        발육,발달학 : 농촌 여성 노인 체력 평가 기준치 개발

        The amis of the study were to examine the current statues of physical fitness of daily living and to develop criteria index of physical fitness for the elderly woman living in the rural community. Two hundred sixty one elderly women, age 60 to 81 were randomly selected. Recently, it has been many of studies about daily living physical fitness, but it has not been sufficient for Korean elderly person. Moreover, exiting test methods for fitness assessment are very difficult to be performed for elderly population. Therefore, physical fitness of daily living consisted of the 12 performance test items, Which were muscle strength(grip strength, back strength), muscle endurance(arm curl, standing up and sitting on a chair), flexibility(sit and reach, back scratch), agility(timed up and go, standing up form a supine position), cardiovascular endurance(2min walking), balance(one leg balance with eye closed, one leg balance with eye opened), and reaction time. The result showed that significantly decreased on muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, agility balance, but reaction time and cordirespetory didn’t significant.According to the normal distribution, the physical fitness of daily living criteria index were dived five grades(very poor 10%, poor 22%, average 36%, good, 22%, very good 10%).

        운동생리학 : 트레이닝에 따른 운동선수의 좌심실 구조 변화가 수축력에 미치는 영향

        To study on the left ventricular contractility in physical training athletes, 55 subjects were selected in university male students. Subjects were divided into 4 groups by the training type; Control(n=7), Endurance Athletes(EA, n=9), Muscular Athletes(MA, n=12), Combined Athletes(CA, n=27). To evaluate the left ventricular contractility of subjects, R amplitude of chest V<sub>1</sub>, V<sub>5</sub>, V<sub>6</sub> lead were recorded by 12 leads ECG, and to test the left ventricular hypertrophy, left ventricular mass, thickness of posterior wall and septum, %shortening and %fraction were calculated by M-mode Echocardiography. Results of this study are following,1. Resting blood pressure, HR, and RPP of athletes were lower than Control, especially SBP, HR and RPP of MA were significant different from Control(p<.05).2. In electrocardiogram, RV<sub>5</sub>, SV<sub>1</sub>+RV<sub>5</sub>, RV<sub>6</sub>/RV<sub>5</sub> of athletes were significant different from Control(p<.05), especially each of SV<sub>1</sub> and SV<sub>1</sub>+RV<sub>5</sub> in MA was 15.3mm and 36.1mm that was exceed criteria of hypertrophy.3. In echocardiography, septum thickness of EA, mass, septum and posterior wall thickness of MA, and mass of CA were significant different from Control(p<.05).4. In electrocardiogram and echocardiography, pearson correlation had a significance(p<.05) ; SV<sub>1</sub>+RV<sub>5</sub>-shortening(r=-.985), RV<sub>6</sub>/RV<sub>5</sub>-mass(r=-.944), RV<sub>6</sub>/RV<sub>5</sub> - fraction(r=-.845).Results of this study indicate that the cardiac contractility and left ventricular mass of athletes were superior than Control, especially contractility and mass of MA were clearly different among the groups. In index of contractility, SV<sub>1</sub>+RV<sub>5</sub> was more explained shortening of cardiac muscle, and RV<sub>6</sub>/RV<sub>5</sub> was more expressed the volume change and the mass of left ventricle of the Ordinary People in North Korea.

