In this paper, the hole injection layer(HIL) materials have been synthesized and analyzed. Their HOMO levels are $4.93{\sim}5.22\;eV$, and their energy band gaps are $2.74{\sim}3.19\;eV$. Their glass transition temperatures($T_g$) are all above $114^{\circ}C$, which implies that they are highly thermal-stable. The green OLED devices with a structure of ITO(150 nm)/NEW_HIL(50 nm)/NPB(30 nm)/$Alq_3$(50 nm)/Al:Li(100 nm) were fabricated and tested, incorporating these newly synthesized HIL materials. According to the test results of OLED devices, the I-V-L performances of these devices increase in the following sequence: ELM307 > ELM200 > ELM321 > ELM327 > ELM325. In addition, the OLED device with ELM307 as a HIL has the highest brightness and efficiency at the same driving voltage. These experimental results have shown that ELM307 can be used as one of the most promising candidates for HIL materials.
OLED 소자의 특성에 미치는 밀봉 버퍼용 고분자박막의 영향

In this paper, the LiF and polymer thin film as passivation layer have been evaporated on green OLED devices. HDPE, polyacenaphthylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-pheneylene oxide), polysulfone and poly(dimer-acid-co-alkyl poly-amine) have been used as polymer materials. The optical transmittance of evaporated polymer thin film was very good as an above 90% in visible range. The morphology of polymer thin film was measured by AFM. As a result of the measurement average roughness(Ra) value of the polysulfone was very low as 2.2 ㎚. The green OLED devices with a structure of ITO/HIL/HTL/EML/Buffer/Al in series of various passivation films were fabricated and analyzed. It was observed that an OLED device with LiF as first passivation film has shown the good electrical and optical property, and all kind of polymer films did not influence on the I-V-L characteristics and the life time of OLED devices. Therefore, we found that polymer layer played a key role as a buffer layer between the inorganic passivation layers to relieve the stress of the inorganic layers.

This paper proposed LC resonant current fed high frequency inverter for high frequency induction heating using leakage inductance of transformer and, its described operating principle. The analysis of circuit presented by using normalized parameter in considering leakage inductance of transformer and, discussed characteristic evaluation of inverter circuit in detail. The proposed inverter is operating ZVS to reduce turn-on and turn-off loss of switching devices so, raised an efficiency. And, the experimental apparatus was made on base characteristic evaluation of theoretical analysis to discuss possibility on high frequency source and confirmed a rightfulness theoretical analysis. A result of study, the proposed inverter is higher utilizing factor using on leakage inductance of transformer and show possibility, which is application on high frequency power system.<br/>

본 연구는 고분자 응집제를 이용하여 짧은 시간에 입상형태의 슬러지를 제조한 다음, 입상슬러지를 호기성 입상화 장치에 주입하여 입상화를 시도하였다. 각 반응조에서 호기성 입자의 형성에 따른 입자의 크기, 밀도, 입자내 미생물 체외분비 고분자물질 등의 물리·화학적인 특성을 조사하였다. 입상형태의 슬러지를 호기성 입상화 장치에 주입하여 COD 부하량 3, 6, 9㎏·COD/m3·d로 35일간 운전한 결과 최종 형성된 호기성 입장의 평균 크기는 각각 3.6 mm, 4.3 mm, 3.4 mm 이었고 호기성 입자의 침강속도는 각각 1.5 cm/s, 1.6 cm/s, 1.2 cm/s 이었다. COD 부하량에 따른 미생물 군집체의 비성장속도는 0.12 d-1, 0.135 d-1, 0.133 d-1이었으며 전반적으로 호기성 입상화 장치에서는 COD 부하량이 6 ㎏·COD/m3·d로 운전된 반응조에서 호기성 입자의 물리·화학적인 특성이 우수하였다. This study was carried out to investigate of aerobic granulation by using aerobic granular reactor. To make aerobic granular sludge in short period of time, we used polymer. In reactor, we have studied on physicochemical characteristics of particle size, density, and microbial secreting polymer depending on aerobic particle`s formation. The results of running aerobic granular reactor with 3, 6, 9 kg·COD/m3·d of COD loading rate and 35 days reaction time showed that particle size were 3.6 mm, 4.3 mm, and 3.4 mm respectively. The settling velocities were 1.5 cm/s, 1.6 cm/s, and 1.2 cm/s respectively. The microbic growth rates were 0.12 d-1, 0.135 d-1, and 0.133 d-1 respectively. The overall result of aerobic granular reactor showed that 6 kg·COD/m3·d of COD loading rate had optimal physicochemical characteristics.
연속회분식 장치에서 응집제를 이용한 호기성 입상슬러지 생성 및 특성

