오피니언 마이닝을 통한 스마트 워치 출시 전후 소비자 반응 분석

인터넷의 확산으로 트위터와 같은 SNS가 확산되었고, 컴퓨터 처리 능력의 발달로 빅 데이터 처리가 가능해졌다. 본 연구에서는 현재 주목 받고 있는 기술인 스마트 워치에 대해 다루고 있으며 최근 출시되었던 삼성 갤럭시 기어 S2를 대상으로 연구를 진행하고 있다. 스마트 워치의 출시 전, 후에 게시되었던 트위터 데이터를 수집하여 실제 SNS 사용자들이 신제품 출시에 어떻게 반응하고 있으며 어떠한 다른 양상을 보이는지 분석한다. 분석을 통해 기업 실무자들에게 출시 전, 출시 후 각각에 마케팅에 대응하는 방법에 관한 가이드라인을 제공하며 본 연구에서 사용된 분석 프레임워크는 다른 분야 및 제품에서도 사용 가능한 연구 가이드라인이 된다. Social media such as twitter has been popular by the diffusion of internet, and thanks to the radical improvement of computational ability of computers big data analysis became possible. This research is regarding about smart watch which is receiving attention as post-smartphone technology. Among various types of smart watch, this research focuses on the recently released Samsung Galaxy Gear S2. The main purpose of the research is to analyze customer's actual twitter data that was produced before and after the release of the smart watch to the market. Through the analysis, this research provides practical marketing strategy guideline, and also the analysis framework used in this research can be a research framework for other area and product researches.

DSN(Door Slam Noise) is one of the primary attributes for drivers to determine the car image. Generally, The development of DSN was focused to reduce sound level and to eliminate rattle & squeaky noises. But it is difficult to explain the relation between sound level (or numerical values of single metric like sharpness and so on) of DSN and driver's preference. The reason for discordance is that the subjective assessment of DSN is influenced by driver's cognitive aspects. In this paper, the factors which affect the subjective evaluation of DSN is defined by Taguchi S/N ratios and also correlation analysis between these factors and subjective test(Jury Rating Evaluation) were carried out by regression analysis. Through this analysis, a standard reference DSN index model was suggested which can be used in Door Slam Noise Evaluation.

In this paper, Smart Parking Assist System(SPAS) using ultra-sonic sensor is described. The algorithm of SPAS and advantages of newly developed algorithm are introduced. The SPAS algorithm consists of 3parts which are parking space recognition, vehicle position observer and trajectory control algorithm. This algorithm have been implemented and proved in parallel parking scenario using dSPACE Autobox in vehicle. The results show faster parking and reliable performances compared to SPAS of competitors.