        자연과학편 : 농촌 여성 노인의 활동체력과 삶의 질 분석

        본 연구는 노인이 자립하여 일상생활을 영위하는데 필요한 생활 능력의 체력을 활동체력으로 정의하고 농촌 노인여성들의 활동체력의 수준과 변화 양상과 삶의 질에 대한 연령대별 차이에 대한 분석이 연구의 목적이다. 연구의 대상은 충북 Y군에 거주하는 258명을 대상으로 악력, 배근력, 상완굴신력, 의자에 앉았다 일어서기, 좌전굴, 견관절 유연성 검사, 눈감고 외발서기, 눈뜨고 외발서기, 2.45m 반환점 돌아와 앉기, 누웠다 일어서기, 전신반응, 2분간 걷기를 실시하였으며, 또한 삶의 질 검사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석결과 누었다 일어서기, 눈감고 외발서기, 전신반응에서 연령증가에 따른 p<0.05수준에서 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 삶의 질 중 건강상태와 자아존중감에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 농촌노인들의 활동체력을 75페센타일 이상을 가지게 되면 이상적인 활동체력 수준이라 생각된다. The purposes of this study were determined status of physical fitness on daily living of elderly female in the living rural community. The first study was designed to analysis of changes of physical fitness of daily living and quality of life by according to the aging in the 258 women, age from 60 to 79, twelve items of physical fitness on daily living and six category of a quality of life were measured. The data obtained from the tests were analyzed utilizing one-way ANOVA. The result of the present study was follows: The values of one leg standing with eyes closed, reaction time, 2 min walking ware non significantly difference with aging(p<0.05). The ideally goal of the physical fitness on daily living was 75 percentiles. Subcategory of quality of life were significantly difference only health condition, self-consciousness. This suggests that elderly women living in rural community need exercise programs emphasizing different fitness aspects in order to improve physical fitness of daily living, and Quality of Life.

        자연과학편 : 건강체조 운동프로그램이 농촌 노인 여성의 신체조성, 혈압 및 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 농촌 현실에 입각하여 운동의 숙련성이 필요치 않으며, 운동지도자의 부재 및 계절과 장소에 구속받지 않고 각 마을의 경로당이나 마을회관과 같은 소규모 장소에서 지속적으로 할 수 있는 12주간의 건강체조 운동프로그램이 농촌 노인 여성의 신체조성 및 혈중지질과 혈압에 미치는 영향을 검토하는 것이다. 연구대상은 충북 Y군에 거주하는 60세에서 79세까지 여성노인 256명(67.90±5.17세)으로서 자발적 참여 의사를 표명하고 측정 장소까지 스스로 이동이 가능하며 임상적으로 운동 실시가 가능한 대상자로 12주간 건강체조 운동프로그램을 실시하여 운동전·후의 혈중지질 및 신체조성, 그리고 혈압의 변화를 검사와 측정을 실시하였다. 12주간의 건강체조 운동프로그램을 실시한 결과 신체조성에는 긍정적 효과를 미치지 못하였으나, 혈압의 수축기혈압과 이완기 혈압이 유의한 수준으로 감소를 하였으며, 혈중지질의 경우 TG와 HDL-C에 긍정적 효과를 보여 주었다. 따라서 본 프로그램의 구성과 강도가 농촌 여성 노인의 만성 질환인 혈압과 고지혈증의 변인에 긍정적 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 아울러 이를 통하여 농촌 노인들의 건강관리 자조 능력을 배양할 수 있는 운동 프로그램이라 사료된다. This study was performed to figure out the variation of the body composition, blood pressure and serum lipid living in the rural elderly women by health calisthenics exercise program. The subject of the study were 256 elderly woman 60 year to 79 years(67.90±5.17세) ware divided 4 groups by each 5 years. This procedure is 2×2 factorial designed on the last factor. For comparison among groups two-way ANOVA on the measured on the last factor was used. The result of test revealed that the effect of the health calisthenics program, which includes body composition was statistically nonsignificant between pre and post test. In systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreases between pre and post test. In serum lipid especially triglyceride and HDL-C ware significantly decrease(p<0.5). As a conclusion, health calisthenics program has the effect of the blood pressure and blood profile in elderly women. This suggest that elderly women living in rural community need exercise programs aspects in order to improve health statue and self management.

