 is higher than Suwon No. 118 except the unexpected lower weight of Suwon No. 147 on September 9. and the crude starch yield of Suwon No. 147 per Dan-Bo also showed higher values than that of Suwon No. 118 with almost parallel increase of them as they grew. 5. Reducing sugar contents of them showed gradual decreases at earlier stages then increases at latter stages as grew, and total sugar and sucrose of them also showed gradual increases except extremly higher contents of Suwon No. 147 and lover values of Suwon No. 118 on September 9. 6. Total protein and soluble protein contents of them showed that initial and last stages of the growth are in higher values but middle stages are fairy low values with a little changes of difference between total protein, and soluble protein. The comparisons among those varieties. 7. The moisture contents of root tuber varies from 63% to 72% among them. 8. The starch contents of Suwon No. 118 (23.9%) is highest value among them, Ko-Ke No. 14 and Won-Ki successively lower and Dae-Nong No. 45 is the lowest one. Crude starch yield (%) of Ko-Ke No. 14 and Won-Ki successively lower and Dae-Nong No. 45 is the lowest one. Crude starch yield (%) of Ko-Ke No. 147 is highest value, Suwon No. 118. Won-Ki are successively lower and Do-Ip is the lowest one. 9. Won-Ki is highest value in reducing sugar content, and Do-Ip No. 2 is lowest one in it. The sucrose content of Chil-Bok is highest and Won-Ki is lowest among them. Soluble total sugar content of Yu-Sim is in highest and Chun-Mi is in lowest value. 10. Total protein content showed that Suwon No. 147 is in highest value and Yu-Sim is in lowest one. On the other hand, soluble protein contents showed that Chil-Bok is in highest value and Yu-Sim is in lowest one.

        쌀 및 밀 복합분의 물리적 성질 및 제빵시험

        Rheolegical and baking properties of blends containing 10, 20 and 30 % of rice flours (Milyang 23, non-waxy and Tongil waxy) with wheat flour were investigated. Milyang-wheat blends showed higher amylograph paste viscosities at all reference points than waxy-wheat blends. Rice-wheat four blends had shorter farinograph stability than f·heat flour; however, the dough development time was similar between two blends. Breads produced from either Milyang-wheat or waxy-wheat flour blends at 10% rice level were acceptable compared with breads produced from wheat flour. 밀가루에 멥쌀(밀양 23호) 또는 통일찹쌀 가루를 10, 20 및 30% 대체한 복합분의 물리적 성질 및 제빵 적성을 검토하였다. 밀-밀양 복합분은 밀-찹쌀 복합분 보다 높은 점도를 보였다. 복합분의 파리노그라프 안정성은 밀가루 보다 짧았으나 최적 반죽발전 시간은 비슷하였다. 제빵 적성은 밀-밀양 복합분이 다소 좋은 결과를 보였고 대체로 밀가루(멥쌀 또는 찹쌀)를 20%수준까지는 대체할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 10%수준으로는 밀가루 빵에 크게 손색이 없는 제품이 가능하였다.

        대두 단백질에 관한 연구 ( 1 ) 7S 글로불린의 분리 및 전기 영동상의 성질

        The 7S globuiln, a glycoprotein, of soybean protein was isolated by a simpler method than any others. The components containing 7S globulin were fractionally extracted with 0.2M NaCl at pH 4.5 and precipitated by dialysis in distilled water. The precipitates were dissolved in standard buffer and then purified on Sephadex G-100. The purified 7S globulin and total protein were submitted to disc electrophoresis in two different systems. The total protein was separated into five bands by the procedure of Davis with 5% acrylamide. The less migrated two bands were the 7 S globulin, which was purified in the present procedure. The purified 7 S globulin and total protein were dissociated into subunits with the mixture of phenol-acetic acid-water containing 5 id urea, and taken to disc electrophoresis. Nine out of 32 bands were glycoprotein subunits, five of which were identified as the subunits of the 7 S globulin and one as agglutinin.

