Dae-gu is located in a basin surrounded by mountains. the basin city is vulnerable to air pollution. air quality analysis and appraisal by Automatic air pollution Monitoring prevent a air pollution. we appraised new installation or relocation about Automatic air pollution Monitoring by Population and Air Pollutant generation rate in Dae-gu. we used CAPSS`s Air Pollutant generation rate and Statistical Yearbook of Dae-gu. Dae-gu divide forty six grids by length and breadth 2km with TM coordinate. high level coordinate number is 37, 44 and 45 about Population and Air Pollutant generation rate.

Seongseo industrial complex is affected by increasing air pollution levels as a result of concentrated industrial activities. Large industrial complex was concentrated many factory in at a certain place. So it is expected that air pollution have a effect in neighboring a residential area. In addition, human health threaten by diversified pollution source. Thus control of air quality need around industrial complex. The Industrial source complex ISCST-3 model has been used to study the impact of NOx, SOx from industrial complex. And we used CAPSS’s air pollutant generation rate. The result showed that point pollutant source had influence less than other pollutant source. Also case of SOx big impacted area pollutant source. And case of NOx had a effect line pollutant source.

Air Quality monitoring networks is established in order to evaluate present level of air pollution, to make future prediction, to provide input data of air quality model, and to assess compliance with the standards. Environmental level is determined by regional environmental factors, that affected by complex urban environment. therefore, accurate measurement of environmental level has top priority to establish and promote appropriate environmental policies. Air quality monitoring network of Deagu, consisting of 13 stations, was allocated under unscientific and irrational principles. therefore, this study was aimed at presenting improvement directions for the efficent network relocation base on the present problems obtained by ISC3 model. From the result of SO2, CO, NO2, PM-10 concentration prediction classified into high value 2 point, medium value 4 point, low value 5 point. Air Quality monitoring networks was arranged properly. The maximum concentrations in regions is 28 grid, 29 grid, 36 grid, 37 grid, 38 grid, 45 grid, Air Quality monitoring networks did not exist and Therefore Air Quality monitoring networks is necessart to and rearrangement or new installation