본 연구는 고분자 응집제를 이용하여 단시간에 입상형태의 슬러지를 제조한 후 연속회분식 장치에 주입하여 호기성 입상화를 시도하였다. 연속회분식 반응조에서 호기성 입자의 형성에 따른 입자의 크기, 침강속도, 표면전하, 비산소 소비율 등의 물리·화학적인 특성을 조사하였다. 입상형태의 슬러지를 연속회분식 장치에 주입하여 COD 부하량 5.4 kg·COD/m3·d로 운전한 결과 운전경과 20일만에 2.6 mm 내외의 호기성 입자를 형성하였으며, 최종형성된 호기성 입자의 침강속도, 비산소 소비율, 표면전하, 다당류/단백질비는 각각 1.7 cm/s, 346 mg·O₂/g·MLVSS·hr, (-)0.26 meq/g·MLVSS, 2.06 mg/mg을 나타내었다. This study was carried out to investigate of aerobic granulation by using sequencing batch reactor(SBR). To make aerobic granular sludge in short period of time, we used polymer. In case of SBR, we have studied on physicochemical characteristics of particle size, settling velocity, surface charge, and specific oxygen utilization rate(SOUR) depending on aerobic particle`s formation. The results of running SBR with 5.4 kg·COD/m3·d of COD loading rate and 20 days reaction time showed that aerobic particle size, settling velocity, SOUR, surface charge, polysaccharide/protein(PS/PN) ratio were 2.6 mm, 1.7 cm/s, 346 mg·O₂/g·MLVSS·hr, (-)0.26 meq/g·MLVSS, and 2.06 mg/mg respectively.
태양의 입사각에 따른 일사강도와 PV 시스템의 발전량 데이터 분석에 관한 연구

The energy of the solar radiation emitted from the Sun to the Earth is different in every season. The intensity of solar radiation depends on weather conditions and the angle of incidence and azimuth, the intensity of solar radiation can also affect solar power generation. In this paper, we are considering the inclination of the PV array installed the pyrometer, recently measured the irradiance of 1 year and analyzed the data. As a result, the inclination angle 30 is the highest. And, we analyzed the monthly trend of power generation quantity from PV systems installed, when designing the PV system, demonstrated that the inclination angle of the array is suitable.
태양광 모듈 제조를 위한 라미네이터의 히팅시스템 제어에 관한 연구

Technology of the laminator equipment, which is the core equipment in the manufacturing process of the solar module, requires a technique of combining the uniformity of the surface temperature of the heater, the degree of vacuum, and the pressure control technology. In terms of users, solar modules tend to have high output and large area. Therefore, this paper designs, manufactures and localized laminator equipments using these core technologies. In addition, for the optimal design of a large-area(3,600mm*2,200mm) heating system to cope with the large-sized solar module, a silicone rubber heater was selected based on heater selection, heater hot wire pattern and heater placement. The proposed silicone rubber heater is a single heater with three hot wire patterns, and the heater size(1,100mm*400mm*1.5mm) is placed with 18ea heaters. As a result of the fabrication and the experiment, the target specification, the starting temperature characteristic, followed the target temperature setpoint within 30minutes. and the temperature deviation from the surface temperature setpoint is within ±2℃.
고주파 인버터회로에서 스위칭소자의 구동신호 위상천이에 의한 출력제어

본 논문에서는 고주파 전류형 인버터를 제안하고 인버터의 출력방법에 대해 논하고 있다. 인버터의 출력제어 방법은 스위칭 소자에 인가되는 구동신호의 위상천이를 부여하여 위상천이에 따라 출력을 제어하고 있으며, 제한회로의 동작원리와 특성평가는 정규화파라메타를 도입하여 기술하였다. 또한 회로설계에 필요한 출력특성은 수치해석에 의해 평가 자료를 도출하고 실험 장치를 제작하여 이론결과와 비교 검토하여 특성평가의 정당성을 입증하였다.