        보육교직원의 다문화가정 장애위험 영유아 지원 경험에 대한 근거이론 탐구

        본 연구는 보육교직원들의 다문화가정 장애위험 영유아 지원 경험을 심층 분석하여 보육현장에서 요구하는 지원방안을 탐구하고자 근거이론 방법으로 탐색하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 중심현상은 다문화가정 영유아 지원 상황이며, 다문화배경으로 인한 발달지연과 의사소통 문제 지원의 어려움이 있었다. 둘째, 인과적 조건은 다문화가정 어머니의 한국어능력 및 한국문화적응의 어려움으로 인한 자녀양육의 어려움이다. 셋째, 맥락적 조건은 다문화가정 영유아의 특징, 가정환경, 부모의 특징, 아버지 고유의 특징들이 작용하여 보육의 어려움으로 작용하였다. 넷째, 중재조건에는 보육교직원들의 기관차원의 노력과 더불어 다문화 전문성 강화이다. 다섯째, 작용/상호작용에서 성공적인 다문화가정 영유아 보육요건으로는 가정연계 협력적 지도, 문화적 특성이해, 전인적 관점의 이해가 필요하며, 영유아지원 개선에서는 교사전문성 강화, 기관차원 지원, 지역사회 협력지원방안이 필요하다. 마지막 결과에서는 ‘건강한 사회구성원으로 성장 기틀 마련’이라는 핵심범주를 도출함으로써 보육교직원들은 다문화가정의 영유아 보육의 어려움을 극복하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore the support methods required in the field of child care by analyzing in-depth experience of child care staff support for children with disabilities in multicultural families. The results of the study are as follows: First, the central phenomenon is the situation of supporting infants and toddlers in multicultural families, and it is difficult to support developmental delay and communication problems due to multicultural background. Second, the causal condition is the difficulty of raising children due to the difficulty of Korean language ability and adaptation to Korean culture of mothers of multicultural families. Third, the contextual conditions were affected by the characteristics of infants and toddlers from multicultural families, the home environment, the characteristics of parents, and the unique characteristics of fathers, which served as difficulties in child care. Fourth, the intervention condition is the strengthening of multicultural expertise along with the efforts of the institutional staff of childcare staff. Fifth, as for the requirements for successful child care in multicultural families in action/interaction, it is necessary to have cooperative guidance in family connection, understanding of cultural characteristics, and understanding from a holistic perspective, and for the improvement of child care support, it is necessary to strengthen teacher expertise, institutional support, and community cooperation support measures. In the last result, the core category of ‘establishing a foundation for growth as a healthy social member’ was derived, and the childcare staffs overcame the difficulties of childcare for infants and young children from multicultural families.

        갈대의 Indole 화합물 연구 : Ⅱ . 갈대 유아의 생장과정중의 Indole 화합물의 변화 Ⅱ . Changes of Indole Compounds During the Growth of Sprouts

        Methanolic extract of the common reed sprouts (Phragmites communis Trin.), unincubated or incubated at 27℃ in the dark, was subjected to thin layer chromatography for the indole compounds. Serotonin, tryptophan and tryptamine were the major indoles in the unincubated sprouts. At early stage of incubation of sprouts, however, serotonin and tryptamine decreased while other indoleamines increased. Tryptophan remained constant throughout the incubation periods. From the observation in the present study, it was speculated that serotonin be synthesized from tryptophan via tryptamine and in turn metabolized to bufotenine.

