        운동생리학 : 온도 차이가 트레드밀 달리기시 CK와 LDH변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of three different temperatures on changes of Creatine Kinase(CK) and Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) during a treadmill running. Eight students majoring in physical education who were able to run a 21 km and had no health problems were recruited They ran 21km on a treadmill in 28℃, 17℃, and 12℃ of room temperature. During the exercise bout blood samples were collected and analyzed by one-way ANOVA and two-way ANOVA with repeated measure for the CK and LDH A significant level was considered as P<.05. The results were as follows;CK increased progressively during the run in all conditions, but decreased 30 min after run. LDH also increased progressively during the run but did not return to the base level even after 30 min of the cessation of the bout. The statistical analyses showed significant main effects on both CK and LDH, but no differences were found in the interactions. This indicated that the stress level experienced by the body may be different in three environmental conditions, although the same exercise volume was provided. Based on the results, CK and LDH during treadmill running were differently influenced by the room temperatures.When the CK and LDH were to be evaluated, the environmental condition may be considered Thus, the results suggested that an endurance exercise should be performed in an adequate environmental condition. This information was warranted such that it could be applied for physical performance of marathon and be utilized for a reference in diverse physical activities and health.

        운동생리학 : 근력과 유연성 복합운동이 측만증 청소년의 측만각도와 요부근력에 미치는 영향

        In order to explore the effect of a regular exercise program on Cobb’s angle and fitness variables in teenagers with scoliosis, five high school students (two boys and three girls) participated in this study. they were tested three times; before, during and after the participation of the program for body fat lumbar strength curve angle, and fitness variables. 1. During the measured time frame, body fat content has lien cc-ducal in a favorable direction, and it was statistically different (p<.01). 2. Lumbar strength was increased throughout the measured tint frame and was statistically different (P<.05) Also, lumbar strength in diverse angles were increased but it was not statistically significant after post-hoc test (p>.05). 3. Evaluations of Cobb’s angle of thoracic region was changed after the program and it was statistically different (P<05). But no difference was found in the lumber region (P>.06). 4. In physical fitness variables, muscular strength, sit-and-reach and balance stability were not changed. However, trunk backward extension and sit-ups were ire used after the program (P<.05). In conclusion, regular weight training ball-exercise, and dumbbell men-ism provided a positive effect on Cobb’s angle and hunter strength in patients with scoliosis. It appears that the use of combined exercise programs including weight training. MI exercise, and dumbbell exercises are recommendable for patients with scoliosis. And its application should be regular and systematic.

        운동생리학 : Plyometric training이 하지 슬관절과 족관절의 등속성 총 일량에 미치는 영향

        플라이오메트릭 훈련방법은 1960년대 중반이후 소련 등 동구권에서 개발되어 현재까지 많은 운동에 적용되었으며, 한편 이 훈련방법에 관한 연구가 지속되고 있지만 연구결과가 항상 효과적인 것만으로 나타나지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 플라이오메트릭 훈련이 하지 슬관절의 굴곡과 신전, 족관절의 배측굴곡과 족저굴곡의 등속성 총일량에 미치는 영향의 정도를 알아보며 이 훈련법의 효과검증을 위한 목적을 위해 시도되었다. 효과검증을 위해 등속성 장비를 이용하였으며, 이때 단축성 수축과 신장성 수축을 반복해서 실시한 후 자료 분석을 시도하였다. 피험자의 선정은 운동선수의 경험이 없는 대학교 체육과 학생들을 대상으로 하였으며, 연구대상자는 9명(훈련집단=5명, 통제 집단=4명)으로 8주간의 처치 전후에 등속성 장비를 이용하여 슬관절과 족관절의 등속성 총일량을 측정하였다. 결과로 첫째, 플라이오메트릭 훈련이 좌측 하지 슬관절의 각속도 180˚/sec에서 굴곡은 훈련 전 180.40±37.69에서 훈련 8주 후 118.80±32.69로 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 그러나 그 이외에는 점진적인 향상만을 가져왔다. 둘째, 플라이오메트릭 훈련이 하지 족관절의 각속도 120˚/sec에서 배측굴곡은 16.80±2.49에서 19.00±3.00으로, 족저굴곡은 50.20±5.76에서 53.60±10.11로 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<05). 그러나 그 이외에서는 점진적인 향상만을 가져왔으며, 특이한 사항은 30˚/sec의 통제집단에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05), 이러한 결과는 피험자에 대한 완전한 통제가 이루어지지 않은 것으로 생각된다. 결과적으로 플라이오메트릭 훈련은 하지 슬관절과 족관절의 등속성 총일량에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있으며, 더 나아가 운동수행에도 영향을 미칠 수 있는 것을 의미한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of Plyometric Training on the total work of Knee and Ankle’s Joint.Subject were 9 K-university male students who had been trained for 8 weeks with Plyometric, control and divided into 2 groups randomly : Plyometric training group, control group.Plyometric Training Program was consists of 7 style method (Pike Jump, Double leg hop, Double leg bound, Single leg hop, Stride jump cross over, Alternate leg bound, Box jump). Plyometric Training Program performed the two days a week and period of 8weeksControl was consist of daily routine. also control’s period is 8weeks.Data were obtained from pre-test(initial), post-test(after 8weeks-treatment). The collect data were analyzed by paired t-test. A significant level was .05.Result were as follows:1. Plyometric Training Group was not a significant effect on the total work of knee extensor, flexsor and ankle plantar flexion and dorsi flexion.2 Control Group was also not a significant effect on the total work of and ankle joint’s plantar flexion and dorsi flexion.From the above results, for the purpose of investigation the effect of Plyometric Training on the total work of Knee and Ankle’s joint, the data of the study showed that(1) Plyometric Training group were not a significant effects on the total work of flexion and extension on the Knee joint.(2) Plyometric Training group were not a significant effects on the total work of plantar flexion and dorsi flexion on the Ankle joint.
