수술실 환자안전문화가 수술실 간호사의 소진에 미치는 영향

수술실 간호사가 인식한 환자안전문화가 소진에 미치는 영향을 탐구한 연구로 서울의 일개 병원 수술실 간호사 122명을 대상으로 Safety Attitude Questionnaire와 Maslach Burnout Inventory를 통하여 환자안전문화와 소진을 측정하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 정서적 고갈에 영향을 미치는 환자안전문화는 직무만족도(β=−.524, p=.000)와 근무환경(β=−.282, p=.015)이었다. 비인격화에는 근무환경(β=−.323, p=.009)이, 개인적 성취감 부족에는 직무만족도(β=−.250, p=.004)와 근무기간(β=−.397, p=.001)이 영향 요인이었다. 따라서 수술실 간호사 소진의 감소를 위해서는 수술실 근무환경을 개선하고 직무만족도를 증진시키는 것이 필요하다. Background: The occurrence of nurse burnout, which could affect the quality of nursing, largely depends on the characteristics of a hospital department. An operating room (OR) environment comes with a high possibility of nurses committing errors, and OR nurses respect the value of patient safety and perform their safety management duties as needed. Although patient safety culture in an OR might affect OR nurse burnout, there is insufficient evidence to show such an association. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in a hospital in Seoul, South Korea in 2019. One-hundred and twenty-two OR nurses completed the Safety Attitude Questionnaire Korean version 2 and Maslach Burnout Inventory that measured perceived levels of patient safety culture and burnout, respectively. Results: Correlation analyses found that lower burnout was significantly associated with better patient safety culture. Through a multiple regression, the predictors of emotional exhaustion in patient safety culture identified were job satisfaction (β=−.524, p=.000) and working conditions (β=−.282, p=.015). Working conditions predicted depersonalization (β=−.323, p=.009), while job satisfaction predicted lack of personal accomplishment (β=−.250, p=.004). Meanwhile, years in the unit (β=−.397, p=.001) predicted lack of personal accomplishment. Conclusions: These results suggest an important role for two dimensions of patient safety culture in mitigating burnout among OR nurses. It would be effective to improve working conditions in ORs by reducing the nurse-patient ratio, and to enhance job satisfaction among OR nurses by securing resources introduced by the conservation of resources theory.

Environmental issues such as global warming due to fossil fuel use are now major worldwide concerns, and interest in renewable and clean energy is growing. Of the various types of renewable energy, green hydrogen energy has recently attracted attention because of its eco-friendly and high-energy density. Electrochemical water splitting is considered a pollution-free means of producing clean hydrogen and oxygen and in large quantities. The development of non-noble electrocatalysts with low cost and high performance in water splitting has also attracted considerable attention. In this study, we successfully synthesized a NiCo<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>/NF electrode for an oxygen evolution reaction in alkaline water splitting using a hydrothermal method, which was followed by post-heat treatment. The effects of heat treatment on the electrochemical performance of the electrodes were evaluated under different heat-treatment conditions. The optimized NCO/NF-300 electrode showed an overpotential of 416 mV at a high current density of 50 mA/cm<sup>2</sup> and a low Tafel slope (49.06 mV dec<sup>-1</sup>). It also showed excellent stability (due to the large surface area) and the lowest charge transfer resistance (12.59 Ω). The results suggested that our noble-metal free electrodes have great potential for use in developing alkaline electrolysis systems.

