상사의 커뮤니케이션의 특성이 비서의 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향: 상사신뢰를 매개변수로

본 연구는 상사 커뮤니케이션 특성이 비서의 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하고, 이들 간 영향관계에서의 상사신뢰의 매개효과 검증을 목적으로 하였다. 연구가설의 검증을 위해 SPSS 20.0사용과 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 단수회귀분석, 3단계 매개회귀분석을 하였다. 연구 결과는 상사의 커뮤니케이션 특성에서 배려신뢰성과 전문성은 직무스트레스와 부(-)의 영향을, 배려신뢰성 및 전문성과 상사신뢰와는 정(+)의 영향을 그리고 지배성과 상사신뢰와는 부(-)의 영향을, 상사신뢰는 직무스트레스와 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 상사의 커뮤니케이션 특성과 비서의 역할스트레스 영향관계에서 상사신뢰의 매개효과를 확인할 수는 없었다. 본 연구 결과는 상사의 커뮤니케이션에 대한 중요성의 인식 제고와 비서직근무자 프로그램 개발 또는 지원을 위한 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to empathize and analyze the effect of superior communication characteristics on the secretary’s job stress and verify the mediated effect of superior trust in their relationship of influence. To verify the research theory, SPS 20.0 was used and frequency analysis, correlation analysis, singular return analysis, and three-step mediated return analysis were performed. The results of the study showed that consider ation reliability and expertise in the communication characteristics of bosses have effects of job stress and wealth, consideration reliability and professionalism and positive influence with boss trust, control and boss trust have effects of wealth, and boss trust has effects of job stress and wealth (-). On the other hand, the communication characteristics of the boss and the role-stress relationship of the secretary could not confirm the mediated effect of boss trust. The results of this study can be used as basic data for raising awareness of the importance of supervisor communication and for developing or supporting a program for non-executive workers.
