This study was to analyze the laws of facilities related to new industries and to derive improvement plans. To this end, we reviewed the building laws related to data centers and knowledge industry centers. As a result of the analysis, there were problems related to residential protection, parking standards, and building standards. It was caused by lack of use or misclassification of uses, and lack of building standards. It is necessary to newly establish the use of all buildings in the Building Act and to create building standards for each use.

This study examined the need for more electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in apartment complexes due to stricter regulations on EV infrastructure. Analyzing data from 19,042 large residential complexes and surveys from 382 management offices, it found that about 81,059 extra chargers are needed, increasing existing numbers by 51.29%. This could significantly impact costs. Additionally, 65.4% of surveyed residents reported difficulties in finding space for these installations, particularly in smaller, older complexes and those in regional areas. The results highlight the importance of tailoring regulations to fit the specific needs and capacities of existing apartment complexes.

The purpose of this study was investgate the effects of kinematic feedback on learning of ballet movement. This study to present empirical data basis on the kinematic feedback in ballet education and establish the guideline required for ballet movement learning. In this study, 20 ballet dancers were required to practice ballet enchainement (battement tendu-grand battement-petit jete`-grand jete`) task in two different practice condition (kinematic feedback group, Non-kinematic feedback group) ten times each day during 5days. The experimental design was 2(kinematic feedback condition)×2(test) factorial design with repeated measures on test. Pre-post test performance score was analyzed with two-way ANOVA and retention test scores was analyzed with t-test. The results were as follows, In performance stage, the main effects of feedback was not significant statistically; the main effects of test was not significant; the interactive effects of feedback and test were not significant, also. However in learning stage, the result of retention test showed a significant difference of .05, especially the effect on grand battement movement. This result supports the result of previous studies that the kinematic feedback are more effective on a slow movement than a fast one, suggesting that the kinematic feedback is an important factor for improvement of the understanding in the phase of retention. Consequently, kinematic feedback might be effective on a ballet movement involving the degree of difficulty of mid-level rather than too high or low-level, and a ballet movement constituted with slow tempos than fast ones.

The ultrasonic guided wave phased array using magnetostrictive patch transducers is proposed. The magnetostrictive transducer has received much attention because it is cost-effective and capable to generate ultrasonic waves with a simple configuration. However, it has not been used for ultrasonic guided wave phased array applications until now. In this paper, we propose a magnetostrictive transducer based phased array system consisting of a multi-channel function generator, power amplifiers and Lamb wave magnetostrictive transducers. To check the performance of the ultrasonic guided wave phased array, several Lamb wave focusing experiments were carried out in an aluminum plate. The results demonstrated the capability of the developed array to focus the Lamb waves at specific target points.
성평등 그림동화를 활용한 통합적 활동이 유아의 성역할 고정관념과 조망수용능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 성평등 그림동화를 활용한 통합적 활동이 성역할 고정관념과 조망수용능력에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위한 것이다. 성평등 동화만을 들려주는 경우와 동화를 들려준 후 통합적 활동을 실시한 경우 유아의 성역할 고정관념과 조망수용능력의 차이를 밝히며 그 교육적 효과의 지속성에 대해 알아보는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구 결과 성평등 그림동화 개입은 유아의 성역할 고정 관념과 조망수용능력에 있어 긍정적 효과를 얻었으며, 성평등 동화를 들은 후 관련 통합적 활동 실시는 긍정적 효과의 지속성을 높여주었다. 남·녀아 모두 성역할 고정관념의 완화 효과는 균등 하였으며, 지각조망과 타인의도조망을 제외한 나머지 조망수용능력에 대한 효과도 균등하였다. 연령에 따라서는 나이가 많을수록 조망수용능력의 향상 효과가 많이 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of integrated activities through sexual equality picture books on children`s sex-role stereotype and perspective taking ability. The subject consisted of 120 children, 56 boys and 64 girls, and 60 children of 4 years old and 60 children of 5 years old. The subject were subdivided into 3 groups: a control grope and two experimental groups(experimental group I and II). The children in the control group proceeded normal activity according to usual activity plan in kindergarten. On the other hand the children grouped in the experimental group I were involved in sexual equality picture book listening activity and the children in the experimental group II were provided an additive integrated activities after the sexual equality picture listening activity. The analyzed results were as follows: First, listening to sexual equality picture books was effective to reduce their sex-role stereotype, and providing integrated activities after listening to sexual equality picture books increases consistency of its positive effect Second, listening to sexual equality picture books was effective to improve their perspective-taking ability in terms of perspective ability of others` thought and perspective-taking ability of others` intention. Moreover, providing integrated activities increases these educational effects. Third, listening to picture books and activities after listening to picture books did not reveal any significant difference in sex-role stereotype and perspective-taking ability with regard to sex of children. But with regard to ages, 5 years children showed more improved perspective-taking ability than 4 years children. Consequently, we can conclude that listening sexual equality picture books is effective to reduce children`s sex-role stereotype and to improve their perspective-taking ability. Moreover integrated activities after listening book`s increase these positive effectiveness on children.