기혼취업 여성들은 가정과 직장에서의 이중 역할을 감당하게 되며 극심한 시간부족에 시달리고 있다. 가사 및 돌봄노동, 유급노동 등으로 인해 여가시간을 박탈당함은 물론이고 식사, 수면 등 기본적인 생활에 필요한 시간까지 줄여야 하는 시간빈곤을 경험하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 시간이 개인의 삶의 질에 중대한 영향을 미친다는 관점에 기반하여 기혼취업여성이 일과 가족을 양립하는데 시간빈곤이 실제적으로 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 이를 위해 여성가족패널(KLoWF)의 4차년도 자료가 활용되었으며, 그 중 일가족양립의 어려움을 보다 심각하게 겪는 시기인 미취학 자녀를 둔 기혼취업여성 400명의 자료에 대해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 시간빈곤 수준이 심화될수록 일가족양립 만족도가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 차후 관련 정책을 수립함에 있어서 장시간 근로문화 개선, 근무시간의 유연성 강화 등 ‘시간빈곤’ 개념을 반영한 접근이 요구됨을 제언하였다. As married working women in Korea take on double roles in the contexts of family and the workplace, they suffer from severe time poverty. Between housework, caretaking, and paid work hours, not only are they deprived of personal leisure time, but they also experience time poverty with regard to eating, sleeping, and other basic life activities. Based on the standpoint that time exerts a significant impact on personal quality of life, this study seeks to analyze the effect of time poverty on working mothers who are engaged in the balancing act of work-family reconciliation. Utilizing the fourth wave of Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families (KLoWF), we performed regression analysis on a sample of 400 working women, whose current status as mothers of preschool children posed great potential difficulty in terms of work-family reconciliation. As a result, the more deepening time poverty level showed to result in lower work-family reconciliation satisfaction. This study also suggests the need for the establishment of relevant policies that reflect improving workplace cultures related to long working hours and enhancing schedule flexibility at work, based upon this concept of ‘time poverty’.
중,노년층을 수용하는 멀티플렉스 영화관 "Cinergy" 브랜드 개발 -<디자인+마케팅> 융합을 중심으로-

본 연구는 중·노년층을 수용하는 멀티플렉스 영화관의 브랜드 개발에 있어서 ‘브랜드와 디자인, 마케팅, 이 벤트’ 을 융합된 시점에서 Graphic Identity, Product Identity, Space Identity의 통합브랜드를 구축하는 프로세스를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 2014년 3윌-6윌 15주간 숙명여대 환경디자인학과 〈브랜드스페이스마케팅> 수업의 결과물로서 6개 팀 중 1개 팀의 작업 과제를 정리한 것이다. 본 연구의 범위는 物, 事, 人, 場의 주제 중 事의 ‘서비스’ 로 한정한다. 그 결과, 디자인과 마케팅의 융합된 측면에서 도출된 ‘CINERGY’ 이라는 중·노년세대와 젊은 세대가 소통하는 향수 마케팅으로 멀티플렉스 영화관을 개발하였다. 전략의 연구대상은 40~60대의 중·노년층의 세대로 한정한다. 아울러 멀티플 렉스의 홍보용 그래픽에서 음식 팩케이지, 회원 카드, 가방, STAFF 유니폼 등과 같은 제품 그리고 70, 80년대의 향수를 불러일으키는 공간연출까지 아이디어와 디자인, 마케팅이 융합된 결과물이라 할 수 있다. 끝으로 본 연 구는 ‘CINERGY’ 브랜드 아이덴티티를 개발함에 있어 디자인과 마케팅이 융합된 통합 브랜드 아이덴티티를 만 든것에 의의가 있다. The present study aims to take a look at ``Brand, Design, and marketing`` from a convergence perspective and establish an Integrative brand of graphic Identity, product identity, and space identity, in developing the multiplex cinema brand to accommodate the middle-aged and the elderly. This study aims for a compilation of the work of a team among six teams from their course products in the ``Brand Space Marketing`` course in the Department of Environmental Design in Sookmyung Women University which was provided between March and June, 2014. The scope of this study is limited to ``service`` of Work among Thing, Work, Peron, and Place. As a result, ``Cinergy, a multiplex cinema brand has been developed on the fusion of design and marketing aspects with the emophasis on nostalgia marketing for the older generations communicating with younger ones. The following strategles were incorporated in targeting the middle-aged and aging populations between their 40s and 60s. The products of converging ideas, designs, and marketing range from the products such as promotional graphics, food packages, membership cards, bage, and staff uniforms, to staging that evoke the nostalgia of the 70s and the 80s. Lastly, the significance of this study lies in creating a brand identity that integrated design and marketing in developing the brand identity, ``Cinergy.``
