The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of trust and player satisfaction for Ssirum coaches` transformation leadership. The subjects of this study consisted of 178 middle and high school Ssirum players(Jeon Ra Do, Chung Cheong Do, Daejeon city). The data was analyzed by factor analysis, correlation analysis, multi-regression analysis as a statistical method. The result of this study were as follows. First, the study showed the effect of fairness there was charisma and inspiration of Ssirum coaches` transformation leadership a lower-factor, and the effect on inspiration of leadership ability of trust. Second, the study showed the effect of environment satisfaction an individual consideration of Ssirum coaches` transformation leadership a lower-factor, and an individual consideration and inspiration showed the effect of a duty satisfaction, and an individual consideration and inspiration showed the effect of social recognition of players satisfaction. Third, the study showed the effect a negative of environment satisfaction of leadership ability for Ssirum coaches` transformational leadership a lower-factor, and fairness and leadership ability showed the effect two factor(A duty satisfaction and social recognition) of players satisfaction.
단순정맥압박검사에 의한 혈액내 FDP ( fibrinogen degradation produc ) 농도 변화를 이용한 인슐린비의존성 당뇨병환자와 뇌졸중환자의 대혈관기능 이상 진단

Objectives : In diabetic patients, the incidence of atherosclerotic disease are increased, which may be due to decreased fibrinolytic activity. The aim of study is to elucidate the relationship between angiopathies and vascular function evaluated by simplified venous occlusion test in patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and cerebrovascular accident (CVA). Methods : The study was conducted on 63 patients who were hospitalized during the period from March 1, 1994 to May 30, 1997. The serum concentration of fibrinogen degradation products (FDP) was measured before and 5 min after venous occlusion in 31 NIDDM patients, 16 CVA patients and 16 age-matched control subjects. FDP was measured with the anti-fibrinogen- coated latex particle agglutinin assay system. Results : 1) The basal serum FDP level was higher in diabetic patients with macroangiopathy (12.3±5.8 ug/ml) and patients with CVA (11.2±5.1 ug/ml) than in control subjects (5.7±1.8 ug/ml) (p<0.05). 2) The increment of serum FDP level after venous occlusion in diabetic patients with microangiopathy (6.6±2.2 to 10.3±4.1 ug/ml) and control subjects (5.7±1.8 to 11.4±4.3 ug/ml) was significantly higher than basal serum FDP level (p<0.05). But the increment of serum FDP level after venous occlusion in diabetic patients with macroangiopathy (12.3±5.8 to 15.2±5.1 ug/ml) and patients with CVA (11.2±5.1 to 13.7±4.8 ug/ml) wasn't significantly higher than basal serum FDP level. 3) The increment rate of serum FDP after venous occlusion in diabetic patients with macroangiopathy (24.4±29.3%) and patients with CVA (29.4±34.5%) was significantly lower than diabetic patients with microangiopathy (66.3±71.7%) and control subjects (84.1±69.3%) (p<0.05). Conclusion : The responsiveness of fibrinolytic activity to venous occlusion was significantly lower in diabetic patients with macroangiopathy, as in patients with CVA, compared with that in control subjects. We conclude that measurement of the increase in serum FDP concentration 5 min after venous occlusion may be useful to detect vascular dysfunction in patients with macrovascular disease caused by atherosclerosis.
대장암 환자에서 선암종과 선종성 용종의 Leptin 발현

Background: Though leptin, the adipocytes-derived hormone, plays an important role in obesity, it can act as a growth factor for several cancers including gastrointestinal malignancies. Based on this background, we investigated whether leptin expression correlated with the clinicopathological characteristics or disease outcome in patients with colon cancer. We immunohistochemically analyzed the expression of leptin in a colon adenoma-carcinoma sequence in the normal colon mucosa, an adenomatous polyp and adenocarcinoma tissue, from a surgical resection for each patient. Methods: We collected samples from 24 patients with a colorectal adenocarcinoma that was removed in either a total colectomy or hemicolectomy, and who presented with an adenomoatous polyp and an adenocarcinoma in the same surgical specimen. Leptin expression was assessed using immunohistochemical methods and was evaluated by grading the staining intensity as 0, +1, +2, +3. Results: Whereas leptin expression was observed in 4.2% (1/24) of the normal colon mucosa, adenomatous polyps and adenocarcinomas showed 33.3% (8/24) and 50.0% (12/24) expression of leptin, respectively (p<0.05), suggesting that leptin expression in the adenomatous polyps and adenocarcinomas was higher than in the normal colon mucosa (p<0.05). There was no significant difference in leptin expression between the adenomatous polyps and adenocarcinomas, statistically. There was no relationship between leptin expression and patients age, sex, BMI (body mass index), cancer stage, and lymph node metastasis. However, the tumor size in the positive leptin expression group was larger than in the negative leptin expression group (5.6±2.2 cm vs 3.9±1.4 cm; p<0.05). Conclusions: Since leptin expression in adenomatous polyps and adenocarcinomas was higher than in the normal colon mucosa and leptin expression significantly correlated with the tumor size, leptin might play a role in the development of an adenomatous polyp and an adenocarcinoma in the colon. However, leptin does not contribute to the progression of colon adenoma, and further evaluation studies will be required. (Korean J Med 72:352-359, 2007)
