크레아틴-중탄산나트륨의 복합투여가 고강도 무산소성 운동수행능력, 혈중 크레아틴 및 젖산농도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 고강도 무산소성 운동수행능력을 향상시키는데 있어 크레아틴과 중탄산나트륨의 복합투여가 무산소성 운동수행력에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 국군체육부대 장병을 대상으로 5개 그룹인 크레아틴 투여그룹 (n=8), 중탄산나트륨 투여그룹 (n=8), 크레아틴과 중탄산나트륨의 복합투여 그룹 (n=9), 글루코스 투여그룹 (n=7), 염화나트륨 투여그룹 (n=7)으로 나누어 사전검사 (pre-test) 후 집단별 로딩(loading)이 완료된 5일 뒤 사후검사 (post-test)를 실시하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS Ver. 12.0을 이용하여 모든 측정 변인에 대한 평균과 표준편차를 산출하고, 그룹 및 시기 간에 대한 유의차를 검증하기 위하여 2-way repeated ANOVA를 실시하였다. 유의한 상호작용 효과가 나타날 경우, 사후검정으로 paired t-test와 one way ANOVA를 실시하였다. 모든 통계적 유의수준은 p<.05로 설정하였다. 본 연구의 결과 윙게이트 검사 (wingate-test)를 이용한 무산소성 운동수행력 중 평균 파워, 피크 파워, 피크 페달링 스피드는 크레아틴 투여그룹과 중탄산나트륨 투여그룹에서 투여 전·후 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 크레아틴과 중탄산나트륨의 복합투여 그룹에서는 증가하는 경향이 나타났으나, 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of combined creatine and sodium bicarbonate supplementation on high intensity anaerobic power and plasma creatine and lactate concentration. 39 males were randomly assigned to 5 groups〔creatine (n=8), sodium bicarbonate (n=8), creatine+sodium bicarbonate (n=9), glucose (n=7), and NaCl (n=7)〕. They had been pre-test of an aerobic power with wingate test and after 5 days later for creatine and sodium-bicarbonate loading, they had post-test. Statistical analysis was performed by 2 way repeated ANOVA for group and time, and paired t-test, one way ANOVA were used to assess differences between pre and post-test and among the groups. Significance was accepted at p<.05. The following results were obtained from this study. Average power, peak power and peak pedaling speed of wingate test were significantly (p<.05) increased in creatine group and sodium bicarbonate group.

This paper describes an study electric injection system for diesel engines. It is needed effective fuel injection which controls the solenoid valve of fuel pump. To solve this, this paper proposes DCC-PWM method which can realize fast reply and low holding current for solenoid valve on/off. For the proposed design method, simulation tools of ACSL are used to analyze the system. And the single-chip microcomputer is used to reduce the size of controller and to improve flexibility. And the system's validity can be verified through the experimental results.

A study is made to put forward the new method of continuous-shear drawing(CSD), and investigate deformation behavior and microstructure evolution of aluminum alloy with a comparison of equal-channel angular (ECA) drawing. In contrast to ECA drawing, the die for CSD deformation can impart an additional strain to the workpiece since the diameter of the exit channel is narrower than that of its entrance channel. Although no significant crack occurs in all conditions during deformation, the sample via CSD method showed better surface quality as compared to ECA drawing. This is mainly ascribed to the fact that the sample is significantly bent rather than sheard when deforming though ECA drawing.

Transformation induced plasticity (TRIP) steel consisting of ferrite, austenite, and bainite phases was regarded as an excellent candidate for automotive applications due to the good combination of ductility and strength. The aim of the present study was to understand the microstructural characteristics of ultrafine grained (UFG) TRIP low-carbon steel fabricated via equal channel angular pressing accompanied with intercritical-and isothermal-annealing treatments. When compared to coarse grained counterpart, only the volume fraction of austenite phase in UFG TRIP steel remained unchanged, but all other microstructural variables such as size and morphology were different. It was found that UFG TRIP steel showed the homogeneous distribution of each constituent phase, which was discussed in terms of annealing treatments done in this study.