        운동생리학 : 안정시 및 최대운동 후 회복기 stress 호르몬 반응에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 유 무산소성 운동을 대표하는 장거리 선수와 단거리 선수를 대상으로 안정시 및 최대운동 후 회복기의 stress 호르몬의 변화를 관찰하기 위해 실시되었다.안정시 및 회복기의 호르몬 농도 변화를 살펴본 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.1. Epinephrine은 각 시간별로 그룹간의 차이는 없었으나 그 최고치의 출현시기에서 다소 차이를 보여 마라톤선수 군은 직후, 다른 두 그룹은 회복기 5분에 나타났다.2. Norepinephrines 각 시간별로 그룹간의 차이는 없었으며 3그룹 공히 운동직후와 회복기 5분에 안정시보다 유의하게(P<0.05) 증가하였으며 회복기 15분부터 안정시와 유의한 차이가 없었다.3. ACTH의 회복기 최고치는 단거리 선수 군이 가장 높았으나 각 시간별 그룹간의 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았으며 그를 별 회복 경향은 마라톤 선수 군이 회복기 15분부터 안정시와 유의한 차이가 없었다.4. Cortisol은 비운동선수군이 운동직후와 회복기 5분에 다른 두 그룹에 비해서 유의하게 높았으며 최고치의 증가율도 가장 높았다.5. Insulin은 마라톤 선수군이 회복기에 안정시보다 유의한 증가양상은 나타나지 않았다. The purpose of this study was to observe stress hormonal responses of sprinters, marathoners and non-athletes in incremental maximal exercise.The subject selected for the experiment were composed of healthy 20 male athletes(10 sprinters, 10 marathoners) and 10 non-athletes.Ever subject performed continuous incremental workload test by way bicycle ergometer. They were warmed up with 60 rpm at 0 KP for 3 minute and there after the work load was gradually increased 0.5 KP every minute until exhaustion in maximal bicycle ergometer exercise test. Blood was sampled on the anticubital vein in pre-exercise at the immediate post-exercise: at 5, 15, 30 and 60 minute after exercise. Cathcholamines concentration were determined by HPLC. The concentration of ACTH, cortisol and insulin were determined with radioimmuno assays.The results analyzed on these date were summarized as follows:1. The variables of epinephrine H. during at rest and recovery had no differences, appearance period of the peak value, however, hah more or less differences, which marathoners showed up quickly soon and the ocher post exercise 5 min. And the variables of norepinephrine during recover hah no meaningful differences, all the groups showed that the hormone meaningly(P(0.05) increased in soon after exercise and post exercise 5 min more than at rest and from post 15 min. exercise had the same values in at rest.2. Sprinters had the highest ACTH’s peak value at recovery, but each group didn`t show meaningful differences period and recovery tendency marathoners recovered swiftly more than the others so meaningful differences didn`t show between 15min after post exercise, and at rest. And marathoners had only meanly higher in contisol concentration at soon after exorcise and post exercise 5 min. but also the highest increasing rate of peak value. In case of insulin, marathoners meaningfully increased post exercise 5 min, more than at rest.

        운동생리학: 고등학교 태권도 선수와 일반 학생의 무릅관절 등속성 근력에 관한 비교 연구

        The Korean martial sports of full-contact taekwondo has become increasingly popular among adults and children alike. In the present study, isokinetic characteristics of hamstring and quadriceps high school taekwondo athletes ware investigated using Cybex NORM. Twenty four volunteers, who twelve high school taekwondo athletes and twelve high school non athletes were participated. Knee extension and flexion were assessed at angular velocities of 60, 80 and 240 degrees/sec. Taekwondo athletes`s peak torques were significantly higher than those of non athletes in flexion at all angular velocity and left knee extension at 60 degrees/sec. Average power of taekwondo athletes were significantly higher than those of non athletes in flexion at all angular velocity. Average power percent body weight of taekwondo athletes were significantly higher than those of non athletes in flexion at all angular velocity and extension at 60 degrees/sec. Flexor/Extensor ratio of taekwondo athletes were significantly higher than those of normal student in both of flexion and extension at all angular velocity. Angle of peak torque of taekwondo athletes were significantly higher than those of non athletes in right flexion at 180 and 240 degrees/sec. Base on the results of present study, it is suggested that taekwondo athletes must strengthening their extensor for preventing injuries and progressing performance.
