하이브리드 및 전기 자동차용 LDC 재생형 부하 시험기 설계

하이브리드 자동차나 전기 자동차에 사용되는 LDC(Low Voltage DC-DC Converter)는 고전압 배터리 측의 높은 DC 전압을 입력 받아 낮은 전압인 12V로 강하시켜 전장부하 장치의 전원 공급 및 보조 배터리의 충전용으로 사용된다. LDC 는 생산 공정 중에 장시간의 부하시험을 하는데 부하시험 시 전력을 100% 열로 방출하는 구조로 에너지 소비가 매우 큰 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 재생형 방식의 부하시험 방법을 제안하여 낭비되는 전력의 75~90%의 에너지 절감을 실 현하였다. The LDC (Low Voltage DC-DC Converter) used for hybrid vehicles and electric vehicles was utilized to supply the electric apparatus load with a voltage and to charge the auxiliary batteries by receiving a high DC voltage from the high voltage battery. The LDC has a long-time load test during the manufacturing process. On the other hand, it has the disadvantage of considerable energy consumption because it has the structure to release the power as 100% heat during a load test. Therefore, in this paper, a recycling load test method was proposed and 75~90% energy saving was realized.

At present, industries and researchers are looking for ways to reduce the use of lubricants because of ecological and economical reasons. Therefore, metal cutting is to move toward dry cutting or semi-dry cutting. This paper presents an investigation into MQL(Minimum Quantity Lubrication) machining with the objective of evaluating the cylindricity for the turning process of SM45C. To reach this goal, several cylindrical-outer-diameter turning experiments are carried out by fluid cutting, MQL cutting and dry cutting. Also, the temperature of the tool-shank and cylindricity of workpiece are measured. It is found from the results of experiments that the cylindricity in MQL cutting is better than the others.
공작기계용 볼스크류의 신뢰성 확보를 위한 열변위 측정 및 평가 기술에 관한 연구

최근 공작기계의 이송속도가 급격히 빨라지면서 저진동, 고정밀의 볼스크류의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 볼스크류는 정밀도에 따라 C0 급에서 C9 급으로 분류가 되고 있으며, C0 급 일수록 고정밀급 장비에 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 개발된 C1~C3 급 고정밀 볼스크류의 신뢰성 향상을 위한 열변위에 대한 측정 및 성능평가를 수행하였다. 열변위의 측정은 RS-KORAS-KIMM-036 기준에 따라 측정하였으며, 측정 볼스크류는 직경 40 mm, 리드 길이 12 mm, 강구경 6.35 mm, 전장 1,091 mm를 가진다. 성능평가를 실시할 때에는 가능한 온도와 습도를 일정하게 유지하면서 수행하였다. 평가결과 성능 목표치를 충분히 만족하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었으며, 결과는 개발된 볼스크류의 신뢰성 향상에 크게 기여할 수 있다고 판단된다. 후속연구에서는 평가결과를 고정밀 볼스크류의 성능개선에 적용하여 보다 더 정밀한 볼스크류 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. Recently, as the feed rate of machine tools has rapidly increased, the demand for low-vibration, high-precision ball screws is increasing. Ball screws are classified from C0 class to C9 class according to their precision, and the C0 class is required for high-precision equipment. In this study, the thermal displacement measurement and performance evaluation were performed to improve the reliability of the developed C1~C3 class high-precision ball screws. Thermal displacement was measured according to the RS-KORAS-KIMM-036 standard, and the measurement ball screw had a diameter of 40 mm, a lead length of 12 mm, a steel diameter of 6.35 mm, and a total length of 1,091 mm. When performing the performance evaluation, it was performed while maintaining the temperature and humidity as constant as possible. As a result of the evaluation, it was possible to obtain a result that satisfies the performance target sufficiently, and it is judged that the result can greatly contribute to the improvement of the reliability of the developed ball screw. In the follow-up study, the evaluation results can be applied to the performance improvement of high-precision ball screws, thereby contributing to the development of more precise ball screws.
공작기계용 고 집적형 Tool Tower ATC 설계 및 구조 해석에 관한 연구

This study is concerned about the design and structural analysis of high integrated tool tower ATC(Automatic Tool Changer) for machine tool. Recently, many studies have been undergoing to reduce a working time in a field of machine tool. Tool tower ATC belongs to reduce a stand-by time by shortening a tool exchanging time. The developed system can store more number of tool in small space than other machine. The analysis is carried out by CATIA V5 software. In the result of structural analysis, the safety factor of the developed system is confirmed.

The purpose of this research was to investigate relative importance of various variables, which include maternal behaviors(authoritarian control, overprotection, affection), children’ self-esteem and school achievement and sex variables in influencing peer victimization of children. A sample of 439 5th grade elementary school boys and girls in Kwang-ju city was surveyed. The questionnaires were used to collect the data on children’s peer victimization, maternal behaviors, children’s self-esteem. The results were as follows: 1. Maternal child-rearing behaviors significantly influenced children’s peer victimization. 2. Self-esteem significantly affected the direct and the indirect victimization while school achievement affected the direct and the indirect victimization. 3. Multiple regression analysis showed that the direct victimization was explained by sex, self-esteem and school achievement and that the indirect victimization by self-esteem, school achievement and sex.

To train and educate of human resource for entering China logistics market, We should consider following aspects : first of all, we should set up specialized logistics course in university. Second, We should establish training program to promote well grounded logistics specialists under the rapidly changing shipping and industry.