        한국산(韓國産) 광대싸리(Securinega suffruticosa Rehder)에서의 Securinine 추출(抽出)

        (1) 한국중부산(韓國中部産) 광대싸리(Securinega suffruticosa Rohder)에 함유(含有)되는 식물성염기(植物性鹽基) Securinine의 추출(抽出)을 기도(企圖)하였다. (2) 한국원내식물분포도(寒國內源植物分布圖)는 극동지역(極東地域) 제일(第一)의 생태피도(生態被度)를 갖는 것으로 생각(生覺)된다. (3) 융점(融點)과 외부형태(外部形態)(현미경적(顯微鏡的)) 그리고 기타(其他)를 종합고찰(綜合考察)하여 추출물(抽出物)이 Securinine이라는 것을 확인(確認)하였다. (4) 수율(收率)을 평균(平均) 0.075% 였고 낙엽직전(落葉直前)의 황엽(黃葉)이란 점(點)이 함량(含量)을 감소(減少)케한 원인(原因)으로 생각(生覺)되었으며 하기생육(夏期生育)이 증가(增加)한 시기(時期)를 골라 재추출(再抽出)을 하면 상당(相當)한 수율(收率)의 증가(增加)를 가져올 것으로 추측(推測)되었다. (5) 수지상(樹脂狀) 점조물(粘稠物) 함유(含有) alkaloide 간(間)의 분리(分離)에는 새로운 용매(溶媒)의 선택(選擇)과 조작(操作)을 강구(講究)하여야 할것으로 생각(生覺)된다. (6) 추출과정(抽出過程)은 다소변경(多少變更)하였으며 앞으로 더욱 간편(簡便)하고 고수율(高收率)인 방법(方法)이 강구(講究)될 가능성(可能性)은 찾을수 있었다. 1. The extraction of securine, an alkaloid, from Securinega suffruticosa Rehder growing in Korea was investigated. 2. The distribution of the source plant in Korea is considered to be most intense among the Fareast countries. 3. The extracted material was identified to be genuine securinine viewing from melting point and microscopic observation. 4. The yield of the substance in this study was 0.075% in average. The less amount of recovery may be due to the collection of the plant in October instead of that in the prime season. 5. There should be more efficient way in the separation of resinous impurities from the crude product. Application of Chromatographic technique and selection of more efficient solvent will be investigated hereafter.

        한어 어음변천과 현대 한국 한자음(漢字音)(운모(韻母) 반영 탐색 -현대 중국 보통화(普通話)[-i],[-□],[-□],[□] 음을 대상으로-

        This study tries to study three things. The first one is to trace similar relationship of present Sino-Korean sounds from transition process of KAI KOU 3 DENG(開口3等) KAI KOU 4 DENG in Zhi Group(止攝) Xie Group(蟹攝) and Abrupt Tone of Geng Group(梗攝) Zeng Group (曾攝) Zhen Group(臻攝) Shen Group(深攝) of QIE YUN ZHI NAN(切) ) which pronounced as [-i] [-□] [-□] [□] in present Chinese 韻指南 Mandarin. Secondly, from the relationship, we try to examine any unique characteristic of Sino-Korean. Finally, we also try to find an origin of Sino-Korean sound by examining sound transitions and dialects of Chinese. As results of this study, we find that merger of letters of KAI KOU(開口) among ‘MO(陌)’ ‘XI(昔)’ ‘XI(錫)’ and ‘ZHI(職)’ in GUANG YUN(廣韻), that merger of letters of KAI KOU(開口)` among ‘ZHI(支)’ ‘ZHI(脂)’ ‘ZHI(之)’ and ‘WEI(微)’, that merger of letters of ‘ZHI(質)’ ‘QI(흘)’ and ‘ZHI(木節)’ in a period of Five Dynasty(五代), that merger of letters of ‘QI(齊)’ ‘JI(祭)’ and ‘ZHI(支)’ ‘ZHI(脂)’ ‘ZHI(之)’, that non-merger of letters of ‘JI(緝)’ in Song Dynasty(宋代), that merger of letters of KAI KOU(開口) among ‘QI(齊)’(Even Tone(平) Rising Tone (上) Falling Tone(去) ‘JI(祭)’ and ‘FEI(廢)’ in Yuan Dynasty(元代). This study analyzes the six sound phenomenon specifically, and find that the letters pronounced as [-i] [-□] [-□] [□] of Chinese Mandarin in Korean were affected from the sound transition of Chinese dynasties and any unique pronunciation system of Korean together.

        자연방사능에 의한 식품회분의 K 정량
